John's apartment is stunning. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities you could want. It can be chilly in Nice in the winter but the flat was always cosy and warm. John and Dorine, who looks after things in Nice are so helpful and friendly and all the communications were clear and easy and very responsive. Dorine was even able to let us check in a bit early which was very much appreciated. The local neighbourhood is also great, with a much more local feel and packed with great restaurants. Shops and the essential bakery all close at hand, a 5 minute walk to the Promenade, 10 minutes to the old town and 15 mins to the station for day trips. Absolutely perfect for us and hope to come back for another winter trip to Nice before too long

Nice apartment in Vallauris Golfe Juan, steps away from the seaside. Good amenities, with a supermarket and several bakeries a few minutes’ walk away. Restaurants and cafes along the sea as well. The apartment was very comfortable, the kitchen was particularly well equipped for an Airbnb, everything we needed to make a good meal was available. Having visited in winter, we regretted the absence of direct sunlight in the apartment, but it must keep the place cool in summer. Would recommend staying at Cristian’s place if you’re in the area!

Excelente estadia en el apartamento! todo estaba impecablemente limpio, ordenado y nuevo, con muy buen gusto. Muy luminoso, bien ventilado y con aire acondicionado frio calor en todos los ambientes, incluyendo el hall de distribucion. La cocina tiene un diseño y equipamientos espectaculares! hay de todo lo que te imagines y super bien organizado. La ducha es amplia, las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas, incluyendo el sofa cama. Valoramos el té, café, artículos de higiene, etc. La ubicación es genial, a pasos de shopping Nicetoile, en el Boulevard Dubouchage, zona residencial muy linda. El edificio es seguro. Maï y Didier siempre estuvieron atentos y respondieron enseguida. Excelentes anfitriones. Esperamos volver pronto a Niza y alojarnos otra vez aquí. Es uno de los mejores airbnb que estuvimos. Pour les points négatifs d'abord : l'appartement est en sous-sol, donc très peu de lumière naturelle (mais des éclairages nombreux et efficaces). Malgré cela, nous l'avons trouvé très confortable. Il a été complètement refait à neuf avec bon goût. Tout était très propre. Le quartier, résidentiel, est agréable : belles façades, commerces, square juste devant avec essences exotiques et jeux pour enfant. Emplacement idéal, tout se fait à pied : promenade des Anglais à 10mn, gare ferroviaire à 10mn, vieille ville à 20mn, cathédrale russe à 10mn. Station de tramway au coin de la rue, desservant d'un côté l'aéroport, et de l'autre le port de Nice via la vieille ville. Hôte réactif. Nous recommandons.

Super séjour à Cannes ! Appartement lumineux et au calme, avec une proximité idéale du Palais des Festivals. L’hôte a été flexible et s’est adapté à notre heure d’arrivée en train pour la remise des clés, un vrai plus qui nous a permis de profiter rapidement de l’appartement et de Cannes sans nos valises. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé et d’une propreté impeccable à notre arrivée. Le canapé-lit dispose d’un véritable matelas, offrant un confort appréciable.

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

I had a wonderful time in Nice with my family. This place was honestly perfect! Clean, great kitchen, spacious bedroom and i loved the living room area with the cuty balcony. There's a bakery right next to the place, where we got our fresh bread for breakfast + there are tons of restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets close by. The communication with the hosts was one of the best I've probably had here. Super sweet, helpful and kind. I'd choose this place again, again and again! Thank you once again for such a nice few days in Nice! 🌞🙏🏽

La casa di Olga ed il luogo in cui si trova sono incantevoli. La casa è spaziosa, pulita e completamente arredata. La psicina è riscaldata. Di presenza è meglio che in foto. grazie dell'ospitalità.

Vieil Antibes- wundervolles Haus in der Altstadt mit Blick auf das Meer und dem Musée Picasso!!! Besser geht es nicht! Hervorragende, geschmackvolle und hochwertige Ausstattung, aus allen Zimmern mit Meerblick. Der provencialische Markt mit unzähliger Gastronomie in 1 min. erreichbar, der Hafen und Strand in 2 Gehminuten zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation war bestens- herzlichen Dank und bis bald!

Fabulous apartment - amazing location and perfectly decorated. We were attending the MIPIM Convention in Cannes, and this apartment was the perfect choice for a break from the crowds - better than any 5 star hotel in Cannes. Will most certainly be back to enjoy this comfortable apartment and everything that Antibes has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent séjour en famille dans cette magnifique maison avec vue splendide sur la mer. Très agréable salon/salle à manger. Literie de super qualité. Logement impeccable. Plusieurs terrasses ou endroits ou se reposer dans le jardin. Arrivée et départ autonome mais très grande réactivité de Jon Gisle et Marie Laure si besoin. Une maison magnifique où il fait bon vivre, même si notre séjour de 6 nuits était trop court!

Guillaume è una persona molto cordiale e piacevole e la sua casa è davvero perfetta per soggiorni brevi e lunghi. La posizione è comoda, centrale e silenziosa e l’appartamento è ben tenuto e super accessoriato. Non manca nulla e la pulizia è impeccabile. Nelle zone limitrofe ci sono molti parcheggi sia gratuiti che a pagamento. Da divoratrice di libri non posso fare a meno di raccomandare una visita alla libreria che si trova sotto l’appartamento, specialmente se si ha figli piccoli. Ho visto che il sabato organizzano letture di gruppo per bimbi e famiglie e l’ambiente è davvero accogliente. Grazie, si nota tutto l’amore che c’è in quello che fate!

Wonderful apartment and hosts! Spent a month here with my wife and children. The apartment is spacious with loads of storage space and a fully equiped kitchen. Frank and Pascale provided all the baby equipment that we could possibly need, including toys for the girls. The whole apartment has a feel of quality about it which many apartments lack. We truly felt at home here. The house itself is situated in a lovely gated garden. It was perfectly safe for our little girl to wander around on her own and is ideal for kids’ bikes or scooters. Whilst staying here, I spent a week working. Wifi was great with comfortable desks. Mougins is a fantastic jumping off point, not as busy as Cannes and you can quickly get out of town. The 5 minute walk to the local bakery is a treat! We must also mention our brilliant hosts, Frank and Pascale. They were friendly, helpful, fantastic with the kids and genuinely interesting people that we enjoyed chatting too. They made the stay even more memorable. 

We and the whole family had a good time. The house was spacious, appropriate for small children. The swimming pool was great for the children. The surrounding area has many places for walks and views. The host was kind.

It was exactly what we thought. Great stay. Loved it. Will definitely use again. 5 star.

Der Aufenthalt in Claras Appartement hat uns sehr viel Freude bereitet. Die Anlage und die Lage der Wohnung waren für uns perfekt🌼. Der kleine Balkon von Claras Appartement ist ein Kleinod und wurde unser Lieblingsplatz. Die Ausstattung war für uns vollkommen ausreichend und alles vorhanden um einen entspannten Aufenthalt zu haben. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir zurückkommen dürfen😊.

Sehr sympathische und freundliche Begegnung mit Jean-Yves. Die Kommunikation schriftlich wie auch persönlich hat sehr gut funktioniert. Im Kühlschrank haben uns Köstlichkeiten erwartet, so dass wir für den ersten Morgen nichts kaufen mussten. Das Appartement ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die grosse Terrasse bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer, einfach grandios! Der Strand, Restaurants und Bars sind vor Ort, das Auto braucht man nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise, was bei der grossen Hitze ideal zum schlafen ist. Es gibt bequeme Betten und die Zimmer bieten eine gute Grösse. Dieses Appartement können wir bestens empfehlen. Danke für alles, Jean-Yves.

I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est très spacieux, lumineux et bien décoré, la grande terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. L’emplacement près des plages,. Faranak est une hôte très réactive.

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L’appartement est grand et chaleureux. Depuis le balcon, nous avions une vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’avoir accès à la piscine. Maria, Guy et Maini étaient très accueillants et soucieux de répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.
