Castello, Venise : locations de vacances qui acceptent les fumeurs

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Caterina. Le logement correspond à la description et est bien placé dans Venise. Merci beaucoup pour le petit déjeune.

Natalia è stata bravissima e accogliente, è stata gentile a farci trovare pronto l'appartamento un po' prima del previsto. La casa era pulitissima, fornita di tutti i servizi e confortevole per tutti noi (7 adulti e 2 bambini). La posizione dell'appartamento è strategica, vicino alla stazione di Mestre (5 minuti a piedi), con ristoranti e supermercati nei dintorni. Una volta parcheggiata la macchina non abbiamo avuto più bisogno di prenderla. Cucina accessoriata e con tutto il necessario per la colazione e cena. Abbiamo anche trovato delle ottime mele che ci siamo gustati durante il soggiorno. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa. Tutto perfetto, speriamo di tornare presto!

Good accommodation overall. We were missing some better couch for sleeping in living room. The current one was not so comfortable and kinda noisy when we were rolling over

We enjoyed our 3 night night stay at Mirella's apartment in Venice! It is a short walk to the train station and walking distance to restaurants and 30 minute walk to the docks where all the boat tours leave from. Just be aware that there is a large book of instructions and rules in the apartment that we had to figure out. The owner wants the dishes done and the apartment clean as when you arrived. We also had to take the trash out which I though was weird. Especially since we are not familiar with Venice's trash service. It was a little confusing. They say they're is a $160 fine if you leave trash. We checked out on a Sunday which is not a trash day there and I literally walked the streets looking for a trash can and could not find one anywhere. We ran into the owners when heading out with all of our luggage and asked where we can put these bags of trash and they didn't offer to take it but rather told us where to find cams on our way to the train station. We thought that was odd.

Great host and a great place to stay! Location was very convenient, easy to get to Venice. Gabriele was very friendly and responded very quickly to our messages.

The house was spacious and full of character with amazing views across to Venice city and close to restaurants and boat services. There was a lovely charming garden we only wished we had more time to enjoy. Paolo and Nadia were extremely responsive hosts. We’ll most definitely be back.

This is the best way to visit Venice, especially when it's busy. Costantino's place is spacious, clean, quiet, and from its location it's easy to access all of Venice on the Vaporetti. Visiting during carnivale it was a huge relief to leave the choked streets of the main islands and return to the quiet open spaces on Guidecca. The apartment has everything you need, the washer works well and you can dry small loads of clothes on the balcony. The building doesn't have great noise isolation between units though, so take the quiet hours seriously and bring earplugs.

Beautiful place to stay and lovely area. It was nicer than in the pictures and great to have the garden. Lucia was helpful at check in. We went to a very good restaurant close by, far better than any more central.

l'alloggio è comodissimo e fornito di ogni necessità. Molto comodo e godibile lo spazio esterno, soprattutto per i cani. Alessandro e Stefania sono molto disponibili e simpatici. Consigliamo senza dubbio questo alloggio e ci torneremo sicuramente!

Nuestra estancia fue muy cómoda y tranquila, ya que estaba en un barrio bastante cercano a los principales puntos de la ciudad, pero que a su vez era muy tranquilo y con un ambiente seguro. La casa estaba muy limpia y bien equipada, además Andree nos dejó un mapa para poder guiarnos por la zona. La comunicación con Andree fue sencilla y cómo y en todo momento nos puso facilidades para poder dejar el equipaje el día en que nos íbamos de la ciudad. Sin dudad recomendaría el alojamiento a mis allegados. Muchas gracias Andree.

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

Emplacement exceptionnel : vue imprenable sur la lagune, au calme, en face d'un arrêt de vaporetto... Beau et pratique à la fois. Très grande réactivité de Luigi, toujours à l'écoute et attentif : un grand merci ! Nous sommes venus 5 jours à 7 (avec nos 5 enfants de 13 à 23 ans) et nous avons passés un séjour merveilleux à partir de ce logement. Logement bien chauffé (important en décembre !) et eau chaude en quantité, parfait. Un seul bémol : la machine à laver annoncée dans le descriptif n'était pas fonctionnelle et a fait sauter l'électricité. Dommage car nous avions prévu une lessive sur place... On pourrait aussi attendre un peu plus de vaisselle pour 7. Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir à l'occasion, nous l'espérons ! Nous recommandons.

L'appartamento di Pietro si trova in campagna in una zona molto tranquilla. È facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada anche se consiglio di farsi inviare la posizione esatta da Pietro perché non tutti i GPS potrebbero dare le indicazioni giuste e le indicazioni ottenute tramite l'app di airbnb non erano corrette. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutte le cose necessarie per un soggiorno piacevole.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem bezaubernden Apartment am Lido. Die Lage ist großartig, ganz Nahe zur Vaporetto-Station und viele Restaurants und Cafés, zugleich ganz ruhig. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Paare. Wir lieben den kleinen Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment was very nice and clean, and was in an extremely convenient location right next to the train station. Apollo was also kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place!

A estadia na casa da Júlia foi excelente. Julia é extremamente simpática e recepitiva e nos deu todas as informações relevantes. Ela nos arranjou uma reserva no restaurante que ele trabalha e a comida la foi a melhor que comemos em nossa estadia, vale a pena seguir essa dica dela. Tem um livro na cozinha com muitas informações úteis. A casa é bem localizada a 20 minutos de ônibus de Veneza, é bem confortável e bonita. A casa estava muito bem equipada e pronta para uma estadia de curta temporada entretanto, fica no terceiro andar sem opções de acessibilidade, então se vc tem dificuldades de subir escadas, está casa não é pra vc, caso não tenha problemas com escadas eu recomendo fortemente. Retornando a Veneza, nos hospedaremos novamente.

Wir haben eine Woche bei Carla und Daniele gewohnt. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen mit einem riesigen Obstkorb und einer Flasche Prosecco und haben uns eine umfassende Führung durch Haus und Garten gegeben. Carla war sehr hilfreich, wenn es um Restaurantempfehlungen ging oder Tips zum Einkaufen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, gepflegt und praktisch. Ein Highligt für uns war das Frühstück in der Morgensonne am Balkon mit Blick in den Garten. Wir haben uns eine 7Tageskarte für Vaporetto und Bus gekauft und sind den Lido entlanggefahren und haben die Inselnbesucht. Nach Biennale und Venedig- Stadtbesuch waren wir jedes Mal froh wieder in unsere schöne und ruhige Bleibe am Lido zurückkehren zu können. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen mit dem Zug anzureisen, es ist viel entspannter und alles ist leicht zufinden. Am Lido braucht man kein Auto und in Venedig schon gar nicht. Ein schöner Urlaub mit Kunst, und Kultur und einer sehr netten Wohnung bei Carla wo wir wohl gefühlt haben.

Smještaj je bio savršen! Lokacija odlična, vrlo blizu svih glavnih znamenitosti, a opet mirna i ugodna. Domaćin je bio izuzetno ljubazan i uslužan, uvijek dostupan za sva pitanja. Apartman je bio čist, uredan i potpuno opremljen. Definitivno bih ponovno boravio ovdje i toplo preporučujem svima!

Our stay in Venice was a great pleasure. Of course, the city is just marvelous. And Jess‘ apartment added to a great experience. It is located in the middle of the city close to Mercato Rialto - and very quiet at the same time. Jess provided us with useful information and was always available when we had a question. The apartment is lovely with everything you need. And the terrace is just a blast. To have breakfast in the sun end of october before heading out into the city - that was extra nice. We would return anytime and highly recommend Jess‘ Domus Croce.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a due passi dalla stazione, che permette di raggiungere Venezia in pochi minuti, senza stress e senza dover prendere l’auto. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e ben attrezzate, ideali per un soggiorno rilassante dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Nei dintorni ci sono diverse opzioni per mangiare, tra pizzerie, bar e ristoranti, rendendo ancora più comoda la permanenza. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la vicinanza a Venezia. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia visitare la città senza rinunciare alla comodità e a un soggiorno piacevole!

Hossain fue muy amable y su departamento es muy lindo, amplio y limpio. Perfectamente ubicado en Mestre a sólo 15 minutos de la estación de tren. Excelente para evitar el ajetreo turístico de la isla de Venecia
