I don’t even know where to begin. From the start, Sue was friendly, inviting and very easy to communicate with. We arrived and as we opened the door to the open plan living areas, I was in awe of Jacks photographs, the layout of the house, the fresh energy vibes and the feeling of comfort. Then, we stepped out the back door…. Oh my goodness! It was so serene! The gardens, the privacy, the wildlife, the plants, were beautiful. We stayed 2 nights, though I wish we could have stayed for a week! The super king bed had me in heaven and I found new inspiration for my writing while on my stay here. Being published will take a lot longer now, but that’s a good thing… that is how peaceful it is at the Mahogany Hideaway. Sue left some homemade treats and some eggs in the fridge from her daughter. To us, it seems like the entire family are very welcoming and kind. Couldn’t have picked a better spot to receive the inspiration that I didn’t know that I was looking for. We hebben een heerlijke paar dagen gehad bij Monica en Landis. We werden hartelijk ontvangen. Onze kinderen mochten zelfs kamperen in de tuin, in de tent die hij meteen opzette. Het is een fijne lokatie om the Tablelands te ontdekken. De omgeving is prachtig. Het dorpje zelf is heel klein met weinig faciliteiten dus houd daar rekening mee. Wij vonden dit juist leuk. Wij zouden terugkomen!

This place is worth more than what they charge! Such beautiful and friendly hosts, were happy to assist with anything we needed and even offered to puppy sit so we could enjoy some time together. The accommodation was lovely and had everything you could need in an absolutely stunning, private and peaceful setting. Have not a single bad thing about this place and look forward to visiting again. Thank you to you both and thank you for going over and above with the puppies!

Beautiful hosts and stunning surrounds. The tiny house was beautifully equipped and presented, comfortable and very clean. The hosts encourage you to connect with nature, and are generous in sharing their knowledge and time so that the guest can fully appreciate the beauty of the property. Furthermore the location was outstanding and easy access to the many local attractions. I can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Jodie’s place! She was an exceptionally helpful host, making us feel welcome from the start. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and tastefully furnished. One of the highlights was the short walk to a lovely private swimming hole and waterfall—such a peaceful spot! My daughter especially loved the animals and was thrilled to help collect eggs. As a lovely touch, we also bought a beautiful bouquet of flowers and some delicious vanilla. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful space. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Everything is as described. There is so much space in this property that everyone will find a spot to relax.
