Our family lives very comfortably. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a kitchen for cooking and within walking distance of SM and the SITEX. When they left, took us to the SITEX. That's very sweet.

The host was responsive even during at night which we are all very thankful. We are a group of 4 who stayed at her place at we are all extremely satisfied with the place and the host.

The apartment is a  no frills place and would fit travellers who are not fussy and would just use the apartment as a place to retire during the night,  depart during the day, and  return again at the end of the day. Location -  a few minutes away from Ayala Mall and Ace Medical Center Legazpi. The apartment is a 5 mins walk from the main road . But if you don't have a car, Ms Jocel would always ensure that you will be able to find your way to and from the apartment. Aircon is cold and the place is furnished. By staying in an Airbnb apartment, tenants would also experience living the place the way locals do. Future tenants should be aware that Albay province would often experience rotating black outs and water disruptions- something that Airbnb hosts do not have control over. Hence if youre fussy about these things, better book in a hotel . Are we recommending Lita's place to future tenants? Yes of course! Are we going to book again in the future? the best part was the people, ms. claire, and ma'am elvie was very hands on. super friendly, and accomodating. the place was beyond our expectations, it was an amaziiing stay. the beach is just a minute walk from the place, and it was serene. not a lot of people, this is perfect for those who wants alone time. my bf, and I was able to celebrate our anniversary without any disturbances. will definitely book again, and reco this to our family, and friends! 💗😊

Both hosts and the caretaker were very responsive and helpful with our inquiries. The house is great with a nice view of Mayon Volcano. Walking distance to the market and other stores. All in all a great experience for our family. Will definitely recommend!

Pros: ✨Great location: it’s located at the center of Irosin - near the palengke, supermarkets, schools, churches, and just more or less 30 mins ride to hot springs. ✨ With complete kitchenwares ✨ With two bathrooms, useful for big families ✨ Although there’s only one bedroom, they have extra beddings you can arrange in the living room. ✨ The caretaker is very friendly. She’s just one call away if you have concerns/requests. Not really cons, but something you might need to consider when booking: 🌋 No wifi & No generator (Irosin is prone to scheduled brownouts). 🌋 Place is a bit small, so you really have to make do of the space. Rearrange furnitures in order to place the extra beddings 🌋 Could be a bit noisy cos it’s located beside the church Overall, we had a great stay. ⭐️

Our family had an incredible stay at this stunning property! The view of Mayon volcano was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The host was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests, making our stay hassle-free. The entire house was spotlessly clean, and the pool was crystal clear and well-maintained. Everything in the listing matched the description perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The amenities, cleanliness, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations.
