The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was great if you want to just relax but also a great distance from the city if you want to explore more. She’s very good at communicating and responds quickly to our questions. Thank you and we will definitely come back!

従業員の方は全員丁寧で優しく、柔軟に対応してくれました。部屋はとても綺麗で、水回り等も問題なく使えました。 タオルも必要な分を申請するとその都度もらうことができ、ツアーでタオルが余分に欲しい時もすぐに対応してくれました。 また毎日水も無料で補充してくれたので、水の心配も要りませんでした。 とにかく大満足な旅行になったのはこのエアビのおかげです。 本当にありがとうございました。

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

Ik ben een maand gebleven om te werken en in het weekend Cebu en omstreken te ontdekken. De plek is ideaal omdat je kan genieten van het zwembad, de rustiggevende tuin en het dakterras waar je kan zonnen of rustig ontbijten. In de omgeving is een winkelcentrum waar je kan eten, drinken en boodschappen doen. Uiteraard zijn er overal straatverkopers waar je lokaal eten en fruit kan halen. De supermarkt is handig voor producten zoals water, zonnebrand etc. De locatie zelf is wat ver van het ceuntrum van Cebu, maar binnen 30 minuten ben je in de stad (met Grab heb je zo taxi en eten besteld, voor je eigen deur). Het internet was goed genoeg om meetings te hebben en er was een bureautje waar ik kon zitten en werken. Pierre en Nelia waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk en gaven tips over wat er te doen was. Haar famlieleden waren ook zeer behulpzaam en als ik iets nodig had stonden ze voor mij klaar. Ik kijk met veel plezier terug naar het verblijf en zou zo volgend jaar weer boeken.

It was a great place, so whenever your going to Simala and other places going south of cebu. this place is a great place to stay. I love the community, the townhouse is very cozy and homey.

Eine schöne geräumige Unterkunft, die ihrem Preis gerecht wurde. Eher ruhige Lage der Unterkunft. Die Straße an der die Bali Residence anlehnt, bietet street- good und einige kleine dörfliche Geschäfte. Bis zu den ersten größeren Läden, sowie auch mäßig bis guten stränden und städtisch ähnlichen Gebieten sind es mit dem Grab oder Tricycle weniger Minuten Fahrtzeit. Appartment in einem hygienisch guten Zustand. Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin immer freundlich und zügig.

Marj's place is very peaceful. It's walking distance from groceries and shops. Photos matches the place. Place has clean sheets too. Marj is very accommodating. My family had a great time.

I can’t speak highly enough about Maria and Christofer. Their hilltop home is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. They are both incredibly friendly and responsive, and I thoroughly enjoyed my long conversations with Christofer. I highly recommend this place for families with children, especially those looking to experience peaceful provincial life while staying in a spacious, air-conditioned condo with a stunning view of the island at night. Maria is an amazing cook, and I truly appreciated being invited to join their family for dinners and breakfasts — it made the experience even more special. Christofer kindly picked me up and dropped me off in Catmon, and during my stay, I rented their scooter to explore the beautiful surrounding areas. If I ever return to North Cebu, I’ll definitely try to stay here again.

Thank you for letting us stay at your airbnb. It was a wonderful experience, and we loved that we can order from our room. The T.V. had youtube and netflix which never lagged. We also liked that it was a gated area. We felt very safe. Daghan salamat.

We have a comfortable and pleasant stay at Maddox Homestay. They were kind and considerate enough to wait for us even if we checked in quite late in the evening and they were prompt in answering all our inquiries and concerns.

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She will respond to all of your inquiries. Everything you need is already in the venue because it is well furnished. Despite being somewhat remote, the location is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. You really get what you pay for. It has the impression of being your own home for your entire stay. We had a very pleasant two-night stay at this spacious and well-maintained three-bedroom unit. It was a lovely place to be with our kids—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which made things extra convenient. The outdoor community is a bit dated and the roads around the area could use some improvement. That said, it was great to see other kids around for ours to play with, which made the experience more enjoyable for them. Overall, it’s a great place for both short stays, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and functional home base. We were also able to easily order food in when needed. Thanks for a smooth and relaxing stay!

We enjoyed our stay for 3 months tremendously. Being near to our famy helped, but the house is very nice. We appreciated especially all the available appliances, towels, blankets and kitchenware. The host is very fast to response and the local caretaker was available immediately when we needed her. We are already expecting to be back this or next year! This house is better than any hotel in the neighborhood. 5 stars on al categories.
