Castille-La Manche : locations de vacances en appartement

Apartamento muy acogedor, tiene una cocina equipada, había cubitos de hielo en el congelador , cosa que nos fue genial , ya que , así podíamos disfrutar de la bebida que llevábamos. Las habitaciones están muy bien y todo muy limpio. El baño es pequeñito pero muy funcional, tiene hasta secador. Las toallas estaban impecables y tiene una terracita ideal para salir a tomar el café por la mañana… ha nosotros nos ha parecido genia!!! Alejandro es un buen anfitrión, en todo momento ha respondido a mis dudas y necesidades casi al instante!!!! Lo recomiendo 100%. Sin duda repetiremos la próxima vez.

Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Good, modern appartment. Two smaller bedroom in first (entrance) floor, and another study + suite in lower floor. Lovely view to park. Big windows in living-room provide a spacious feeling. Kitchen fully equipped, as is all else. There is an appartment above, which does allow resonance when excessive movements/steps above. All is all, this appartment is an excellent choice when seeking a stay in Majadahonda or near Madrid (15 minutes away).

Séjour professionnel et le logement était parfait en termes de proximité par rapport à l’aéroport, les stations de métro. La résidence est sécurisée. L’environnement est urbain est beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Deux superbes parcs juste à côté. L’hôte était super, toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions rapidement. Merci beaucoup.

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at the apartment during my business trip. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well located. The space had everything I needed to feel at home and relax after a long day. Jea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Definitely looking forward to renting again. Beautiful apartment with plenty of space for everyone in our group. Down a quiet street, but close to all the fun shopping and restaurants! Couldn’t have asked for much more. Owners were extremely accommodating and helpful with everything we asked. Highly recommend!

Muy conveniente para una familia con 3 niños que se va a estar moviendo en coche por Madrid y alrededores de la zona norte. Perfectamente equipado. Comunicación muy buena.

Nuestra estancia en el piso de Mercedes en Madrid fue una grata experiencia. Durante 13 noches, disfrutamos de un espacio acogedor y bien equipado que se convirtió en nuestro hogar lejos de casa. La ubicación del departamento fue clave para explorar Madrid. Está situado en un barrio seguro y tranquilo, con fácil acceso al centro de Madrid. Desde ahí, pudimos visitar múltiples lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad, como el Museo del Prado, la Puerta del Sol y el Retiro. También nos permitió hacer excursiones a poblaciones cercanas, como Aranjuez, Avila y Salamanca. El departamento está bien equipado y cumplió con nuestras necesidades. La calefacción fue un detalle importante, especialmente en marzo. La relación costo-beneficio fue correcta, considerando la tarifa pagada por 13 días. Pero lo que realmente hizo que nuestra estancia fuera especial fue la atención de Mercedes, anfitriona excelente. Su dedicación y amabilidad nos hicieron sentir como en casa. ¡Altamente recomendable!

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

La estancia muy céntrica, justo en el casco histórico de Toledo, muy interesante todo. La casa aparte de estar muy cómoda con todos los servicios ( limpio y ordenado todo, no hace falta llevar nada), queda muy cercana a buenos restaurantes, comercios, farmacias...a todo se puede ir a pié. Los anfitriones muy amables, siempre pendiente de nosotros, recomendandonos sitios de excelente gastronomia, lugares históricos de la zona. Lo recomiendo 100%. Volveremos a repetir la experiencia. I enjoyed every minute of my stay! This was my second time in Madrid, and this apartment was absolutely perfect—beautiful, sunny, and spacious for my remote working situation. The location is amazing! Right in the heart of Malasana with lots of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and few minutes walk from Grand Via. Everything was clean and well-equipped. The host was super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I even got to meet Laura in person and we had a great conversation about AI - such a fun and unexpected bonus! I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!!!

El piso estaba muy organizado y limpio. Juan estuvo muy pendiente fue un gran anfitrion.

El lugar es precioso, tranquilo y con una vista increible. Con mucha pena no pudimos usar la piscina pero estaba frío así que no nos dolió mucho. Sumamente amable y atenta!

We had an amazing time staying at Valeria’s place in Majadahonda. The location for us was ideal to be near several family members, and also in walking distance of the C10 train into Madrid. My family was extremely grateful for the extra towels, spacious bedrooms, tankless water heater, fast WiFi, and ample kitchen amenities. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and my children felt right at home. Thank you Valeria!!!

Apartamento limpio, cómodo, bien localizado. Equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Rosa la anfitriona siempre pendiente por si necesitas algo y hacerte la estancia más agradable.

Alejandra's flat is very comfortable, clean, good location away from the city centre, so quiet. Communication was excellent, she was always with quick response. The only downside was the location for collection of the key which is 20 minutes walk from the flat. Alejandra prompted offered to pay for a taxi to the flat what we didn't used, but it was a nice touch from her. Check out was no problem at all, as we just had to drop off the keys in the letterbox. I recommend Alejandra's place if you want to have a nice peaceful staying outside the city centre.

Magnífico alojamiento, muy limpio, amplio, buena localización y tanto Raúl como Diana pendientes de que nuestra estancia fuera confortable. Totalmente aconsejable.
