Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. And the welcome gift of cake didn’t survive long either. Gratzie Mille Lorenza and Nello.

It‘s a wonderful and quiet place, something we really needed and enjoyed! It‘s really well equipped, clean and super cozy! Mattia and his sweet family are really friendly & he was immediately there when we had a little problem! The check-in and check-out was really easy. Thank you very much for a wonderful vac 🤗

Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana con il nostro cane di taglia media. Un soggiorno di relax, casa ampia e fornita e punto forte il giardino! Oltre a noi anche il nostro cane lo ha apprezzato tanto. Antonio e la moglie sono davvero gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti in caso di necessità Soggiorno bellissimo!

Ein „eigenes“ Haus mit einem tollen Garten. Sicher umzäunt für unseren Hund. Letizia ist eine tolle und liebe Gastgeberin, sie hat schnell reagiert und all unsere Problemchen schnell gelöst. Vielen Dank!

Cristina’s villa was the perfect Tuscan escape for our family. There is much to love…the sweet pigs, the village dogs, the breathtaking views, the peaceful and quiet evenings and mornings, delicious food and beer produced on the farm, AND the most lovely and kind family/hosts. I could honestly go on and on about how much we loved this villa and location. 5 stars all the way! We had our 6 yr old daughter with us and she says it was her favorite place she has stayed on a holiday because of the pigs, ping pong table, swing, and because she had so much fun with the host family children and other guests whom stayed in the other available villas. Also, the big dinner hosted on the last night of our stay was the highlight of our trip! (Tip: make sure to buy some of their products made on the farm….so delicious!)

Wir haben uns äusserst wohl bei Italo und Simona gefühlt. Wir wurden gleich am ersten Tag mit selbstgemachter Pizza von Italo empfangen, was wir sehr geschätzt hatten - insbesondere nach der langen Reise mit Kind war das sehr angenehm. Auch hatte er uns bereits eigenes Olivenöl und Wein vom Weingut bereitgestellt. Zudem haben er und Simona während dem ganzen Aufenthalt immer wieder Eier gebracht und für unsere 3-jährige Tochter gab's zu Ostern sogar Geschenke. Die beiden sind wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, nett und sehr liebenswert - wir haben die Zeit bei ihnen unglaublich genossen. Auch waren sie stets erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder sonstiges. Unsere Tochter durfte noch einige Plüschtiere ausleihen und sie hatte eine riesige Freude an den Katzen und Pferden, die in den Rebbergen wohnten und immer mal wieder durch den Garten streiften. Das Haus war sehr schön, super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Küche hatte einen riesigen Herd und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Gerne wieder!

Wo sollen wir anfangen? :D Das Häuschen von Jenny, sowie die Gastgeberin haben uns sehr positiv überrascht! Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen, dafür wird man mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht belohnt! Privat, ruhig und ganz besonders gemütlich in mitten von Weinbergen! Genau das, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Es ist sehr liebevoll Eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Der bezaubernde Garten war eingezäunt und ideal für unseren Hund. Auch für ausgiebige Spaziergänge war die Gegend optimal. Zu unserer wunderbaren Gastgeberin Jenny, hatten wir gleich einen tollen Draht, das machte unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner! Wir wurden wirklich sehr verwöhnt und möchten uns auch hiermit noch mal ganz herzlich bei dir bedanken liebe Jenny! ♥️ Wir können deine Unterkunft wirklich jedem empfehlen der ein wunderschönes kleines aber feines Häuschen mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und mit wunderbarer Atmosphäre sucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😍

La maison correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes et est idéale pour un séjour en famille. Elle est en plus placée dans un endroit calme et dans une nature superbe. Adriana et son mari nous ont enfin très bien accueillis avec des instructions claires et ont été très flexibles. En bref, tout était parfait, merci beaucoup !

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und wie beschrieben angetroffen, und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns bei der Ankunft Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Anna Maria und ihr Mann haben hier ein kleines Paradies gestaltet. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird diese in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung auch finden. Die Terrasse ist nicht nur für Sonnenuntergänge perfekt, sondern auch für den Blick in den Sternenhimmel! Der Platz war für uns mit zwei Kindern ausreichend, da wir sowieso meist draussen waren. Den kleinen Laden im benachbarten Colle d'Orano können wir empfehlen. Wir haben die Woche in Patresi sehr genossen!

Clara was an incredible host! She made us feel right at home, and the apartment was identical to the listing. My wife and I spent several hours on the terrace during our stay, enjoying the Tuscan weather, writing postcards, and drinking coffee. Could not have asked for a better stay in San Gimignano. If we are ever in the area again, we will surely reach out and try to book again!

In the heart of vines and the quiet of nature stands this wonderful house, Monica was welcoming and nice, took care of everything we needed and was available to us even in case of problems late at night. The house itself is not spacious and well equipped, easily accessible to Siena and Florence and has a breathtaking view with spectacular sunsets!

너무 깨끗하고 웰컴 음료 및 커피도 너무 좋았어요. 침구류도 깨끗하고 욕실도 너무 깨끗합니다. 운영하는 식당에서 먹은 음식과 와인은 최고였어요. 다음에 이탈리아 오면 꼭 다시 들르고 싶어요.

Il borgo di capannole è un posto meraviglioso di grande pace e di grande bellezza, Roi e Stefan sono stati host eccezionali gentili e premurosi È un posto immerso nella storia antica del borgo e della Famiglia di Stefan . È un Posto di privacy ma con la Possibilità di incontrare altre persone o famiglie che soggiornano nello stesso periodo con L possibilità di condividere i grandi spazi che il Borgo mette a disposizione Torneremo senza dubbi Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento ampio, moderno, pulitissimo e funzionale in una zona tranquilla, ottimo per visitare in giornata sia Arezzo che Siena. La comunicazione con gli host è sempre stata precisa e puntuale e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Unica pecca: al nostro arrivo il riscaldamento era ancora spento e ci sono volute diverse ore per riscaldare bene gli ambienti. Una disattenzione non da poco nel periodo invernale, che ci porta a valutare l'esperienza nel complesso a 4,5/5.

We had a fantastic stay at these apartments! Everything completely met our expectations – the place was exactly as described. The apartment was brand new, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay!

Situation géographie parfaite pour visiter cette belle Toscane qui est devenue un peu la nôtre, Arezzo, Lamole, Montelpuciano, Cortone, Gaiole in Chianti, Siena, Greve in Chianti, Castagnoli….. À bientôt

Alloggio con vista stupenda, una base di appoggio per girare i dintorni dell'Elba. Zona tranquillissima, a due passi da Capoliveri, dove nel caso ci sono localini e ristoranti. Siamo stati molto bene, tutto è stato esattamente come ci aspettavamo che fosse.

Ruhiges, abgelegenes, mitten im Wald stehendes Ferienhaus. Alles entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Es waren sehr schöne, entspannte Ferien. Selbst wenn es unten an der Küste 35 Grad hatte, war es am Haus angenehm kühl. Es war eine schöne Zeit. Die Vermieter/Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Haus führt über eine Schotterstraße, diese ist an drei Anstiegen etwas schwieriger zu befahren, aber die Anwohner fahren dort auch mit ihren kleinen Standardautos entlang. Nur für die letzten 100 Meter ist ein geländegängiges Fahrzeug zu empfehlen. Man kann das Auto aber auch vor diesem Anstieg stehen lassen, die Gastgeber helfen, dann das Gepäck hochzufahren, mit ihrem Auto. Wer die Natur und den Wald liebt und Entspannung sucht, für den ist diese Unterkunft genau richtig.

Un accoglientissimo bungalow immerso nel verde del bosco che ricorda una baita di montagna ma che si trova nella campagna toscana; abbiamo avuto la possibilità di goderci la colazione mentre guardavamo l'alba, tra funghi e castagne. La signora che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, consigliamo a tutti coloro che amano la natura e che si accontentano di alloggi semplici in cambio di location mozzafiato!
