Dear Robert and Charleen, Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. The Bird House is truly a gem, and you are blessed to own it. The pictures on Airbnb do not do the house justice. As I entered on Wednesday, my breath was taken away; the views of the lake and natural light filled every room. The beauty of the natural surroundings, together with the well-thought-out interior design and appointments, made our experience one to remember. My mother and I truly had a wonderful and restful Thanksgiving. You had very clear notes regarding how to work everything (the blinds). Clearly, a lot of thought was put into what would make guests comfortable (lap blankets and a variety of lighting with dimmers), and all of the items one would use at home were in the kitchen, enabling us not to have one worry during our stay. We hope to return during warmer weather to enjoy the outdoors.

Had great experience at J & A Lake Property. When we initially decided to go on a trip just relax but not to explore places near by. After search we found this great amazing place with the best lake views and peaceful neighborhood. You get the best lake view sunroom to enjoy your morning tea with duck enjoying in the lake. All our friends & family thoroughly enjoyed the place and kids had the best time ever. Will highly recommended this place. Thank you.

The host was amazing with responding and even reaching out with things we might have forgotten. The house was amazing inside and out. Anything you might be able to think of was available. From body wash down to ziploc bags were available. We even appreciated the good hand soap (lol) not watered down. They did not skimp on anything with from furniture to toilet paper. Book it! Just not when I am ready to book again(lol)! Bravo to the host!

Excellent stay! The house is equipped with everything you need and then some! So peaceful and quiet The walk down to the water is a workout but beautiful. We had an amazing stay here and will come back if we are in the area again!

This home is beautiful, well laid out and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of Lake Norman in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to shopping and great restaurants. Giovanni is an excellent host who responds quickly and kindly.

the place was worth a good bit more than what we paid for. We stay in a lot of Airbnb's, I actually remodel Airbnbs. This was a great find. We will definitely recommend it and use it again if possible. some of the nicest hosts we've ever worked with.

David’s home was the perfect place for our getaway. The dock was great for our boat, and the home had everything we needed for an amazing stay! Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

4.4 stars. i felt our experience was good enough to warrant a 5 star rating despite the shortcommings. Pros: very clean. very spacious stocked well enough for a rental hot tub in top notch condition good view, air hockey table worked great. very pleasant stay cons: house was 55 degrees upon arrival. disturbing. slowly heated to 70 over about a day. one of 2 fire places worked arcade machine worked for a bit then crapped out. screen non functional. screen was also no really playable as it was veritcally offset incorrectly. pool table is no level making any serious game impossible TVs only have HDMI inputs 5-6 hour response time upon arrival. had to figure out everything on our own. house layout is a tad meandering to navigate, but ok air hockey, fuzzball, arcade are in the garage where its freezing cold.

It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

Blin's place was spotless, comfortable and the view was stunning - Fall leaves were in full color while we were there. The bathrooms were spacious and clean - the water was hot with good pressure. The king bed in the master was supportive and comfortable. I heard no complaints about the bunk room beds the kids used. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, bowls and cooking utensils. All appliances worked well. It was muddy while we were there so we rolled up the light colored rugs so we didn't accidentally stain them. We had our dog with us and there was plenty of area for him to run and the streets were quiet for a walk along the road. There are steps all the way to the water which will be amazing for lake access in the summer. As it was cold while we were there and the lake was still recovering from Hurrican Helene, we did not get in the water. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Karen was helpful in sending recommendations and communication regarding the impact of Helene on the area. Always answered questions and put us at ease. The suite was beautiful and the amenities were nice and the views were great. Instructions were helpful. I would highly recommend this suite

It was such a pleasure staying here. The moment I reserved, I had communication from the host. The instructions booklet provided in the home was very organized and made things so simple. The place was immaculate. Leading me to believe it could’ve even been built yesterday. The kitchen had everything i needed to cook. The fire pit and hot tub was a nice touch and definitely use those amenities. The Wi-Fi worked great all the way out to the lake where I sat to get work done. The neighborhood was perfect for walking and the neighbors were quiet . The bathroom towels were thick and large, and there were separate towels for the hot tub . The shower was spacious and enjoyed the provided soaps. It was definitely worth the value and will recommend and stay here again!

This quiet spot was just right for two. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the birds in the nearby trees.

My new favorite place to stay when visiting my daughter at school in Davidson. The setting is peaceful and there are water activities provided right outside the door. Lore was very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

The apartment is beautiful. We had a peaceful stay. I liked the big windows overlooking the lake. I enjoyed picnicking on the dock and kayaking around the cove.

We were there for a wedding to the Ivory Barn and the location was perfect. We loved the porch. It was ideal for what we needed.

Beautiful property! Ideal proximity to Rock Barn Spa & Golf and great restaurants (Fourk!) but so private and peaceful.

I can’t say enough about Leeann and her cozy cabin, we were less then 50 feet from lake Norman, amazing views of the sunset reflecting Of the lake, Leeann was an awesome host, she was very responsive and very helpful. She did make adjustments to our living situation and also went above and beyond what a normal air bnb host would do.. I would give her and her property a 10 out of 10 if we only could!

The location and setting were everything we hoped for. We were able to get to all of the communities we wanted to investigate and found a couple we really like a lot. The boat house was perfect for us as a home base. Jack was there to greet us when we arrived, showed us the details we needed, and met with us the morning we left. We had a delightful time.

The property was excellent. Perfect view of the lake in the back. Comfortable home and plenty to do inside since it was raining and windy outside. Paige was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed from Jan- mid march to escape the harsh winters in Iowa and catch up with friends. We also spent a couple weekends in the Fall trying to find a decent place to accept our 55lb dog and our budget. Jamie’s place is as it appears in her photos and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We lived in the Charlotte area for many years and are familiar with the area. A great place for an extended stay.

This house was absolutely perfect and we would definitely stay here again. It was beautifully appointed, comfortable and clean.
