L’esperienza nella villa di Gianluca è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Immersa in un'oasi di quiete, la villa offre una tranquillità senza pari, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La piscina, perfettamente curata, è il vero cuore della casa: trascorrere le giornate a bordo vasca con una splendida vista sul mare è stato rigenerante. Il panorama è mozzafiato, con il mare che si estende all'orizzonte, offrendo spettacoli incredibili soprattutto al tramonto. Di notte, il cielo stellato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. La mancanza di inquinamento luminoso ha reso possibile ammirare una volta celeste punteggiata da stelle, creando un'atmosfera magica e romantica. In sintesi, questa villa è perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio elegante e rilassante, dove il mare, la natura e la pace si incontrano in un perfetto equilibrio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

We had the best time here - Maurilio was so accommodating + friendly. He gave us great recommendations. About a 20minute walk to mondello beach, and about 20minutes in a taxi to Palermo centre - really easy to navigate. Villa was gorgeous - outdoor area was amazing with big pool, outdoor kitchen + dining area. Comfy beds, great shower! would recommend the villa to anyone. Thank you so much Maurilio!!

Michele ci ha raccolto bene e ci ha dato delle informationi utilli per la citta. Lui ci ha dato subito una mano ad risolvere ogni problema . Le ferie nella sua casa erano rillasati e molto belle. Noi speriamo che ci ospita ancora se ci troviamo in zona. 5 Stelle per tutto il Stardust Home.

It was definitely an amazing place to stay if you are looking for quiet and serenity. We had everything we need and more in the Villa. Completely functional and fully equipped. Spotless clean house and we really felt at home. More nicer than the photos, the pool was always heated. Views from the terrace is breath taking! The host Paola was also responsive and helpful, she even gave us their own produce from their farm. We will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!!

Assolutamente consigliatissimo. Valentina probabilmente è la migliore host possibile al mondo. Una donna eccezzionale con una gentilezza, delicatezza e professionalità immensa. Non leggete oltre. Se siete arrivati a leggere fin qui vuol dire che state valutando la possibilità di prenotare questa struttura. Non perdete ancora tempo, fatelo subito. La casa è semplice e bellissima. Avrete a disposizione un ampio parcheggio dentro la proprietà. Un bellissimo giardino con tanto spazio (e uno scivolo) per pranzare/cenare fuori o per far giocare i vostri figli. Barbecue a disposizione e una bella piscina con acqua bassa per i bimbi. Supermercati a meno di 10 minuti in auto. Posizione strategica per visitare Palermo e dintorni senza dover stare nel mezzo del casino di Palermo. Ristoranti / pizzeria vicini (5 minuti). Bagno con una nuova e bella vasca idromassaggio. Separata anche una zona spa con possibilità sauna. Il vero motivo per prenotare però è Valentina. Impossibile trovare meglio.

Sehr sehr schön und individuell eingerichtete geschmackvolle Wohnung, sehr sehr bezaubernde Terrasse mit Blick in den Obst- Garten und über die ganze Bucht, wir bekamen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Rotwein und durften Orangen, Zitronen Pampelmusen aus dem Garten nutzen die wirklich delicious waren!! Im zu Fuß auch erreichbaren Santa Flavia gibt es kleine ursprüngliche Lebensmittel- geschäfte und alles was man benötigt. Dort gibt es tags auch eine Zugverbindung nach Palermo. Filippo holte uns im Ort ab und brachte uns auf das Anwesen. Sehr freundlich, viele hilfreiche Tips zu Palermo und Umgebung, er ging auch auf unsere Nachfrage nach einer guten Terme ein uns sandte per WA weitere Informationen zu. -- Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Palermo. Das besondere war zweifelsohne die sehr gute Anbindung an die Via vittorio Emanuele. Über diese Hauptstraße erstrahlt Palermo mit den schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Anfangen vom Normannen-Palast, der Kathedrale von Palermo bis hin zum wunderschönen Hafen in einem Radius von ca. 1,5-2km. Besonders können wir die arabisch-normannische Route empfehlen, die uns Marina freundlicherweise angeraten hat. Zu Marina noch ein paar Worte: Marina ist sehr freundlich, herzlich und insgesamt eine tolle Gastgeberin. Uns hat an nichts gefehlt! Einziges Manko: Wir hatten zu Beginn etwas Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden, da die Unterkunft nicht am Anfang der Straße ist - so wie die Navigation es angezeigt hat - sondern weiter hinten. La villa Andrea de Capaci s'est avérée parfaite pour notre groupe de 8. Les photos sont conforme à la description Nous n'avons pas utilisé le jaccuzzi extérieur car non chauffé mais nous avons bien profité du sauna qui fonctionne très bien La plage est tout près et il y a de nombreuses visites à faire aux alentours Je recommande

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Marilena e Francesco et nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Ils ont été très discrets tout en restant disponibles si nous en avions besoin et flexibles sur notre heure d’arrivée et de départ. L’appartement est très bien équipé, vous y trouverez tout ce que vous avez besoin. La plage est accessible à pied en 10-15min. Nous ne savions pas exactement où nous arrivions, mais nous avons été très agréablement surpris par Mondello qui est proche de Palerme et beaucoup plus calme. À savoir qu’il y a quelques chiens dans le quartier. On recommande!

STEFANO's place was so wonderful and the access to the private docks with lifeguards was amazing (and the Mediterranean water was divine). STEFANO was very helpful and kind and I highly recommend his place if you want to have a quiet and private retreat 10 mins from the airport and 20 minutes from Palermo.

Het verblijf bij Dario, was ons laatste appartement op Sicilië. De ligging is perfect om Palermo, Monreale en Mondello beach te bezoeken. Het appartement is nieuw en heerlijk groot. Wij waren met z’n tweeën, maar er zijn twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers dus heel geschikt voor vier personen. Naast dat het appartement prachtig is, is het belangrijkste om te vertellen: de enorme gastvrijheid van Dario en zijn vrouw. Bij aankomst stonden er brioche voor ons klaar, halverwege kregen we nog een lekkere wijn van de regio en bij ons afscheid heerlijke broodjes voor het ontbijt….. en het gaat niet eens om wat we kregen, het gaat nog veel meer over de vriendelijkheid en de bereidheid om te helpen, tips en adviezen te geven. Dario was GEWELDIG en voelde vertrouwd als waren we vrienden. Ik kan nog veel meer moois en goeds schrijven, bv over hoe netjes en schoon en nieuw het was… maar ik zou zeggen: ervaar het zelf. Très bel appartement dans le basement d une maison au cœur d un beau quartier et à proximité de la plage. Très bien équipés, il y a tout ce qu il faut pour passer un bon séjour (matériel et jeux de plage pour enfants, cuisine très bien équipée, terrasse extérieure). Toutes les pièces sont grandes, fonctionnelles, confortables et bien décorées.

Maison propre et bien équipée. Idéalement située pour visiter Palerme et ses alentours. Quartier très tranquille. Hôtes très disponibles et accueillants. Merci pour cette découverte 🙂

The moment we arrived we were welcomed by Gaetano and Maria Francesca who couldn’t be more gracious and attentive during our stay. We were greeted with a lovely basket of fruit and snacks and our accommodations exceeded our expectations. The furnishings and artwork by Francesca were so beautiful! Our hosts were a phone call away and were available any time for recommendations in the vicinity. We hope to come back again one day soon! Ciao❤️🇮🇹

What a great stay for me and my friends. We loved our time here; the Airbnb offers a lovely place to spend time even if you don’t have a car. You can tan in the back and read a book in the front; comfortable, clean, and just really great views from the yard. Beautiful inside, tiles, and the best part of all, Mimmo and Rita. Those two made our trip easy and breezy. Picked us up, took us to the supermarket, just great, friendly people who took care of us. We had so much fun, highly recommend!

Siamo stati accolti da Tiziana che, con molta gentilezza e affabilità, ci ha mostrato l'appartamento e ci ha dato tante indicazioni molto utili. L'alloggio era veramente pulito, ordinato e dotato di tutto. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione, che si trova in una zona non centrale, ma strategica per visitare le bellezze locali.

We really enjoyed our stay in Guiseppe's house. It was full of character and has a very nice garden in backyard with different fruit trees. The flat even had two bathrooms. Guiseppe has been a great host. He provide us with plenty of information and recommendations and has been been very helpful with everything we needed (even finding a doctor). Sferracavallo has its local charm and is easily reachable by train from the airport and Palermo. We found everything we needed there, shops, a local market and nice restaurants. We really hope to come back one day :)

Het is een prachtig huis, rustig gelegen en prettig dichtbij het vliegveld. Zeer behulpzame en gastvrije eigenaren. Eind oktober hadden we de hele week alleen maar zonovergoten dagen op deze fijne plek. Een aanrader!

Inizio ringraziando Salvatore ,la sua cordialità,gentilezza e tempestività con cui ha risposto alle nostre domande di suggerimenti culinari e non solo! Torneremo sicuramente a trovarti!!! Avevamo un’auto a noleggio che ci ha permesso di muoverci liberamente e di trovare sempre il nostro parcheggio davanti all’alloggio! Comoda la grande doccia e anche il materasso del nostro letto molto confortevole,presente tutto il necessario addirittura abbiamo trovato sciampo,bagnoschiuma e tanti asciugamani profumati Grazie di tutto e speriamo di poterci tornare presto,la Sicilia è fantastica!!!
