There’s too much to state, but I will start with the cleanliness. I consider myself OCD when it comes to certain items. Marilyn’s home is 100% OCD friendly in terms of very detailed cleanliness! She was the perfect host! She checked in on us to make sure we were absolutely satisfied. The home is even better than described! If you look around, you can find anything you can possibly expect for a modern and functional home to contain. I would not only recommend Marilyn’s home, but I am going to go out of my way to share my experience so others can experience this beautiful, picturesque, quiet, and inviting place! Judy’s house was perfect for us (6 adults/teens & 2 dogs)! We loved: •Judy’s thoughtfulness & great communication (we were in the area early and Judy accommodated our needs) •Neighborhood is safe & quiet (you can easily walk your dog) •Location, location, location! Judy’s house was close to everything we wanted to do - Loveland ski slopes (great for beginners), Boulder, Lair o’ the Bear Park (dog friendly) •We appreciated the thoughtful touches like dog bed, bowls and waste bags •We loved the ArganOil shampoo & conditioner, Mrs. Meyers hand soap, & bottle of PooPourri in each bathroom •The touch thermostat! •Our teens loved foosball, disc golf & the games in front closet •2 living rooms made it easy to spread out •We all loved big backyard! in winter, you can see mountains when standing on back patio (note: there’s a hole in NE side of fencing a small dog can fit through) •Driveway easily accommodates 2 cars •Fun vintage decor! (note: pull kitchen drawers from underneath)

This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. I can’t say enough about how great our stay was. From the moment we booked to the moment we left it was awesome. Caren is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She was proactive and very communicative. Everything was super easy. The place was on point. Fully stocked kitchen with great cooking utensils and dishes. Even some basics in the pantry like spices and what not. The beds were super comfortable with lots of nice pillows and blankets. Everything was really clean like a 5 star hotel and there were lots of extra towels sheets and everything we could have needed. The upstairs room was perfect for our crew of boys. They had their own little getaway complete with a tv and a little lounging space for them to hang and have a place to call their own without being bothered or bothering the adults. 😀 Great cable tv and WiFi. Easy access to the house. If I’m ever back in Colorado Springs I’m definitely staying here again.

Absolutely spectacular experience, start to finish. Communication was the best I’ve experienced. The property though in a secluded neighborhood was still private and peaceful. Wind in the ponderosa pines was soothing and peaceful. The hot tub was clean and hot. Options for food were more than enough. Finally the fireplace was the perfect way to start the morning and finish the day. It heats up the house nicely! Thank you for sharing your home! The Middleton Family

We visited family in Colorado Springs and needed a place to gather for Thanksgiving Dinner. Mila's place was great. In one large room are a big comfy sectional sofa, a large 6-person dining table and a workable kitchen with modern full-size appliances and a generous selection of nice pots, pans and utensils. It was perfect for our needs. Thanks, Mila!

Andrew was a great host. Responded immediately. The place was perfect for me and my family and we completely enjoyed our stay. We would book again on a return visit.

Eyal was a great host! He allowed me to check in early because my flight was early and he was very nice and responsive. I was suprised to see how many amenities there were I brought my own laundry detergent and he already had laundry detergent there as well as tooth brushes and tooth paste and mouth wash. This little space was just what I needed I felt right at home I definitely will be back in the future!

You will not be disappointed with this RB&B. With all accommodations, cleanliness, and the location of open space along the mountain range, and only miles away from the highway made it easy access to the mountains, or the Denver area. There is a park you can walk to with trails along the front range that go for miles. This location offers incredible views of the mountains that go on forever. Moreover, the host had excellent communication from start to finish that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. This RB&B was a fantastic experience frim start to finish.

The host is very responsive and clear. Great location and a cozy space. Walkable from DU, so it’s great for friends/family of students :)

Stayed for 2 months while I was finding a place in the Springs. I felt right at home from the beginning. The place is so comfortable with plenty of space in an amazing location. Don’t let the downtown scare you the house is super peaceful, with an easy walk to everything you could want

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

The best basement apartment we have stayed in. Very spacious and thoughtful planned out. Easy walk to the grocery and wonderful coffee. Highly recommend

This home was fabulous! We admittedly didn't spend much time in the home or nearby locale as we were in there for a family funeral in a neighboring town. But the space was perfect, open, very clean and comfortable. Beds were nice, linens clean. The hosts were communicative and kind. So much better than a hotel! Would stay again if needed!

Great location. The property is insane!

I held a woman’s retreat at the Airbnb. It was the perfect location, warm and inviting. Communication with the team was spot on. They were always available to reach if I have any questions. I highly suggest this property and will probably return back to it in the near future!

A stay at John’s gorgeous place is all about easy & delightful connections - to a terrific house and host, to the most amazing “Central Park”, and to all that Denver and its mountains have to offer. Its location on Washington Park (with two lakes, walking & biking paths, tennis courts, volleyball nets, a rec center for $6/day with work out facilities, pool and group classes) can’t be beat. It is also walkable to amazing (independently owned) breakfast shops, restaurants, and boutiques (check out Bon Ami for dinner). It’s a 15-minute drive to downtown Denver, 30-minutes to Lookout Mountain or RedRock Amphitheater, and an hour to Boulder. The house itself is stunning with amazing art, a large bedroom and huge bathroom with sauna. We also sat outside on his stunning patio after heating up our leftovers saved in his fridge. Don’t be afraid of sharing the house with John. He gives you the utmost in privacy. Come and go as you please. But he’s also delightful to get to know! A great stay!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this beautiful home, albeit 7 years apart and with a slightly different crew. We loved it the first time and couldn't stop thinking about it when we started planning a new trip to Colorado Springs. It is close to so many things (restaurants, trails, activities), yet situated at the end of a road that makes you feel secluded. The views from the living room cannot be beat, and the bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty of space for our group of 11. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, and toiletries, and comfortable with the heated floors and extra throw blankets. It was another great trip to this home and we hope to be back!

The stay was fantastic. The host was very responsive, kind, and flexible. The house was amazing, with lots of space for spread out during cold days and it was right by a nice park with trails. The views were incredible and the hot tub was perfectly situated for relaxing while enjoying the scenery. The kitchen was awesome, and very well stocked including having multiple ovens. We hope to stay here again when we visit Colorado from here on out!
