Luogo mozzafiato, zona tranquilla inmerso nel bel messo delle colline , con dei paesaggi splendidi. Raccomando al 100%. Mery è stata gentilissima e ci a raccomandato dove è come muoverci in zona . Grazie ✨🙏😁

Stefania war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Bei der Ankunft hat sie uns sogar einen selbst-gemachten Limoncello geschenkt, weil wir die ersten Gäste im Jahr waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen, das Stadtzentrum und das Meer sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, der Jacuzzi im Garten mit tollem Blick herrlich gelegen, lediglich das Schlafsofa ist unbequem (Sprungfedern) und bestenfalls für kleine Kinder geeignet.

Appartamento corrispondente al 100% alla descrizione riportata. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi: l'appartamento e' decisamente spazioso, fresco e dotato di ogni comfort. L'arredamento e' molto moderno. La pulizia impeccabile. La posizione e' strategica: in meno di un minuto a piedi ci si ritrova nella via principale del centro di Castiglione con numerosi negozi e ristoranti (un consiglio: prenotare sempre per tempo perché si rischia di rimanere senza cena! Noi siamo stati a Castiglione nella settimana di ferragosto e senza prenotare si faceva fatica a trovare posto anche in tarda serata). In pochi minuti a piedi ci si ritrova sul lungomare dove ci sono numerosissimi stabilimenti balneari ma anche numerose spiagge libere. Davanti all'appartamento il supermercato e' comodissimo! Niccolò e Daniela si sono dimostrati sempre gentili e super disponibili: ringraziamo in particolar modo Daniela per tutte le dritte che ci ha dato!!!! Sconsigliato!

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit fünf Personen in dieser wunderschön eingerichteten und sehr gemütlichen Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst liebevoll gestaltet und verleiht der Wohnung eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für eine Familie oder Gruppe. WLAN: Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte das WLAN nicht immer zuverlässig, was gerade bei schlechtem Wetter etwas frustrierend war, da wir gerne Filme geschaut hätten. Allerdings lag das Problem am Internetanbieter wegen Sturmschaden, und der Gastgeber hat sich äußerst kulant und hilfsbereit gezeigt. Er hat schnell auf unser Anliegen reagiert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Küchenausstattung und Platz: Die Küche ist für fünf Personen ausreichend, aber bei einer Belegung von acht Personen wird es etwas eng. Es gibt nicht genug Teller, Stühle, und auch der Tisch bietet für acht Person

Wirklich ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort inmitten von Olivenbäumen und fantastischer Landschaft. Der Weg über verschlungene Pfade und Schotter lohnt sich, denn der Ort besticht durch seine fantastische Ruhe. Ein riesiger Pool mit Blick über das Tal, zahlreiche Vögel, Blumen... einfach schön.

Andrea et Emmanuel sont des super hôtes. Ils sont prêts à vous aider si vous avez besoin. Ils ont été d’une grande aide pour nous. On recommande fortement l’endroit, avec une voiture vous avez accès à pleins d’endroits et le stationnement dans la rue est facile. Proche de plages et de lieux historiques. Un endroit paisible.

Sosta tanto breve quanto piacevole! Col senno del poi mi sarei organizzato diversamente per arrivare un giorno prima e rilassarmi godendomi la casa. Mia morosa spera di tornare a far visita, e l'evento per cui siamo venuti dovrebbe ripetersi tra un anno o due, quindi vedremo di rimediare 👌 Anche l'interazione con Marco è andata bene: abbiamo adattato qualcosina per le reciproche esigenze e ci ha lasciato dormire a lungo prima del check out. Grazie ancora, ed a rivederci! (:

Der Ausblick und die Unterkunft lassen einen sprachlos werden. Lediglich der Weg zur Unterkunft ist bei den ersten Malen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Er führt über einen Schotterweg und unser Auto (5er BMW) setzte immer mal wieder auf und auch an den Seiten war es sehr eng. Man gewöhnt sich aber nach und nach daran. Der Blick, die Ruhe und auch die Unterkunft an sich entschädigen aber für den steilen Aufstieg. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und geben tolle Tipps. Check In, Check Out sind problemlos. Alles ist super gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt sicherlich nicht viele so traumhafte Orte auf dieser Welt, wie diesen. Alles ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern dargestellt, eher noch schöner. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The airbnb was great! Great views, the room facing the valley was nice and quiet, very quaint, old home. We were quite comfortable. You have to park a bit far from the Airbnb, so just be aware of that and try to reduce the number of trips you will need to make between the car and the Airbnb - we had our baby with us so that can be a bit tricky. Also, like in most homes in Europe, the floors are mostly stone/tile so I would recommend bringing comfy house socks or slippers. We also enjoyed the shops right outside of the door!

Sehr schönes kleines Haus, super Küche, sehr schöne Terrasse, sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende vor-Ort-Betreuung, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin, würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wow, what an amazing stay at Gianluca’s place! The location is hands down amazing. In the central shopping area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants within a few minutes of walking. We always felt very safe traversing the area. The interior of the unit was spectacular. Beautiful furniture. Gianluca had slippers, different soaps, & snacks awaiting for us upon arrival. Check in and checkout were both easy. Beds were so comfy. And there was a sauna! We requested a change to the reservation and Gianluca was quick to respond and accommodating. He also gave us suggestions on transfers and tours in the area. Really appreciated how helpful he was and also how beautifully stunning the place was! The pictures don’t even begin to do it justice! Thank you for the opportunity to experience Sienna from your home!

Old classic house which is well renovated and clean. There was all we needed. Super quiet and private with cosy garden full of olive trees. On top of that there’s 2 lovely cats who stayed arround the house most of the time and gave us company. Simon is s nice guy, who responds within a minute. We really enjoyed out stay, I can’t remember any downs.

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war blitzblank geputzt. Alles wichtige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Es ist so wie auf den Bildern. Die Aussicht auf dem Balkon ist wunderschön. Die Schlafzimmer sind direkt an der Fussgängerzone. Darum ist am Abend und in der Nacht einiges los. Ist also nicht für jemand der es ruhig möchte. Für uns war es gut. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank

I came to Siena for Siena Photo Awards and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. That 360 view is extraordinary, truly sublime; the apartment is very comfortable, it’s also convenient to have a washer. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in, thank you Donato E Rita🌠

Where do I begin? This place is just lovely. My husband, two young kids and I stayed here for a week and we loved it so much. We felt right at home. Andrea and Antonella hosted us with so much care and love. We felt like family, and they were so kind and thoughtful with our young children. They allowed us for a flexible check in and check out and provided baby gear needed. Antonella helped us with a tricky parking situation and dedicated time to helping us move our car and bring out suitcases. Our kids loved her so much and she even gave them cute gifts. The location is perfect, right by the restaurants and main plaza. The view is incredible. We felt so lucky to have found this place and will definitely be back!! ❤️

La casa è molto carina in pieno centro di Siena. Caterina è super gentile ci ha accolto e fatto tutte le spiegazioni in maniera esaustiva. Durante il soggiorno è stata spir disponibile telefonicamente alle richieste.

Francesco and Patrizia were some of the best hosts we have had the pleasure of meeting to date. We felt like part of the family and community and he did a wonderful job of helping us feel that way. Francesco has lived in Massa Marittima all his life and can tell you the rich history of the town, the best places to eat, and good places to visit! We even had the pleasure of having dinner with him and his wife one evening at a local restaurant. We definitely want to come back and visit them again, he may have been a host but we felt like friends and family.

If you want a place to stay just outside the ZTL in Siena and within a walkable distance to the city centre - Massimiliano's place is the one for you! Sptless clean, easy instructions with both photos and videos, two level apartment, that has all! Don't hesitate if you are a couple of even 4 friends, the apartment was impeccable!
