This was my family’s very first time using Airbnb and Nicole made it so much better. The property is beautiful, the neighborhood is peaceful, and most importantly Nicole took measures to ensure my family’s safety. This was an amazing first experience and when we need to stay in the area again, we WILL be staying at this property. 10/10. Would recommend, would do again.

This is a great location and comfortable and clean house. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows amazing. I was really impressed with the great communication and we really enjoyed our stay.

Booked a 5 day trip by myself, and the 2nd day i ended up in the hospital with kidney stones. Eric and his property manager Della, went above and beyond communicating with me and checking on me. Della and her husband even came to the hospital and helped drive me and my truck back to the house! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. These are some very good honest caring folks! The house was everything they described and very roomy, unfortunately i had to cut my trip short and didn’t get to enjoy it as much as i would have liked. Eric was very generous and helped me out with a partial refund. If i get the opportunity to make the trip back up to Kansas, i will be coming here! Thank you Eric and Della so much for everything! We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our two families, with plenty of space for everyone! Everyone loved the pool table and the games. The hot tub & fully fenced back yard were exactly what we needed. We never got a chance to use the fire pit, but it was bigger than we thought it would be, and I wish we'd had time for it! It was the perfect size for our two families. The kitchen was not only spotless, but it had plenty of space for everyone to get around. There was plenty of coffee, and our host even provided an extra creamer in the fridge, just to make our stay extra special. We had a wonderful time, and we would absolutely come stay here again!

We love having a washer and dryer. Bedrooms were all clean and she even had toys, a pack n play and high chair for our child. Super helpful and would stay again

Lovely little loft in a great location. Feels private but downtown is still accessible. Ambience and design inside is great. Kitchen is surprisingly luxurious for a small space! It had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely come back.

DAN was fantastic. We had a late flight on Sunday and he was able to accommodate a late check out on this date. Really appreciate his flexibility in the house was perfect very comfortable.
