Castiadas : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Pasquale is a great host-welcoming,friendly,communicative & humorous!What a find this house was. The house & beautiful garden are brilliant in every way.There is absolutely everything you need and more for a perfect,relaxing holiday-which we had.The house is modern,bright&pristine with great attention to detail throughout. We loved the outdoor terrace.The location,quiet &private is great,an easy walk to a beautiful beach.The island is beautiful,so many fabulous beaches. staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

Fin dal check-in si sono premurati di venirci incontro avendo due bambini piccoli. La villa, il giardino, il terrazzo, la vicinanza dal mare raggiungibile in pochi secondi sono superiori all’aspettativa, le foto non riescono a rendere giustizia allo splendido contesto. I proprietari presenti al piano di sotto si sono dimostrati gentili, disponibili e riservati fino a offrirci un delizioso maialino allo spiedo l’ultima sera. Torneremo senz’altro quanto prima, grazie!

Sehr nette Gastgeber ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.

The day we were to arrive Mario reached out and said that we could check in early, which we did after picking up our rental car. He showed us all around the house how to operate things, and where items were that we may need. He talked about local restaurants and places to see, and he had also sent us a slew of information before we even arrived to review. He was very warm and welcoming, had a bottle of wine and snacks available for us for that first day. His house was immaculate, and it was in a great location with beautiful surroundings. During the seven days we were there we didn’t have any problems, he reached out three or four times just to see if we needed anything, and we were very appreciative for him. He made it super easy to check in and very easy to check out, we were grateful for the hospitality that he provided to us, it was like visiting family!

Wir sind sehr herzlich von Barbara empfangen worden, sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man merkt, dass Barbara „Casa Alma“ mit viel Herz eingerichtet hat und es pflegt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Die besten Gastgeber, die man sich wünschen kann. Super nett, flexibel, immer zu erreichen und total hilfbereit in jeder Situation.

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Belle maison à quelques pas de la plage. Tout le confort nécessaire et un logement spacieux, bien équipé. Facilité pour stationner la voiture devant le portail de la maison. Nous y sommes allés en décembre donc il n'y avait aucun voisin, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et son environnement paisible et bien entretenu.

Wir hatten einen 5 tägigen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Nähe zum Meer ist super, der Strand sehr schön. Die Unterkunft mit dem großen Balkon unter Pinienbäumen ebenfalls sehr gut. Anmerkung: Im Oktober hatte der Supermarkt direkt nebenan bereits geschlossen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Pietro!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.

La ubicación de la casa es magnifica con una vista al mar increíble. Ver la puesta de sol desde la terraza es impresionante. Las habitaciones están sencillamente amuebladas pero confortables, los baños cómodos y renovados, la cocina moderna y muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario. La playa de cala Caterina es muy tranquila y prácticamente exclusiva, recomendable para descansar, nadar o hacer snorkelling. Se encuentra a pocos minutos de otras playas más amplias y bonitas como Porto Giunco, y también de Villa Simius con supermercados, bares y restaurantes. Roberto, el anfitrión de este hermoso lugar, fue muy amable y servicial, desde el primer momento siempre atento a que no nos faltara nada, realmente una atención personalizada. Pasamos unas vacaciones estupendas en este casa, y cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. La consideramos altamente recomendable.

Ich liebe Solanas schon seit meiner Kindheit. Das Haus von Andrea liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Der Ausblick vom Balkon zum Meer ist atemberaubend schön. Andrea hat es uns leicht gemacht uns direkt willkommen und wohl zu fühlen. Er war immer zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Am Morgen nach der Ankunft hat uns Andrea viele Tipps für Locations und Unternehmungen geschickt. Wir danken Andrea für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. 🫶🏻

Lieber Lorenzo, vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Woche, die wir in Deinem Haus verbringen konnten. Hier stimmt wirklich rundherum alles. The house was wonderful but the location even better. Just steps from a stunning beach and trails you can take over to a marina that has a few little shops. The area is very special.

Wunderschönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in Strandnähe, Michaela war stets super erreichbar und hat für uns Restaurants reserviert und war immer sehr bemüht. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub machen möchte ist dort perfekt aufgehoben!

Stefano hat die Unterkunft sehr gut erklärt. Bei kleineren Problemen war er sofort erreichbar und hat kurzfristig geholfen. Wir mussten aus privaten Gründen früher abreisen. Hier hatte sich ebenfalls kulant und großzügig gezeigt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und Stefano hat sogar ein kleines "Startpaket" mit Pasta und Getränken zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Räume sind großzügig und jeder mit Klimatisierung ausgestattet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Bad. Der Blick ist tatsächlich wie auf den Bildern traumhaft!

Just book it! You won’t regret it. It felt like a once in a lifetime opportunity to stay there!

Wir haben einen ganz tollen Urlaub im Haus von Antonio verbracht - die Lage ist wirklich ein Traum, das Haus sehr gemütlich, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Antonios Eltern haben uns total freundlich in Empfang genommen und hatten sogar schon für uns eingekauft. Obwohl das Wetter Anfang Oktober durchwachsen war, haben wir eine super Zeit gehabt und werden ganz bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen!
