We had an incredible stay. Both the house and surroundings were absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It was pristine, comfortable and well stocked. We loved our time and would book again!

The location of the house was great, close enough to the city yet far enough out to be peaceful. Parking was great, neighborhood was quiet. The home was nice and clean, everything we needed was there and the host left a little gift basket for us upon arrival! I would stay here again on my next visit to the area.

We are a construction company, and understandably, Jon and April were apprehensive about renting to us, we appreciate them renting to us as the experience was great!!! Will definitely stay again if in the area!!!

Absolutely beautiful. Kate home offers more than enough space to accommodate my entire family, there a main level bedroom that help my elder mom feel right at home. Kate and co host made our entire experience nothing short of amazing… I ask about a fire pit and they delivered me, our family had a great time making s’mores. One of the rooms had a very spacious living quarter that would be great for a wedding party to prepare. Our Christmas vacation was very enjoyable all attractions and shopping we attended were within a short 20 min drive. My family loved and will return the next time we visit TN. A huge Thank you for making this a memorable moment for my family. ❤️

This place was amazing! The location was close to running trails and downtown Chattanooga. We had plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook for a large family! We would definitely visit again!

This house is extremely nice! Very accommodating! They stocked everything you can think of! The linen & towels are great quality, the pots, pans, dishes and appliances are good products. The bathrooms are exceptional! The back deck is the most peaceful place to relax!!! The home decor is soft and airy! We loved every thing about our stay! We drove down to the historic district about 5 minute drive! Enjoyed the Broken Arrow Winery!!!

The house was easy to find, and check into. The hosts were super responsive, kind, and made sure to check in about our safe arrival. Everything was clean, and well stocked. I definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking to visit the area.. Chattanooga was just a short/easy 15 minute drive!

Great place for privacy but can be anywhere in 20-30 minutes. Great place and pet friendly, we will be back.

Paige’s place was a great place to come home to at the end of our busy days in Chattanooga. It is secluded and peaceful. There were 3 of us so plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with basic items, not too many extra items (I.e. toaster) but certainly fine for making meals at home. We loved the outdoor seating options and big backyard. The house was a bit chilly due to the weather but 2 space heaters were provided. The only note - if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bit of a buzzing noise in the back bedroom. Not a huge deal for us personally but if you’re a light sleeper I’d pick make sure you’re ok with the sleeping options in the living room! Would definitely consider staying here again - especially in the summer so we can use the pool!

The unit was exactly as described and like the pictures. It was at a great location close to everywhere we were going and it was very clean and spacious. We had plenty of room to have a friend over that we had not seen in over a year. Hosts were also very responsive and did recommend some great restaurants. Our only thing was that we couldn't control our AC and that you can hear a lot of noise from upstairs throughout the night. It's like creaking noises when people upstairs walk around which wasn't an issue every night but some nights it was. However, at the end of the day the unit was great and if we come back would stay there again. Thank you so much!

Breathtakingly beautiful home with well mantained, spacious yard. I appreciate that the photos were spot on and actually didn’t do this home justice. The classy furnishings and furniture made this the best Airbnb I’ve been to so far. Thank you for accommodating my family for the holidays with a Christmas tree, candy tray and wine. I 100% refer this home.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful mountain home! The house was absolutely perfect for our large group, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The accommodations were top-notch, and everyone had a great time. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was stunning, and we loved the peaceful mountain setting. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a getaway with friends or family!

The home exceeded our expectations. There is more than enough space in the home. We loved using the fire pit and the grill. And the table tennis in the basement. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to come back to this very cozy comfortable home in the future.

Perfect location for the convention I was attending at a better price than hotels, and I was able to make my own food!

Kickback Bungalow is such a restful , unique & very cool place! It's so clean, well furnished & equipped. The beach theme is done really tastefully! The beds (including the futon) were so comfortable. Bedding, towels , blankets and throws are plentiful and nice quality. There are SO many thoughtful and useful extras such as water, coffee, snacks, fruits and more! Considering all the amenities, extras and the tropical room with private swim spa it's also a very good value. You will not be disappointed if you stay here; Elizabeth is a great host and has created a very special space!

My husband and I live in Georgia, so we just wanted to get a getaway weekend. So I told my husband about this place called Ruby Falls. We searched for a place that was near by and found this place. We were amazed by how clean and beautiful the place was and the rooms. The room comes with everything you need. Seriously!! Everything from cooking ware, spices for food and even a bottle of wine inside for you for free. We order pizza by a near pizzeria and my husband is from New York/ Jersey and he was even surprised how good the pizza was. Dog friendly and a lot of things for kids there too. This place really thought of everything for everyone at any age. We plan on coming back with the kids. Thank you again Jenn for a great experience.

We had a great weekend! The only downfall was the weather wasn't fully cooperative to take advantage of all of the amenities available. The kids had been excited about the hot tub, but Mother Nature had other plans with storms. I would definitely recommend to friends and would enjoy staying there again as it was midway from where my husband is currently staying with the Army and our home. Peaceful area with a short convenient drive up to Chattanooga for fun activities and dinner. My daughter loved the very friendly kitty and also the bunnies who lived on the grounds. It was a great last minute find for a spur of the moment meet halfway getaway for our family.

Our stay was above and beyond what we expected! The suite was extremely clean and very inviting! Jen and her husband are very welcoming! They both took time out of their days to recommend local places to visit while we were here! Once we arrived they gave us a thorough tour and even showed us the event center that is on the property! No details have been forgot about! There is a dog park for pets, a Sauna, hot tub, game closet for rainy days (for all ages!) and a playground for the kids! We truly felt right at home and absolutely loved staying here! We would definitely recommend this location to others!!!

The initial room we reserved was having maintenance, so we got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite from our original studio suite at no additional charge. The room was clean and the noises weren’t too loud. Anytime we had issues, the hosts were extremely responsive. They went out of their way to get a space heater for our room to help on the extra cold nights. They completely drained and refilled the hot tub for us. They were extremely professional and excellent customer service! I would definitely stay here again. I love this adorable hideaway.

All I can say is WOW! I fell in love with the unit as soon as I walked in. A peaceful atmosphere really topped off this much needed getaway! Rock Spring Resort is amazing, and we will be back! My fur babies have never been so happy. Thank you for hosting us!

Booked same day and was very easy to locate and get inside. What a great space! I loved being able to sit outside and explore. I would absolutely come back again.

Jen’s place was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay on the premise. There was lots of wild life, and friendly kittens! We loved the hammocks and the walking trails and the bed was super comfy! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Lake Haven Cottage. As we walked through the door, I knew we had chosen a great place to stay. It is cute, cozy & so comfortable! The french doors leading to a lakefront deck checked all the boxes. We enjoyed our time there visiting with family, fishing, birdwatching & more. It all made for a wonderful trip. We are back home now, but already talking about next year’s stay. Thank you so much Joe, Mary & Cassie.
