Fantastic apartment with an amazing patio overlooking Siena. Would love to live in it! Cute view from the kitchen. Slight tobacco smell, in case that bothers guests, but highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons être accueilli avec bienveillance et un français impeccable! le logement est très propre, grand, lumineux et avec une très jolie vue. je recommande.

Nonostante avessimo anticipato il check in, la signora Francesca si è resa subito disponibile. Appena siamo arrivati siamo stati travolti dalla sua simpatia. Appena prese le chiavi siamo entrati e abbiamo trovato cioccolatini di benvenuto, letto rifatto ed asciugami puliti. Le pale in camera e l'aria condizionata hanno contribuito ad un sonno tranquillo. Siamo stati molto bene.

Johanna’s delightful listing is in part of the family’s historically significant home. Inside, the apartment is filled with books and interesting art of all kinds. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small, but I cooked some nice meals. The outdoor space is amazing. We loved having our coffee in the morning in the garden, and our wine in the evening overlooking the harbor. We loved the winding walk into town and back, and there is a nice grocery store very nearby. Johanna and her daughter Giulia were very kind and responsive when the WiFi stopped working. They did everything they could to fix the issue and it was fine for the rest of our stay. They also left us a lovely bottle of wine and we even got a ride from Johanna to and from the bus stop upon arrival and departure. We felt we were truly “guests” of the family. Be sure and ask about the history of the home if you get a chance. Enjoy your stay!

Il soggiorno alla tenuta di Capocontro è stato molto soddisfacente. L'intero borghetto antico è un gioiello incastonato nel verde, con vista spettacolare sui boschi della Val di Chiana. L'alloggio in ordine e pulito, pittoresco ed elegantemente retrò. Piero e Lella disponibilissimi nelle comunicazioni e nei suggerimenti di luoghi da visitare e in cui mangiare. Abbiamo amato la pace e il silenzio del luogo, nonchè la piscina con vista. Ci siamo fermati poco e il meteo è stato un po' capriccioso, altrimenti ci saremmo goduti di più gli esterni della fattoria. Unico piccolo neo: le stoviglie e il frigo non erano proprio immacolati, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con un colpo di spugna. Super consigliato sia per un soggiorno breve che per uno lungo, così da godersi la quiete del luogo e visitare i dintorni.

Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. Siamo stati pochi giorni da Cecilia, ma ci sono bastati per rigenerarci... il famoso contatto con la natura mancava da tanto tempo, le piante profumate, la parte esterna con vite americana ci salvava dalle temperature altissime di questi giorni di luglio e tanto ha fatto il casolare nel tufo, sempre fresco all'interno... l'ospitalità è stata completa anche dagli abitanti del piccolo borgo di San Valentino, grazie e spero di poterci tornare un giorno

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft! Wir haben die wunderbare Umgebung und die Ferienwohnung im alten toskanischen Bauernhaus wieder sehr genossen. Diesmal waren wir 7 Personen - mit einem kleinen Bad inklusive Toilette eine kleine Herausforderung, aber mit gutem Willen möglich! Danke Mirko, dass wir wieder deine Gäste sein durften!

Un appartement atypique, artistique et unique, un magnifique endroit dans un village exceptionnel. On peut se garer à quelques centaines de mètres et il vaut mieux ne pas être trop chargé ou être un petit peu sportif. Peut-être que nous aurions encore plus apprécié aux beaux jours mais Caleb a vraiment tout fait pour que tout se passe bien. C’est un hôte vraiment attentionné et très réactif qui fera tout pour que votre séjour soit parfait. Il mérite a lui seul les meilleures recommandations. Les chats du village sont vraiment adorables !

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming villa in Tuscany! The view was stunning, and the location was perfect—an easy drive to Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano. Emanuele met us at the villa upon check-in and gave us a thorough tour of the place. He just such a wonderful host!One of the highlights of our trip was the cooking class hosted by Emanuele and his sister Tammy, right in our villa. We learned to make ravioli, tagliatelle, delicious sauces, and tiramisu—it was such a special experience for our family. We stayed here with our three teenage daughters and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

It‘s a wonderful and quiet place, something we really needed and enjoyed! It‘s really well equipped, clean and super cozy! Mattia and his sweet family are really friendly & he was immediately there when we had a little problem! The check-in and check-out was really easy. Thank you very much for a wonderful vac 🤗

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

Logement idéal pour rayonner dans le centre de la Toscane. La petite terrasse très agréable pour des apéritifs le soir quand comme nous , on a le bonheur d'avoir beau temps en Mars. Grâce aux conseils de Filippo, nous avons évité des erreurs de circulation ( comme prendre le train pour Pise alors que grâce aux conseils de Filippo nous y sommes allés en voiture et trouvé un parking (un peu cher mais tellement pratique) a proximité de la tour et des monuments ( 6mn a pieds) . Pareil pour la gare pour Florence a moins de 20 minutes de l'appartement. Plus quelques belles surprises en matière de restauration ( un peu cher pour certains) mais un rapport qualité - prix très intéressant pour cette zone touristique. Petite note drôle pour les varois Gambassi Terme est jumelée avec la Croix Valmer. Logement super , nous le recommandons sans problème.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft, mit einer herrlichen Aussicht, die uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Besonders im Oktober war es wunderbar ruhig in der Umgebung und wir hatten den Ort fast für uns alleine. Die Wohnung ist stimmig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Hier und da zeigen sich Gebrauchsspuren, was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht beeinflusst hat. Es empfiehlt sich – wie vom Gastgeber beschrieben – vor der Anreise mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken, da der nächste Supermarkt etwa 20-25 Minuten entfernt liegt. Badeschuhe sind für den Steinstrand sehr praktisch, besonders wenn der Wellengang etwas stärker ist. Mit dieser Ausstattung haben wir das immer noch angenehm warme Wasser sehr genießen können. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Fragen oder Anliegen schnell und freundlich reagiert.

L’alloggio è veramente molto bello, pulito, curato e con tutte le necessità di cui hai bisogno. Si trova vicino al centro, con le scale mobili sono circa 6 minuti a piedi. Il parcheggio davanti alla casa è un po’ trafficato ma c’è un altro parcheggio lì di fianco, il posto in macchina si trova. Francesco è una persona molto gentile e disponibile! Perfetto per famiglie o per coppie. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, posizione comodissima e centralissima, vista dal terrazzo meravigliosa, possibilità di pagare il parcheggio alla stessa quota dei residenti, cioè 2€ al giorno. Ale è sempre stata disponibilissima e gentilissima in tutto ciò di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno.. consigliatissimo..

Francesca war sehr hilfsbereit und uns sehr gute Tips zu Ausflügen und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gegeben! Haus bzw Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Einziges Manko war das Bett mit der Matratze. Bett hat fürchterlich gequietscht und die gemeinsame Matratze war sehr direkt wenn sich einer gedreht hat! Gut dass noch ein Sofa da war!

La casa è spaziosa, pulita e tenuta molto bene, con tutti i confort di cui si ha bisogno. A 5 minuti in macchina dal lungomare e dalla zona dei principali bar/ristoranti ed attrazioni di Porto Santo Stefano. La proprietaria, Simona, sempre molto disponibile e presente per qualsiasi bisogno.

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i Ariannas lägenhet. Bra område och nära till allt, fin lägenhet och fantastisk terass! Arianna är väldigt trevlig, svarade alltid snabbt och gav oss flera bra tips på restauranger, platser att besöka och fina stränder. Vi hoppas på att kunna komma tillbaka snart!

Wonderful stay at Matteo’s apartment. The view is beautiful, lots of evenings spent sat drinking wine on the balcony! It’s peaceful, easy to walk into town, basic facilities like coffee, ability to cook, clean bathroom, AC, comfy bed. We liked the stripped back basic feel, with good company, a view, wine and local fish from the market cooked at home we highly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend thank you Matteo!
