Had great experience at J & A Lake Property. When we initially decided to go on a trip just relax but not to explore places near by. After search we found this great amazing place with the best lake views and peaceful neighborhood. You get the best lake view sunroom to enjoy your morning tea with duck enjoying in the lake. All our friends & family thoroughly enjoyed the place and kids had the best time ever. Will highly recommended this place. Thank you.

Kelly was an excellent host, and responded very quickly. The place was very nice, clean and looked exactly like the photos. Kitchen was stocked extremely well, as was the whole home! Our family will definitely come here again. If you’re thinking about booking, do it! Yoh won’t regret it 🙂

This is our second stay at this beautiful house. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 to relax and lots to do for our young adults. Enjoyed the hot tub and saw deer, turkeys and a fox in the woods . Beautiful setting and all the amenities available. Melanie was very responsive and helpful!! I would definitely recommend this lovely home!

My husband I got married near Charlotte and used this as a place for both of our immediate families to stay for a long weekend. Zee’s place far exceeded our expectations and both families loved it. It felt like we were on our own little island, being at the end of the peninsula. So many wonderful memories we won’t forget!

Our stay at this Lake Norman property was absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable—right on the water with stunning views and easy access to everything the lake has to offer. The home was spotless upon arrival, and you can tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space. One of the best features was having the boat available to rent on-site—it made exploring the lake effortless and so much fun! We also loved the added amenities like the fire pit, hot tub, kayaks, and fishing poles, which made for great memories with our family. The fireplace inside was perfect for cozy evenings, and all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway on Lake Norman. We’ll definitely be back!

Nikole was so accommodating for a large group. This house was clean & had an incredibly well stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer came in handy. Loved having the finished downstairs for a little separation plus the ease of going in and outside. 10/10 would recommend.

My family and I had an amazing time at this house! Great waterfront features, very roomy, nice lake views, etc. we would love to return in the future! Only thing I will say is this house has a separate booking called the boathouse. The boathouse is a different airbnb listing, and it’s not mentioned in the description of this property. There were others staying there at the same time as us and it is on property. Next time we will book both the boathouse and the main house for optimum privacy. Other than that, no complaints! Thank you for a great few days at the lake!

I had a fantastic stay at this property. The space was clean and well-maintained, and the fully equipped kitchen was a great convenience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lake Norman.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I can't say enough how wonderful this rental is. The photos does not due the property justice. This vacation exceeded my expectations tenfold. The vacation included my parents and my 11YO border collie. My border collie loves swimming but is older and not able to jump from the dock, however was able to use the beach with ease. Loved going on a morning walks down the street littered with amazing lake views from both sides of the peninsula then using the fire pit in the evenings by the lake. We ended up night fishing with great success; my dad caught 20 fish in one night! As for local recommendations, we followed the dinner recs to the letter without disappoint. The only negative, besides going home 🙄 , was the living room furniture isn't the most comfortable as the couch is a bit lower than typical. However, this was very minor as our main places to lounge revolved around the lake and outdoor features. Overall, I have no regrets and will definitely return

Amazing to walk out the door and into some of the best hikes ever! Watching the stars through the skylights is incredible. Andrew's place has everything stocked and all you need and more for a great adventure.

Easy to find location. Home matched the description. The instructions to the AC/heating units was very helpful, and all the amenities were in great shape. It was also really helpful to have the checkout instructions posted on the wall, which made checkout a breeze. The home was also clean upon check-in. Great, secluded and peaceful location near multiple hiking trails. Was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Just be aware the neighborhood area is not super walkable. No sidewalks or shoulders. But there is so little traffic on the back county roads that safety while walking is not a concern. I walked my dog first thing in the morning, and cars always have us gave room as they passed on the local neighborhood rural roads.

We had a fantastic stay at this mountain cabin! The views were incredible, and the open-concept kitchen and living room made it perfect for spending quality time with family. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Had an incredible stay! The amenities put everything all together and loved the fact that we were able to bring our fur babies! Peter was an amazing host and there was absolutely no issues while we were there!

Great spot. Pretty views on wraparound porch. Jacuzzi was crowning jewel for us. It was a nice replacement for a fire as they are not allowed. Host was nice and responsive. Everyone in the area was friendly. Lots of fun winding roads for the motorcycles.

My wife and I had a great weekend at Jim's place. The directions were easy to follow (print them out since cell phone connectivity is spotty) and the place was just as we expected. A great location with lots of hiking nearby and the hot tub for post-hike relaxing was wonderful! Loved the place and the accommodations, so I'm hopeful that we'll be able to come back!
