Beautiful home and such a charming and peaceful neighborhood! We brought our dog and were in town visiting family, and this house was the perfect fit! Nearby everything and very spacious! Would definitely stay here again!

Booked a 5 day trip by myself, and the 2nd day i ended up in the hospital with kidney stones. Eric and his property manager Della, went above and beyond communicating with me and checking on me. Della and her husband even came to the hospital and helped drive me and my truck back to the house! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. These are some very good honest caring folks! The house was everything they described and very roomy, unfortunately i had to cut my trip short and didn’t get to enjoy it as much as i would have liked. Eric was very generous and helped me out with a partial refund. If i get the opportunity to make the trip back up to Kansas, i will be coming here! Thank you Eric and Della so much for everything! Amazing place! Great area of town. The showers were so confusing the handles barely turned. The place was extremely cozy and nice. there was a dead spider on the staircase. Overall she communicated well, the hot tub was amazing and this is a very spacious place. Would recommend to anyone!

Lovely little loft in a great location. Feels private but downtown is still accessible. Ambience and design inside is great. Kitchen is surprisingly luxurious for a small space! It had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely come back.

my place to stay when I am in wichita

The house was as described and pictured. Dan was responsive and friendly. The kids loved how spacious the basement area is. The owner was even so considerate to have already provided box fans for those that might need the background noise to fall asleep. The little details make a difference. Thanks, Dan!

If you’re looking for a cozy two bedroom/ two bath house in a quiet neighborhood, this home is a good choice. It was a clean comfortable home and so convenient to Schowalter and Newton. Gary was a great host. Nadine H.
