Catane : locations de vacances dans des lofts

One of my favourite places on Airbnb so far! We felt very comfortable in this lovely, beautifully furnished flat and hope to be back next time we visit Sicily.

La casa di Anna Maria colpisce per la sua particolarità, è la casa di un'artista molto creativa, quindi sembra quasi di essere in un museo... Inoltre c'è un buonissimo profumo di legna e palo santo. Ma la cosa che rimane nel cuore è l'ospitalità e la gentilezza dell'host che sotto la pioggia mi è venuta a prendere e mi ha riaccompagnato alla fermata del bus , mi ha fatto trovare alcuni prodotti della sua azienda agricola e mi ha anche fatto fare un giro in auto nei dintorni. Un'angelo!

Perfect apartment for a family trip, Enrico is an amazing host. The apartmeent is beautifully decorated in a very central and touristic neighborhood.

Diese Unterkunft mit Sergio als Gastgeber ist absolut empfehlenswert! Trotz später Ankunft (23:30 Uhr) begrüßte er uns persönlich und überraschte uns mit einem hochwertigen Wein als Gastgeschenk. Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen, bestens ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht: ein großes Bett, eine schöne Dusche, Klimaanlage, Snacks und Getränke im Kühlschrank sowie hochwertige, frische Handtücher in ausreichender Menge. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Heizstrahler im Bad – nie wieder frieren nach dem Duschen! Die Ruhe des Apartments ist beeindruckend – sogar ein Erdbeben (Stärke 4,2) blieb unbemerkt. Sergio ist unglaublich aufmerksam und gab viele wertvolle Tipps zu Restaurants und Aktivitäten. Auch die Lage ist ideal: gut erreichbar und perfekt für Erkundungen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die liebevollen Details wie die stilvolle Einrichtung und sogar Säfte im Kühlschrank – hier wird Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben. Eine Unterkunft mit Herz – wir kommen definitiv wieder!<3

Wir, ( Familie, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) waren für knapp eine Woche in der Wohnung. Adriano ist sehr nett, der Kontakt zu ihm sehr angenehm. Bei der Ankunft war Adriano sehr flexibel. Wir kamen früher an und durften die Koffer schon in der Wohnung deponieren. Er gab uns noch wertvolle Tipps für Neapel und Umgebung. Der Standort ist top. Gleich unten in den Gassen (Quartieri Spagnoli) hatte es sehr viele nette Restaurants. Via Toledo und Via Chiaia ist auch gleich neben an. Neapel ist wunderbar, lebhaft, authentisch. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock mit schön grossen hellen Fenstern, Lift ist auch vorhanden. Es war auch wirklich sehr ruhig zum schlafen. Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos und wie beschrieben. Wir würden sofort wieder Neapel besuchen und auch wieder in dieser Wohnung übernachten. Es hat uns in dieser Wohnung sehr gut gefallen.

la Rotonda è il posto ideale per chi vuole godersi Sorrento a piedi, senza pensieri e in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa a due passi dal centro. la casa è accogliente, le ospiti ancora di più!!!!! quando entri nell'appartamento ti senti immediatamente coccolato: il tavolo predisposto per una super colazione, l'acqua, gli yogurt nel frigo, la cucina dotata di ogni confort, l'appartamento profuma di pulito, il letto è comodissimo e gli spazi sono ben organizzati!!!!! davvero consigliatissimo!!!!!!

Un plaisir d’avoir séjourné dans ce logement. Très propre, accueillant, très fonctionnel. Un réel coup de cœur on reviendra. Merci à Massimo pour ses bons conseils, sa réactivité et sa sympathie.

We loved our stay at Oxana end Pierluca's place! I was very thankful for the coffee pods and the espresso machine. Location is great, walking distance to the main old town attractions.

Tiziano was an excellent host and has a beautiful apartment. The location is ideal because you can walk everywhere in 10 minutes, but have so much privacy and peace. Only challenge, was parking bc the city does not allow you to park in that area. IT's about a 10 minute walk to a garage and Tiziano provided many options on where we could safely park w/out any issues.

A little place located at the beginning of the historic part of Bari, very close to the centre and to the seafront as well. The flat is small but well organized and it has a good sized bathroom which is always a plus. You don’t feel claustrophobic, it is functional for a couple wanting to spend a couple of days in Bari. Communication with Michele was very easy and smooth and there was some complementary breakfast for the first morning.

We have stayed at many Airbnb's over the years but Casa's was one of the best. Even better than described. Huge apartment. Everything was thoughtfully designed. Very comfortable from the practical kitchen to the spacious bathroom. Bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows which we liked. The view was amazing with a lovely balcony. A lovely welcome basket was provided. Despite being over a busy street our apartment was peaceful and quiet. Casa was so welcoming with many suggestions as to where to go and where to eat ( which were all spot on). They proactively contacted us to allow an early check which was truly appreciated and allowed us to catch an early train and avoid the heat of the day in the gap between checking out and checking in with accommodation. We had a late flight and we were allowed to store our bags and use their "library" as a base before catching the airport bus. I cant speak highly enough of Casa's place. Brilliant!

Casa Scina was in a great location, was spacious and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and responded to all of our needs. The upstairs loft was a little challenging for my husband who is 6 foot 1 , because the ceiling is a little low. Besides that, we loved this place. Highly recommend! Just note the ceiling if you are tall.

Le logement d’Ernesto est très bien situé dans le centre historique de Naples, mais dans une rue calme. Il est très confortable. Ernesto est très réactif. Je recommande !

We are so very grateful that we found Angela's place. It was a last minute booking for us and we didn't have very high expectations. If we would have had though, the high expectations would have been met!! We stayed in the loft apartment and it was very clean, very practical furnished and very quiet and peaceful. There was everything you needed. The pool was cold but I love that since it was hot summer when we visited. Sun all day on the sun chairs!! Her two dogs were lovely. Angela as a host is the best host I've ever had during all my airbnb stays. Very attentive, easy communication, super friendly and really helpful. I would most definitely come back to casa pistacchio. The house is located at the bottom of the city (its a steep and cool city!), and the accommodation provided parking. Grazie mille Angela 🫶

SPLENDIDO! Voglio essere schietto e sincero. Utilizzo Airbnb da 15 anni forse.. alla vista di questo Loft, bellissimo, ad un'ottimo prezzo, libero a pochi giorni dalla mia prenotazione.. non volevo crederci. Sincero ero titubante che potesse esserci qualche fregatura (anche perche ho trovato pochissime recensioni), ho cmq voluto crederci e vi assicuro che ho fatto benissimo! L'appartamento è meraviglioso come da foto, se non addirittura di più. Curato in tutto e per tutto, fornito di tutto quello che può venirvi in mente.. tutto nuovo e di ottima qualità.. oltre a tutto quello descritto, ho addirittura trovato due tv, macchine del caffè con cialde, zucchero olio, pepe sale biscottini vari etc etc.. Asciugamani vari e prodotti per il bagno e per le pulizie della casa.. tutto, proprio tutto! Un servizio pari ad una stanza di hotel ma in un bellissimo appartamento! Cristina e suo marito persone meravigliose! Di decine di appartamenti affittati sicuramente uno tra i migliori! Cri grazie!!

We could live in Romeo apartment. Stylish, comfortable, modern, fully equipped kitchen (even a drip coffee maker for North American coffee drinkers), very good WiFi, safe and secure. The entry and place to keep our bicycles safe was perfect. This is a terrific place to stay in Modica. The Julietta apartment is equally nice; slightly smaller yet with a small balcony. Lorenzo’s welcome, gracious hospitality and excellent communication were added bonuses to a nice stay.

Perfect place in a very local and beautiful small town near to all popular towns of Apuglia.

Piccolo appartamento con tutto il necessario e tutti i comfort per soggiornare bene. Rosanna è stata sempre disponibile e attiva. Preciso anche che non ha perso tempo nel momento in cui pochi giorni prima del mio arrivo, dopo il guasto dell'aria condizionata, ha subito provveduto ad comprare un nuovo condizionatore, aggiornandomi sempre sugli sviluppi. Si è sempre accertata che tutto potesse andare al meglio. Mi sono trovato benissimo e in futuro tornerò sicuramente.

Enrico is a wonderful host, he goes an extra mile to make sure that his guests are comfortable and cared for. He helped us get familiar with the place and made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I had a great time staying at his place thanks to his incredible hospitality

Appartamento tranquillo a due passi dal centro un po' buio per i miei gusti ma nel rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente imbattibile

Posizione strategica per tutti gli spostamenti sia a piedi che con bus, alloggio pulito e confortevole. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili rispondendo prontamente ad ogni mio dubbio o necessità. Consiglio sicuramente!!

L'appartamento è confortevole, arredato con gusto e la pulizia impeccabile. Dotato di tutto il necessario e le comodità per una vacanza perfetta. Il terrazzo è meraviglioso e si godono tramonti bellissimi. Ottimo punto di partenza, in località tranquilla, per visitare il Salento. Anna Rita e Pierluigi sono molto gentili e disponibili.
