Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

Harrison's accommodations were terrific. We felt right at home in a very charming and well equipped apartment with plenty of room and lots of amenities. It is within less than a 5 minute walk to the metro station, and 10-15 minutes from a Safeway. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to see all the highlights of Washington, D.C. It's clean, comfortable, spacious and convenient. There are a handful of restaurants within a block, and just one stop down on the metro gets you to Barracks Row where there are tons of restaurants ranging from casual to high end dining. We loved it!!!

Sophia and her family made us feel comfortable,safe and always a pleasure to talk with. Accommodations were just what we needed. A bright and multipurpose kitchen made it easy to make family meals after a long outing. An amazing Washer and Dryer Her spacious cozy bedrooms helped us to finish the day off with contentment. I highly recommend making the choice to stay at Sophia’s and her family’s place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Right next to John Hopkins Hospital. 🏥

Despite my brief stay of only a few hours, the accommodations were exceptional, and Tiana’s hospitality was truly remarkable.

Chad was an excellent communicator and the place was perfect for a sisters' weekend. Great location - great cafes and wine locations close by and the capitol was a 10-minute walk. Just lovely. Would go back again.

Fish was responsive and friendly. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Takoma Park and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect English Garden getaway for downtown weekend activities. Lots of light even with being a basement apartment. You can hear upstairs residents - nothing loud or offensive but guests should be aware in case this is could be a dealbreaker for you. Parking was easy, and Tom arranged a parking permit for us. Lots of great restaurants nearby, and the welcome book with restaurant recommendations was a great touch.

Will's place was great. It was close to the Columbia Heights Metro. It was clean and well-equipped. Will was a very responsive host. He was also very accommodating, allowing me to check in a bit early and leave a bit late to match my flights. Many thanks, Will!

Great location, quiet. Spacious and clean house. Well connected in terms of grocery stores etc. Host very responsive and helpful. We had a 2 week stay and it was perfect for our needs.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

The experience was perfect from start to finish. Shareef was extremely communicative, flexible, accommodating, helpful, and genuinely cared that all of our needs were being met. The place is adorable and exactly like the photos. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay and all we needed. Very big home - lots of space and very clean. Roman very helpful.

The two units were very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen on the main level was a great place to hang out. the kids loved playing basketball on the back patio. Having the peace of mind of private parking spots was amazing. We enjoyed many of the restaurants and shops within a couple blocks. It was also a pretty central location to walk to Capital One Arena and go for an early morning jog down to the mall. Lastly, the rooftop patio provided an amazing experience on a beautiful spring day with our friends. We made lots of memories in our short day and will definitely consider returning.

This was a great stay! We came in town for a long weekend and this place was perfect. This was a great location as it was close to metro/bus lines to get downtown and a quiet area to relax at night. This was a great find and would recommend again.

First time we vacationed in an area that we could park our car and leave it. The busline and Metro were easy enough to navigate, even for seniors. Raul was a big help and answered us promptly.

Amazing stay with an amazing view! Such a cute, very clean place with an awesome seafood restaurant in walking distance! Best crab cake and crab dip I ever had. Definitely going to stay again!!

It is difficult to top the already outstanding reviews of Sean's place. I can only repeat that the apartment is exactly what one would need to stay a night or two or perhaps make it an extended stay. It was extremely clean, comfortable, warm, and perfect for exploring Washington DC or if necessary, have a quiet space for work. Sean is the perfect host with quick communication and recommendations. I commend Megan for her assistance as well. If I am ever back in Washington DC--this would be my first choice for lodging. Thank you for an excellent stay!

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.

Christopher's place was perfect for our weekend girls trip to DC. It was just outside of the city, which meant less traffic and noise. The neighborhood felt very safe and parking was easy to find at all times. The unit itself is cozy - kitchen was very clean and beds were comfy. Board games and local food recommendations were also provided and were much appreciated! Overall, we had a great time!

My spouse and I just moved to the area. The condo was great and exactly what we needed as we looked for permanent housing!! Overall, the place was clean and tidy. When we arrived there were some strange stains in the carpet, but Kierstin responded away and got it cleaned. A few of the dishes and pots were on the verge of breaking and, again, Kierstin responded right away and had new dishes and pots sent to the condo. The place is conveniently located with easy access to 695 as well as some good restaurants. For a 6 week stay, this place was great!
