Castiglioncello : locations de vacances avec piscine

Un grand merci à Ernesto pour son accueil chaleureux ! Nous avons eu un petit couac de GPS à notre arrivée et avons dû effectuer un petit retour en arrière, mais Ernesto était là pour nous accueillir et nous faire découvrir le logement. Dès qu'on passe la porte d'entrée, on sent que l'hôte que tout a été pensé avec beaucoup de soin. Un joli petit cocon pour terminer nos vacances en dehors (mais pas trop) de la ville. Très facile d'accès avec notre voiture pour visiter Lucca, Pise, etc. Le logement était également très propre et tout était prêt pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Une belle découverte !

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Das Grundstück ist sehr privat und etwas abgelegen. Die Einfahrt ist etwas steinig. Wir fahren einen Peugot 308 und es ging gut. Sofern das Auto tiefer gelegt ist, könnte es etwas knapp werden. Man ist innerhalb von 30min in Pisa und in etwa 1h15 in Florenz (je nach Verkehr). Der Pool ist nicht beheizt. Wir waren Mitte September und es war etwas kalt, aber wir waren trotzdem im Wasser. Im Sommer bei heissen Temperaturen bestimmt super. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Me and my family visited the beautiful house located at the mountains surrounding the small village Buti in the beginning of June. We were in total 18 persons (10 adults, 8 kids between 1-16 years old). We did trips to e.g. Lucca but you want to spend time at the house and the pool - the location is truly stunning. The house is very large and everyone can get some private space. The kitchen is well equiped and has everything you need. Since we arrived very late in the evening we got help with italian beakfast in the morning and we also purchased some local wine, eggs and olive oil which were highly appricated. It's only ~15min of drive to the nearest Coop Supermarket. In all we are very happy with the week we spent in Buti and we an highly recommend it!

Très bon accueil d'Annalisa. La maison est grande, très bien équipée et dans un zone calme proche de Lucques en voiture. Bons conseils de nos hôtes, surtout pour manger une bonne pizza !

My husband, daughter & I found Andrea’s place when we searched for a place to stay in Tuscany. When we arrived, we found Casa Conte Martini easily & were greeted promptly by Andrea & Simone. The place is gorgeous! A perfect view of Tuscan landscape, very private and nestled in the charming village of Palaia. We were fortunate to be there when a cooking experience with Lucia was offered on Andrea’s beautiful property nearby. It was a perfect day with an incredible meal, topped off by a brief drive/tour by Simone on our way back. We can’t say enough about how kind, hospitable, and warm Andrea & her family are - we felt like we were part of it for the weekend! The home had so many special touches - bottled water in the fridge & even a bottle of Prosscco! We enjoyed the jacuzzi & dipped our toes in the pool, but the weather was a touch too chilly for swimming. The outdoor area would be perfect for warmer weather! We took Andrea’s recommendations for restaurants & loved them all!

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

We have fallen in love with Tuscany, thanks to Klaus's place and Francesco, the friend of his down the road who looks after guests and house. Everybody so kind, beautiful countryside, delicious food, and stunning Lucca not far. We were 4 couples, 3 stayed at Klaus's place the other two at Francesco's Antica Pergola, 200m away. This was ideal. We spent a lot of time in the large house with the big kitchen, garden and pool, or left together to explore Tuscany. What a lovely time we had!

Ens hem trobat com a casa. La casa és molt bonica, i tot estava impecable. No cal dir que les vistes eren espectaculars. La Barbara va ser molt amable i va estar sempre molt atenta per si ens faltava alguna cosa

Tolle Unterkunft mit noch traumhafterem Ausblick mit Pool als auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist wunderschön mitten in den Weinbergen gelegen. Bianca und Paola waren immer erreichbar, waren sehr freundlich und haben uns wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber und Fabio war stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Anlage inklusive Pool war sehr schön und die Nähe zu Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt, um voll und ganz entspannen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We spend 4 wonderful days at Carley-Filip place in October.The house was spotless and had everything one needs for everyday life. The small town of Castelfiorentino is only 20 min away with many shopping opportunities and train station where you can be in Florence in about 40 min. The beautiful historic town of San Gimignano (highly recommended) is also 30 min away. The house is a bit remote which brings peace and quite. In addition to the beautiful landscape, the house was extremely clean and thoughtful, with a pool and all of the necessary amenities, perfect for a family or bigger party. Highly recommend!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse und einem wunderschönen Blick auf Strand und Meer. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Host und seine Co -Hosts waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr nett und freundlich. Wir waren Mitte Oktober hier und es war sehr ruhig im Haus. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

L’alloggio di Benedetta è un monolocale suddiviso collocato all’interno della fattoria del parco. La casa dispone di un area esterna molto gradevole che sta direttamente nel parco. Al mare si accede attraverso una scala interna al parco per cui è molto comoda! Posto tranquillo dotato di piscina condominiale sempre pulita, dove c’è sempre Arianna, persona gradevole e disponibile. Benedetta è una persona gentile che risponde ad ogni esigenza. Abbiamo soggiornato per 15 gg con un bambino piccolo e il nostro cagnolino che si sono divertiti tantissimo! Siamo stati bene! Grazie Benedetta. Da migliorare l’aspetto delle pulizie ma per il resto tutto benissimo!

Appartenendo grande su più livelli con arredi e spazi per stare comodamente in più persone. Cucina ottimamente accessoriata con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno fuori casa. Spazio esterno molto curato e rilassante. Anche la comunicazione con Lucia è stata ottima e senza intoppi. Consigliato!

Es war war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Nähe zu Pisa und Florenz ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Kinder waren jeden Tag im Pool und alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kjara hatte ein paar tollte Geheimtipps.

Non possiamo che dare 5 stelle al soggiorno fatto in questo splendido alloggio. Eravamo 8 persone più un cagnolino e ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo! Appena arrivati all’alloggio siamo stati ammaliati dalla bellezza del paesaggio che si estendeva davanti a noi dal giardino 😍 una volta entrati in casa siamo rimasti stupefatti dalla bellezza dell’alloggio, a cui le foto non danno il giusto valore. Siamo stati subito accolti da Mohito, il cane del vicino di casa, e sono stati tutti super gentili con noi. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

We hebben hier een erg leuke tijd gehad! De Airbnb is een apart gedeelte van een mooi huis op een heuvel, het is ruim opgezet en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Je kan leuk buiten zitten en er is een mooi zwembad. De hosts waren erg aardig en altijd bereikbaar voor hulp/tips. Ik raad deze plek zeker aan!

Wir (7 Freundinnen) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Das Haus, vor allem der Vorgarten und der Pool, sind wunderbar. Maria ist super! Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zur Umgebung zugesendet (auch die notwendigen Sachen, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Zudem wurden wir mit einem sehr feinen Kuchen überrascht und wenn man etwas brauchte, kam sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung wunderschön. Parkplätze hat es genügend. Einzig die Schlaglöcher und der Zugang zur Villa sind etwas herausfordernd - jedoch machbar!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Toscane en famille, la maison est vaste, très propre, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. La piscine est agréable et privative. Bon emplacement pour découvrir la région. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires, très sympathiques et toujours prêts à satisfaire leurs hôtes. Je recommande.

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

Zum wiederholten Male haben wir uns bei Sandra und Simone super wohl gefühlt. Schöne Größe, tolle Aussicht, nette Gastgeber. Wir kommen auch nächstes Jahr wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier! Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, war top! Super freundlich! Das idylische Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet einen großen Pool, einen riesigen Garten und zwei sehr saubere Küchen. Wir haben dort zu fünft eine Woche verbracht und können nur positives sagen. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Können es Gruppen ab 5 Personen nur weiterempfehlen. Bestes Air BnB das wir je gebucht haben!!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Es sollte lediglich gesagt werden, dass die Unterkunft nicht im Haus am Pool sondern ca. 50 m entfernt liegt und die Gastgeber im gleichen Haus wohnen. Wir hatten eine wundervoll entspannte Woche und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen können.
