We stayed at Russell's place for a month. It's quiet, spacious, with a great kitchen. And it's centrally located. Good communication with Russell. We were very happy.

We had a wonderful time in Tucson. Joe and Ella's place is well-maintained. It is clean, inviting and comfortable. The home is well stocked with all the basic needs; the beds are comfortable, and it is in a very quiet location that felt safe. It was a great home-base to come back to after a day of exploring. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We had a wonderful time together and really enjoyed the large dining table and the patio set to enjoy the beautiful Mountain View's.

Lovely place. Comfortable, cute and clean and felt secure with the electric gate. Rocio was very helpful when we struggled with the heater and sent someone to make sure it was an us problem (it was). Would definitely stay again.

I wanted a place that was convenient to restaurants and culture, but also seemed peaceful and close to nature. This wonderful home offered the perfect balance. This isn't a rich neighborhood, but a comfortable and well tended one. And this particular house is the nicest one in the neighborhood. It is not s huge home, but the two bedrooms are at opposite ends of house, giving a sense of privacy and quiet to both. The nicest thing about the property is the beautiful view from the patio. From sunrise to sunset, the view is stunning. We spent a lot of time outside. On my next trip to Tucson, I'll check this home first for availability.

Comfortable home, great windows and light, pretty views…loved the fact that there were two king bedrooms! Easy check in and check out. Super clean!! Good find!

What a wonderful cute, cozy, well furnished place--we felt right at home. Loved all the little "extras" and amenities, very comfortable. Mathilde is a great host and very responsive. Great views of the mountains and hummingbirds in the back yard!

We loved our stay at the Historic House! It was just as described. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to the university and many stores and restaurants. We enjoyed seeing the other homes around the neighborhood as well. There was enough space for us to feel relaxed while at the house. The yard was lovely, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/etc. Thank you for a great stay!

Ruben's was great for a week of bike riding. The house was clean and peaceful. There was everything you needed, including a few odds and ends for cooking which is always helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We realized when we arrived that we had actually stayed at this place once before over a decade ago. Brought back great memories! We had a rather scary adventure this time when, on our second day, the house across the road caught fire and quickly burned to the ground in front of our eyes (speculation was that it was an electrical fire), and we feared it might catch the forest on fire. Sumerhaven's volunteer fire department was quickly at the scene and the forest (and all surrounding homes) were safe, but the fire also took out a transformer that also took down the power at our place. Amazingly, the electric utility was quickly at the scene and worked into the night to restore power which came back on that night. It was sad for the other owners (who had that other house in their family since the 1950s), and though no fault of our host Darby's, she was eager to make amends and kindly offered a discount for our next visit. We will be back!

I loved this little place. It had everything I needed. It was comfortable, clean, peaceful. If you enjoy the outdoors there is a lot to do. I would hike in the morning and sit by the pool in the afternoon. Daniel Y Veronica were on top of everything. They communicated well, always Checking to make sure I had all I needed. I met them and it was wonderful to talk to them. They are kind and attentive. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone else.

Awesome little place to stay. Dawn was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Will stay again next year if the dates are available. Don't worry. You'll enjoy the private space.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Situated in a really nice area and neighbors the Loews Ventana Canyon resort. There is a hiking trailhead right along the side of the unit and an absolutely incredible view. We got to see a whole pack of javelina right in front of the porch area on one night which was really cool! The screen blocks the view a little but probably nicer than having insects and adds a little privacy from the hikers. Would totally stay here again the space was really clean with a comfortable bed and in my favorite area of Tucson!

I had a fantastic stay at kelly's place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to everything.

This is an excellent little place near campus. The setup is charming and comfortable. Loved the record player! Nice sized kitchen. I stayed in Tucson for six nights and this place was perfect for my needs. It's a great location close to campus, bus stops, and the streetcar stop. I was there during spring break, so it was pretty quiet, not many students around and there was plenty of parking. Not sure what it's like at other times, but I would definitely stay here again.

The perfect base for exploring Tucson. The location is private and has great views. Lots of nearby hiking and site seeing . The house is very well equipped and well appointed. Highly recommended.

We celebrated our 75th birthdays with our daughter and son-in -law and grandchildren (16 and 10 yrs old) in this spotless, highly contemporary European amenities and spacious home. Everybody enjoyed extraordinary vistas, heated pool and hot tub, beautiful grounds and quiet surroundings. The proximity to numerous supermarkets, retail stores and restaurants and jumping off starts for Tucson attractions without disrupting the serenity of property was a remarkable plus making for efficiency in time and simplifying the usual daily decisions. Communication with the owner (Nina) and her representative (Miriam) was efficient and congenial and all technical needs were quickly addressed by Miriam or Nico who remodeled this and other equally nice homes Miriam was adept at familiarizing us with the home and departure was unhurried and simple

A great place to stay in a lovely neighborhood that was close to several hiking areas, art galleries, and restaurants. Beautiful views. I enjoyed the outdoor area. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Super comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again.

The place was awesome! Outdoor space was perfect for hanging out and enjoying ourselves. We never felt the need to leave for fun as the setting was perfect to just enjoy our time away. House was really clean and setup really well to host a larger group (7 adults and 8 kids) - movie theater was a great place to wind down at the end of the night. Judy, the host, was responsive to any questions we had and helped with the pool/spa heating for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second visit to Casa Cheruy and once again it was a magical experience. Demion is hands down the best host we have every stayed with. His responsiveness, attention to detail and thoughtfulness is truly impressive. Staying at Casa Cheruy is akin to living in a modernized American Southwest adobe museum. From the artwork to the furniture the home is steeped in beautiful historical glamour. We loved that the home's location was close to hiking, the famed Tucson biking/walking loop, groceries, shopping and restaurants. This is the perfect home base for visiting Tucson.
