Castellina Marittima : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Posizione pazzesca. E' totalmente in centro. L'alloggio è nella parte pedonale di San Vincenzo ma i parcheggi sono comodi ed a due minuti a piedi. E anche se la casa è in centro non subisce il rumore della gente. Anzi. La casa è carina e funzionale. Cose non troppo apprezzabili: avendo soggiornato con l'inizio di settembre il traffico ferroviario aumenta e nella stanza matrimoniale si sente abbastanza. Fino al 1/9 i passaggi erano decisamente ridotti. La doccia scarica male, peccato. Però è un problema semplice da risolvere. Il bagno è nel centro dell'appartamento ed è cieco. C'è una ventola per il ricambio d'aria ma non sempre basta soprattutto se gli ospiti sono numerosi. Però nell'appartamento non manca veramente nulla e Massimo è superdisponibile in tutto.

Appartamento ristrutturato, giusto per 4 persone, vista mare da tutte le finestre, posizione direttamente sul lungomare tutto perfetto! Non abbiamo utilizzato nulla ma comodissima lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchinetta del caffè, offerte cialde, biscotti e merendine oltre all'acqua in fresco.Hosting gentile, disponibile e sempre veloce nelle risposte, flessibilità nel check in e nel check out, bello trovare persone che ti accolgono con un sorriso (sia la mamma che il figlio) Torneremo sicuramente.

Soggiorno di 2 notti nel periodo di Carnevale. Posizione eccellente, all' interno di uno stabilimento balneare direttamente sulla spiaggia e sulla passeggiata. Ottimo per soggiorni brevi ma anche settimanali. Consigliato

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

The stay at the Vill Gemma was bellissima! The house is an old building with a lot of Charme and Gaia put so much effort into the details to make it a modern place! It’s very close to the sea and small Italian vendors and a lots of restaurants. We stayed during carnival and Gaia welcomed us with the necessary masks . We especially liked that it was so god for our little son. There were different toys which made it very comfortable and play grounds etc were nearby. The communication with Gaia was very nice and easy. Highly recommended!

L’appartamento era delizioso, molto spazioso e curato, ristrutturato da pochi anni. In generale tutto il mobilio era molto funzionale. Era veramente come stare a casa, con tutte le comodità che servono (ancor di più quando si viaggia con una bimba di 2 anni). Il parcheggio interno privato é la ciliegina sulla torta, in una zona dove trovare parcheggio é spesso difficile. Sophia é stata gentilissima, sia in fase di check in sia durante il soggiorno. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Absolutely stunning place. We fell in love with the apartment, the house, the whole condominium and the surroundings. Matteo is a very nice person, he was always helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, large, very well equipped, quiet and safe. Trouble-free parking in front of the house, everything inside the fenced area, so absolutely safe. The surroundings are amazing...a short walk to a large and long beach, a short walk to a wonderful large forest, which is great for walks. A restaurants and a supermarkets are also very close. We really liked it here and are already thinking about when we will return there. Thank You.

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i Ariannas lägenhet. Bra område och nära till allt, fin lägenhet och fantastisk terass! Arianna är väldigt trevlig, svarade alltid snabbt och gav oss flera bra tips på restauranger, platser att besöka och fina stränder. Vi hoppas på att kunna komma tillbaka snart!

Abbiamo trovato un host cordiale e sempre disponibile. L'appartamento non è molto grande, ma sufficiente per trascorrere i momenti di relax in casa. Ha un soggiorno spazioso e una cucina a vista fornita di tutti gli accessori necessari per rendere la vacanza senza pensieri. Ottima la possibilità di avere un parcheggio privato e una piscina condominiale. Spiaggia e ristoranti sono vicinissimi all'appartamento. È stata proprio una vacanza piacevole, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra.

Die Kommunikation im Vorhinein & die Erreichbarkeit während des Aufenthaltes war sehr gut. Vielen Dank außerdem für die vielen Tipps vor Ort. Das Apartment hatte alles, was man zum Leben braucht und ist Bestens ausgestattet. Zudem war es auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Bis bald Christine

Nice, bright apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. A very big advantage is the proximity to the beach (about 300 meters walk) and a restaurant serving delicious seafood. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Flexible check-in hours, easy and fast communication via Airbnb and What's Up. The kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped, but you should stock up on your own with a few small things (dishwashing liquid, cloths, etc.). In conclusion - we heartily recommend, we will certainly return here more than once : )

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Sehnsuchtsort. Der Blick aufs Meer unbezahlbar. Wir hatten das Glück, fast die gesamte Zeit alleine auf dem Grundstück zu wohnen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und man hat alles was man braucht. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt, da gibt es gar nichts auszusetzen. Die Einrichtung ist familiär mit persönlichen Dingen der Familie aber genau das liebe ich an AirBnB. Erinnerte mich sehr an mein früheres Familien-Wochenendhaus. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das Letzte Mal hier und ich danke Fabio&Valentina, dass ihr diesen wunderbaren Ort mit anderen teilt.

wir haben uns sofort Wohl gefühlt, auch die Kinder fanden die Unterkunft Super. Auch die Nähe zum Stand war einfach mega Cool.

Beautiful location with a great view from the deck. Clean minimal house. Easy parking for €5/day in winter €10 in summer. The nice thing about staying in the winter is that the beach is clear. The only negative is that the restaurant downstairs blows smoke Friday-Sunday. This means that if the wind is wrong a ton of smoke blows into the apartment. Not the owner’s fault but can be very unpleasant is you have a smoke sensitivity.

Marcello is really nice, offered to pick me up from the train station and went out of his way to help me find a copisteria ! Appartment is clean and nice, not much to do around but it was low season, good place to look for peace and quiet !

Laura è stata un'ospite impeccabile, sempre disponibile e molto attenta. L'alloggio è curato nei minimi dettagli, offre ogni comfort e ti fa sentire a casa. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato i dolci, le bevande e altri prodotti di benvenuto, che ci hanno permesso di gustare una deliziosa colazione durante il soggiorno, così come l'attenzione riservata a nostro figlio. È senza dubbio uno dei migliori host che abbiamo incontrato su Airbnb. La consigliamo assolutamente!

Sehr schönes Appartement mit riesiger Terrasse direkt beim Hafen in San Vincenzo und tollen Blick aufs Meer. Einige Strände in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren eine Woche im Oktober im Appartement. Im Ort selber war nicht mehr viel los aber es waren noch genug Restaurants offen. Bäckerei und Supermarkt ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.

Wir haben im Herbst eine wundervolle Woche mit unseren Kindern in Marina di Castagneto in Carlos Ferienwohnung verbracht. Er ist ein überaus freundlicher Gastgeber und kam am Abend unserer Ankunft persönlich vorbei, obwohl wir erst spät ankamen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet, die Küche sehr funktional und der Garten mit Außenküche sehr schön gestaltet und einladend. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und gleichzeitig praktisch, so dass es an nichts fehlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem ganz nah am Strand und an den Restaurants im Ort, man kann überall zu Fuß hinlaufen. Das Parken war in der Straße problemlos möglich, auch gibt es eine Ladestation für E-Autos direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl in Carlos Wohnung gefühlt und möchten sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Tirrenia, über den Aufenthalt können wir nur Gutes berichten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr schön. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der äußerst netten und aktiven Kommunikation. Bereits im Vorfeld gab es alle nötigen Infos zu Unterkunft und Umgebung sowie Empfehlungen für allerlei Unternehmungen. Sogar während unseres Aufenthaltes hat uns Eleonora aufgrund schlechten Wetters Tipps für passende Aktivitäten gegeben. Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per un fine settimana e sono stata davvero soddisfatta. L'appartamento è pulito, ben attrezzato e curato in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è, a mio parere, perfetta: tranquilla, poco rumorosa e con una vista sul mare che è semplicemente inspiegabile. È stato un vero piacere svegliarsi ogni mattina con quel panorama! La comunicazione con gli host è stata sempre precisa, rapida e gentilissimi,il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La zona è molto tranquilla, ideale per una vacanza rilassante. In sintesi, una vacanza perfetta! Tornerò sicuramente presto.
