If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. Awesome home comfortable!!! Had more than expected blankets towels for seasonings pots pans plastic bowls etc!! We didn't need to last min but anything!!

Absolutely spectacular experience, start to finish. Communication was the best I’ve experienced. The property though in a secluded neighborhood was still private and peaceful. Wind in the ponderosa pines was soothing and peaceful. The hot tub was clean and hot. Options for food were more than enough. Finally the fireplace was the perfect way to start the morning and finish the day. It heats up the house nicely! Thank you for sharing your home! The Middleton Family

Laura’s house was super adorable, both charming on the inside and outside. The house was very clean and well supplied. Laura was very responsive if we had any questions and was very kind. Overall we had a wonderful experience. The only reason we did not give it 5 stars was because of the location. The rest of the neighborhood was not up to the same standards as Laura’s house was.

Jason was very accommodating! Even let us check in a little early to get our toddler a nap. Very easy drive to everything we wanted to do in Denver but away from the hustle. Arvada is a great place to stay with a family. 10/10 recommend.

My wife's Grandmother passed away, so we stayed in town for a few days to attend the services. This home was extremely comfortable, it was clean, equipped with kitchen appliances. We felt right at home, the hosts were friendly and accommodating to a last minute request. I definitely recommend staying here, the furniture was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, washer and dryer helped us with not having to pack dirty clothes. Overall it was perfect for the occasion, we had privacy and I have ZERO complaints. Thank you again Erika and William!

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

We LOVED this place, and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The Hosts are amazing, with impeccable taste. Their designated dog station is perfect for your dogs bathroom needs and location is Prime :)- we would definitely book again.

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

The apartment had everything you will need. Very clean (I’m very picky)and comfortable. Plenty of privacy outside to enjoy the weather. We would stay here again.

Rebekah place was great! I mean it was very small but I am 6'4 so yeah that place made me a giant lol all in all it was a great place to stay! I will definitely have to book another stay at this place in the future!

This was my first stay in the city as I usually stay in the countryside but this was a great first experience. Chris had everything truly thought out. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and felt safe at all times. Not too far from all the places we went to go eat or shop at. Pros: -wireless phone chargers on each nightstand of the bed! Super convenient & nice surprise. - bed was extremely comfortable, clean and the cleanest bed I’ve seen yet. Oh and you can adjust the head and feet to be inclined. (Cool!) - hot tub & patio area was really nice still felt private enough to enjoy. -Could still smoke outside :) - store bags are in cupboards and as out of state folks we totally forgot to take them because we totally forgot grocery bags are not free. - fully decked kitchen with all the basics- - Chris did a great job of having simple and not over the top instructions for check out. I appreciated that very much as some are overkill. -super modern & beautiful decor loved it!!!

It was a beautiful place, quite and the neighbors were friendly. I enjoyed walking and when we arrive we saw deers outside the house welcoming us to colorado. thank you so much. I'm in love to colorado.

We enjoyed our stay at Pike Peak Ranch in Elk Cabin! It was an incredible view and a very peaceful stay!!

Very cozy and peaceful! The cabin is at the end of a neighborhood, but is very private and secluded. The platform on the rocks in the backyard would be great to sit out on in the summer! The heater provided kept the place warm without needing to build a fire if you didn’t want to.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of 4 with our dog. The location is beautiful and peaceful, the cottage was extremely clean, and our kids loved the kids fort in the backyard! We will hopefully be back again soon for another weekend getaway to the mountains!

This house is located in one of the best spots! It’s only a short 15 minute drive from stores, restaurants, and different outdoor attractions. At the same time it’s in a secluded area, so we truly felt at peace while staying! The home was also very clean and the host was responsive if we needed anything! Would love to stay again!!
