This place was perfect for our large group. Comfortably slept 13 of us. Large kitchens with everything we could need, everything was clean, and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evening. Some in our group relaxed in the hot tub. Our hosts were very attentive and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

It was very romantic and reminded me of the flintstones, the record player was super cute. The only thing I would say is that there is a house/airbnb right next to this one so it wasn’t the most private at times but other than that we loved the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Battle Vista! Our family def took advantage of the hot tub each night after all of our daily excursions! everything was clean and tidy...it was a great place for our Spring Break get away!

This place is such a gem!! Rick is an amazing host and extremely friendly. He gave us great recommendations for activities nearby. The house is amazing and the property is beautiful. We will be back!!

Beautiful home with an incredible sunrise view. You won't regret staying here. The home is clean and very well stocked. The area is very private and you can hear the waterfall below. You'll enjoy watching hummingbirds on the porch while sipping your coffee & taking in the beautiful sunrise. Great local lookout points, restaurants, coffee shop, and other attractions within 5-10 minutes from the house.

This place is awesome. Plenty of bathrooms and beds, multiple kitchens on different levels, and the common space area downstairs with the projector is perfect for hanging out with big groups. Honestly, the place is better in real life than the pictures. Couple things to know though: check in isn’t until 5pm and check out is at 10am with is later than normal for check in and earlier than normal for check out. Not flexible on that unless you want to pay more. Also, some Ubers and Lyfts had a hard time finding the address but when we drove ourselves we didn’t have any issues. Overall, very positive experience and will definitely come back if I have a big group of people come into Chattanooga again.

This place was so refreshing! Right outside of the city, tucked away, gorgeous views of the mountain, loved how roomy the space was; everything I needed was accounted for. I came solo after my guests couldn’t fly out but I could see it being the perfect spot for families/groups. Wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks for such a great stay! Will definitely be back!

Kasey was super responsive and helpful. Our plans changed several times and she was very flexible with us.

Beautiful little cottage with everything you need. Peaceful location, decorated nicely, and the screen door to the front porch allows you to enjoy the birds in the morning. My pup and I enjoyed our stay while waiting to pick up our new RV.

This home is exactly as described and pictured. Jeff was a great host who communicated well through the app. The home was comfortable for our family of 3 plus our dogs in this trip. We used the home as a central location to Ruby Falls, Rock City, Chattanooga, and Cloudland Canyon State Park. So much to do in this area and coming back to relax in the home was perfect. The home was clean, central AC/heat, comfortable beds, and all items needed to cook. Washer and dryer was also nice after hiking we did a quick load of laundry. The area was safe and elderly neighbors were friendly. If you’re in the area, definitely recommend this home for a small family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house! The home was very clean. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. It was plenty of room for me, my husband, our daughter, and our dog. I didn't do much cooking, but we had everything we needed in the kitchen to do so. It was convenient having a washing machine in the house, which we did wind up using at one point. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and we enjoyed our time relaxing on the front porch and taking it all in. It is a very walkable neighborhood with lots to do within walking distance or short driving distance. We also found a fun park (Riverview Park) nearby with a wonderful playground that our daughter loved! We felt comfortable and right at home during our stay here. I would definitely stay in this house again!

Lynn's place was awesome but so was she. The home is clean, cozy and private in a very walkable neighborhood. The location is just a short drive from all the downtown Chattanooga landmarks and walking distance to beautiful trails and park nearby. Waking up to birds singing outside our windows each morning absolutely made our day. Lynn checked on us and made sure we were good and when I mentioned needing more supplies, she went above and beyond and drove over and left what we needed. I can't say enough good things about Lynn and her home. We'll definitely come back to stay here next time we're in town. Thank you, Lynn!

Rodney was incredibly friendly and always responded very quickly. The yurt was absolutely wonderful. The view was spectacular and very peaceful. I loved hearing a rooster crowing in the distance. I loved that there was no outdoor noise other than nature singing. The inside was so very clean: from the linens, towels, floor, everything. I highly recommend anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of life to visit the yurt. I only wish that I could have stayed longer.

Tim's house is in the beautiful North Shore area which features adorable bungalows, tree lined streets and hilltop views. The house was super clean, cute and comfortable. The neighborhood is gorgeous, feels very safe and is quiet. It's located just a quick hop across the river from Chattanooga but has its own commercial area with fun shops, great restaurants and two grocery stores. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood especially since we had the added bonus of being able to have our dog with us!

We loved the house. It was peaceful with a beautiful view. Everything was perfect we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay.

Joel’s Air BnB was the perfect fit for a weekend getaway with some friends. About 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga without having to get on the highway. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The house itself was spotless and very comfortable. There was a big backyard with a pool that I would love to come back and enjoy when it’s warmer out! 10/10 would recommend and hope to be back in the future.

I had an amazing time staying at this charming Airbnb in Chattanooga! The location was perfect—just a short drive to great restaurants, shops, and attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium and Lookout Mountain. The space itself was cozy, clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and the host had thoughtful touches like accommodation for ou r children and local recommendations ready for us. The decor was modern and welcoming, and the overall vibe made us feel right at home. One of the best parts of our stay was the peaceful backyard, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chattanooga. We’ll be back for sure!

Perfect spot for a large Family to gather while visiting Chattanooga. We were only there for a night but found everything just as advertised!

If was a perfect little spot to stay for the weekend! It wasn’t too far from town itself, and the drive into town is super pretty! The place itself was nice as well, it looked like the pictures (but actually was a bit more open than the pictures showed, which I like). It had everything we needed and Merritt was super helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Would totally recommend!

This is the nicest airbnb I have ever stayed at. The house is nice and spacious, and the view from the deck is gorgeous.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. The house and property are beautiful and well maintained. It was great having everything on one level and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We could have easily had 10 people but it was nice with just the two of us.
