Castiglione del Lago : locations d'appartements de vacances

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement. Vooral het zwembad vonden we heerlijk, mede vanwege het prachtige uitzicht. Het appartement is rijkelijk uitgerust en bevindt zich op een ideale plek om omliggende dorpen en steden te verkennen. Kortom, een aanrader dus!

Appartement chaleureux et spacieux, dans un quartier calme et très bien situé dans la ville de Perugia pour laquelle nous avons eu un immense coup de cœur. Si nous devons trouver un petit bémol à cet appartement c’est la salle de douche qui est petite et pas très commode. Nous avons cependant passé un séjour merveilleux dans l’appartement de Marco, qui était d’ailleurs toujours très sympa et réactif ! Je recommande !

Cristina è un host ideale: gentile e disponibile. La casa, molto spaziosa, è arredata con gusto ma allo stesso tempo risulta essere pratica e comoda. La pulizia è impeccabile. Si trova in centro ma si può parcheggiare nelle vicinanze ed è anche molto silenziosa. Consigliatissima !

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Apartamento muy conveniente para una visita a Perugia, especialmente si vas con coche. Gabriele es muy atento como anfitrión, y el apartamento está bien equipado, como aparece en el anuncio.

We loved our time at L’Assolata! It’s a beautiful spot, within close driving distance to many towns in Tuscany such as Pienza, Siena, Sarteano, and Montepulciano. It’s a bit farther away from Lucca, Volterra, and San Gimignano - so just plan for longer drives if your itinerary includes these places. It’s a serene place to both relax and explore. The views are INCREDIBLE! Even though the weather was cold and rainy a lot during our time there, we had a nice day sitting by the pool and it was the best! It’s just down the hill from the village of Radicofani. We loved walking around there and going to the bakeries and butcher shops. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated, and just as described. Sara was very helpful! We had the best time and hope to return again someday!

Elio is just such a fantastic host anyone could wish for, warm, friendly, kind, caring and very responsive. We were grateful for a flexible arrival because of a long journey and Elio warmly welcomed us in person, helped us with our luggage, spoiled us with a bottle of wine and his generosity throughout our stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated. It is spacious, bright and modern yet with delicate touches that bring up the old fashioned feel of Italy, very clean, comfortable beds, good wifi, well equipped kitchen. On some days we also enjoyed sitting on the balcony sipping on our coffee simply enjoying the atmosphere and soaking up the sun :-) Elio gave us lots of recommendations for the area and we enjoyed our countryside and vineyard walks, as well as just strolling through charming streets of the town, exploring nearby places, wine tasting etc. We loved our stay very much that I hope we will return to stay at Elio’s place again.

Siamo stati benissimo. L’alloggio è molto carino, con tutto il necessario colazione compresa e molto vicino al centro. Chiara è stata molto gentile e disponibile a consigliarci posti da visitare e ristoranti dove mangiare. Lo consiglio vivamente

Ci serviva un posticino per una notte e ci imbattiamo in questo appartamento. Gia nelle conversazioni precedenti al giorno del check in valentina si è mostrata disponibile, educata e proattiva. All’arrivo ci riceve la mamma manuela che ci ha accoglie in maniera estremamente carina ed esaustiva. Ci ha fatto sentire proprio a casa. L’appartamento è grande (anche più di quello che a noi serviva) e comprensivo di ogni comfort. Piccolo dettaglio che a me appassionato è piaciuto molto sono le imbarcazione costruite a mano. Molto molto belle. Nel complesso sicuramente consigliato anche per la posizione perché ho scoperto che umbertide è veramente un bel paese. Grazie Valentina e Manuela

Abbiamo soggiornato da Sonia e Roberto per due giorni in occasione di Capodanno 2025. Prima del nostro arrivo, hanno avuto la gentilezza di assicurarsi che non avessimo allergie alimentari per prepararci un kit di benvenuto e ci hanno lasciato i loro numeri di telefono per ogni evenienza. Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel trovare l’alloggio e sono stati così gentili da farsi trovare in strada. Inoltre, sono sempre stati reattivi, flessibili e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie su mezzi di trasporto e taxi. Roberto è stato così gentile da accompagnarci personalmente in stazione alla nostra partenza. La cosa è molto ordinata e pulita, ma un po’ lontana dal centro se si vuole girare a piedi (35 minuti). È ben servita dai mezzi, disponibili fino alle 20:30 circa.

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is truly idyllic. Unfortunately weather was not on our side and we’ve had some storms. Nonetheless there was enough to do around. The villages in the surrounding area offer great restaurants, bars and cultural activities. I can confidently recommend it!

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, der Jacuzzi im Garten mit tollem Blick herrlich gelegen, lediglich das Schlafsofa ist unbequem (Sprungfedern) und bestenfalls für kleine Kinder geeignet.

Love love love Montepulciano and Monica’s place is an ideal location to experience the area. The apartment was cozy, clean and has beautiful views! Love this stay!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Beautifully decorated, exactly like the images. Felt very cosy and the place was extremely clean. The location is excellent for those who want to travel to other places from Perugia.

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Casa a poco più di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Perugia. A 5 minuti c'è una pasticceria favolosa, dove l' host ha anche predisposto degli sconti per i suoi ospiti, così come in molti altri locali e negozi della città. Giuseppe è un host fantastico, è stato sempre disponibile e reattivo nella comunicazione, ci ha fatto trovare l' occorrente per la colazione e un regalino per il compleanno del mio compagno. Nella casa c'è tutto il necessario per la cucina, pentole, stoviglie e anche olio, aceto, sale, caffè... un forno a microonde, uno scalda pizzette, un altro fornetto, i fornelli a gas... insomma davvero tutto! Che dire poi del caminetto e della fantastica zona spa con idromassaggio, bagno turco e doccia con cromoterapia! Un sogno! Anche i riscaldamenti funzionano perfettamente, cosa importante se si va in autunno - inverno. La casa è arredata con gusto, silenziosissima, e circondata dal verde. Perfetta per visitare Perugia sia in macchina che a piedi. Grazie di tutto Giuseppe!
