Really well located near Beer St in Hanoi. Accessible to most cool areas of the city. The place was great with nice amenities, having a washer and dryer was a great plus. Khánh went out of his way to accommodate us, he was nearby at his spa and it was great to meet him!! He’ll even give you a discount for his services!!

Leng was a wonderful and welcoming host. He was communicative and very helpful. The place is a little tucked away so make sure you watch the instruction video on how to find it. The directions were very clear with this video. The entire building has a studio on each floor and a cute little balcony at the top. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Also, the neighbors are quite kind. They can only speak Vietnamese but they were still welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again (and probably will when I come back for another visit)! Big house with 4 floors. First floor has kitchen area with dining table and good seating area. Each of three floors have 2 bedrooms on each floor. We stay 10 people and have more than enough space. You don't need to worry about drinking water as it has filters and separate water tap. Located on peaceful and not noise street close to old quarter. Shops and local restaurants available. Kitchen has luck of kitchen utensils, but this probably because in Hanoi people get out for street food. Stairs, bathroom and windows need little more attention for cleaning. Host is very supportive and responsive. They can arrange excursions near Hanoi and provide transportations if needed. In general it was very good stay for us, we enjoy.

Such a cozy place! Felt almost like staying at my sisters place. Super cozy and such a pretty outdoor area and lake view. The lighting is soft and cozy. The location itself isn’t the greatest. But it’s only a 7-10 minute grab from a nice part of the city and only about 15 min from turtle tower.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Trang, le logement est très bien agencé avec 2 chambres indépendantes qui communiquent par un espace extérieur, cela permet d'avoir toute son intimité tout en étant à proximité. Trang est très disponible et s'est montrée très réactive lorsque nous avons eu des questions.

Logement 3A fidèle aux descriptions, très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoï, à proximité des principaux 'lieux touristiques'. Logement spacieux, calme (même si la petite rue est très animée), bien équipé, entrée autonome, au coeur d'un immeuble habité par des vietnamiens donc impression de vivre comme un local :) Les toilettes sur le pallier ne sont pas un probleme. Seul point 'gris' c'est la salle de bain très petite (il ne faut pas être trop corpulent !), et la quantité d'eau chaude pour la douche qui s'épuise vite (limite pour 2 douches à moins de laisser le système se recharger). Très bons restaurants à proximité (canard grillé, bun cha, coffee shop...). J'ai adoré mon séjour et recommande ce logement. A bientôt !

The space is exceptional. We have a little kid and the room is large enough for him to play around. A big bathtub is a plus point. We was also able to invite friends to our room for a cozy dinner, and the fullt-equipped kitchen helped a lot. But for hygiene stuff like toothpaste, shampoo, etc., it’s necessary to text the host before it runs out coz there’ll be no one who come to check during your stay.

This is an amazing location. The air is much fresher here near the spacious green park. The view from the balcony is lovely and tranquil. Billy's mom and dad will go above and beyond to ensure that you are well cared for. There is everything that you could possibly need. Soaps, shampoo, dish soap, laundry room with detergent, rooftop area for drying clothes. There are two sets of linens, so that you always have a set for the bed/bath while the other dries from washing. There are lots/frying pans, portable electric stovetop, rice cooker, slow cooker, dishware, & utensils. The refrigerator is in excellent condition. There's a fan and a multiple function air conditioner (cool, dehydration, heat). Whenever I have a "traveler's challenge" Billy's parents are very quick to help sort things out from SIM cards, to receipt of shipments from home, to just a delightful home cooked meal to cheer you up. Considering the current global crisis, covid-19, Billy's parents provided me with masks and keep me updated about government announcements. They have even been good sports about helping me make videos for my YouTube channel. Billy's dad drove us to a shopping mall and filmed the check-in process (temperature checks) to enter the mall/stores. Billy's mom has let me film clips of her delicious food (with room service!!) and I'm looking forward to filming her in the kitchen. They've been outstanding in making me feel welcome and safe. Instead of returning to the USA, I've decided to finish my tourist visa. Vietnam is one of the safest places to be. I'm grateful to have already arrived in country and truly appreciate being here at Kiwihomevn.

Beste Lage. Host war gegen einen Aufpreis auch sehr flexibel mit den Check in und out Zeiten. Danke dafür. Wohnung könnte sauberer sein. Vereinzelt lange schwarze Frauenhaare auf dem Boden. Schlafmaske sowie Ohrstöpsel sind für empfindliche Leute in der Stadt aufgrund des Lärmes ein Muss. Beachte auch, dass es lediglich ein klassisches Schlafzimmer gibt. Das Wohnzimmer (Coachbett) muss zu einem zweiten Schlafzimmer umgewandelt werden. Das ist auf den Bildern nicht sofort ersichtlich und kann Irre führen. Alles in allem gute Unterkunft - Danke!

Place is really nice, probably I’ve had the easiest checkin ever :) Location is convenient ( you have a shopping centre, couple of cafes nearby ) and a famous train street in walk distance as well! *just be ready to walk up and down stairs a lot :) and don’t forget to checkout the rooftop

Safe place to stay with family

Thành was a great host. He was super responsive. The unit was in the perfect spot for us. Easy to access with lots of great food options and yoga studios (especially Nomad Om Factory). The only thing we would have appreciated was some dishwashing and washing machine liquid and some cloths to help us clean up. But otherwise everything was perfect 👌

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Hanoï à pied et la rue est fermée à la circulation le week-end. Très propre et bien décoré. Il y a beaucoup de marches pour y accéder, mais cela n'a pas été un soucis avec nos enfants.

We had an amazing stay at Blue Mountain Villa for my 50th and although I didn't meet hosts Pham or Hong in person, did feel well looked after through messages and by the on-site housekeeper. The heated outdoor pool is amazing and we loved the sauna and the fire pit too. Lovely bedrooms with large comfortable beds and stylish ensuites. It really is an amazing property. For people that love a lot of privacy and independence. First thing in the morning the gardeners maintain the property with sweeping/pool cleaning etc so there are quite often people around working - not an issue for us, but just to be aware of it. And if you love to come and go as you please, or on the spur of the moment, the main gate constantly being locked could be a minor hindrance to that.

Great spot near Bach Mai hospital. Clean, spacious room and a nice kitchen area to use as well. The family were very accommodating!

I had a fantastic stay at this villa in Hanoi! The space was incredibly clean and spacious, with everything thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable visit. The hot water worked perfectly, and it was such a nice touch to have clean towels and bottled water provided. The location is truly unbeatable—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in the city. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
