We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, private but not secluded. Host was super responsive, we even decided to extend our trip and he was super helpful and responsive when it came to that! Beautiful place, loved it!

We love this rental! We stayed all week for a swim meet at GAC which is a short drive from the rental. I walked to the grocery store twice and there are a few restaurants in that area as well. There were a few minor issues with the rental and Kristen was very responsive and made things right. We will definitely be staying here again.

A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

The place was a hidden gem. We stayed there in early Spring and many things were seasonally closed for the time we were there. I have stayed there twice and will continue to with each visit to the area. The total cost did seem slightly high, but we love the atmosphere, privacy, and location. Katie is great to work with.

Amazing place ! Had such a great time , cozy place. Didn’t want the weekend to be over! Had everything we needed -plates-pans-cups-full size refrigerator

They added so many little things you might need…night lights, bottles of water, cold in refrig. Ice,shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, soap,books, games snuggly blankets for curling up with a good book. It’s a perfect respite from the cares of life.

My friend and I rented this house for a race weekend at VIR. We were both fine with the accomodations, but the nearly half mile of pitted gravel road up to the house in our track cars didn't really suit us.

Four of us, two couples, one from Seattle and the other from PA. experienced Airbnbers. We loved this place. Beautiful historic home, very nicely restored, with all the quirks of an almost 200 year old house. On a fairly busy street, but still very quiet. restaurants and bars very close. We were in the area to attend races at VIRginia International Raceway, which is literally 5 minutes away, couldn't be more convenient.

Christopher's house on Hyco Lake was everything described in the listing! He was very responsive and flexible to meet our needs. We didn't get to take advantage of his amenities at the boathouse, since we were at VIR most of our stay, but it's great that they provide use of their kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. I'd be more than happy to rent from Christopher again!

Our group had THE BEST weekend at this house! We raved all weekend about how well stocked the house was and how to photos truly cannot capture how perfect this property is! So spacious and so peaceful. Would absolutely stay again!

Worth every penny!! Never slept so good and was located in a walkable distance from parking, clubs and restaurants. Its a go to Airbnb for whoever wants to enjoy Greensboro’s nightlife without worrying about the commute

Shannon was an amazing host and her listing was amazing as well. Extremely easy check in, cleanly space and perfectly located close by downtown and a Bird scooter drop spot to make travel easy. I would definitely recommend this to other people!

The condo smelled fantastic right when we walked in…like an actually true clean smell and not a covered febreeze smell. Everything was very nice, clean clean, and perfect for our family. The beds were all super comfortable, the shower heads were amazing. Instructions were clear and the hosts were so helpful and responsive.

Great stay! We rented this 2 bedroom unit for an out of town wedding and it was perfect! Jeff went out of his way to get us into the unit early and it was sparkly clean and beautiful! Everything seemed brand new, recently updated and really nice. The space is gorgeous and the building seems to be some type of artist loft. When you are looking for the entrance, look for a large red elephant! That was a helpful marker for us. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again !

We stayed in unit 203 after having booked a different unit. While on our way Jeff called to say the previous booking needed to extend their stay and offered us this larger unit at no extra cost. Jeff was professional and courteous and we were gracious for the upgrade at no cost for our “inconvenience”. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to spend some time in downtown Danville.

The accommodations were perfect for an overnight stay near a good selection of restaurants. There were plenty of parking spaces and access was very simple. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped.
