We stay in a lot of Airbnb's and this is one of those places that you don't have to worry about anything related to the owners. They are very responsive, they take good care of the place, everything's well thought out, highly recommend.

We rode snowmobiles from Vicki and Kim’s cabin, and had a great time! The cabin is right on the NYSSA groomed trail, and is a great place to ride from. As many noted in their reviews, the cabin is much larger than the listing photos make it seem. The hosts were also very flexible, helpful, and easy going - we will definitely be back for a repeat trip.

This place was absolutely amazing! I came up with my girlfriend to go skiing but we easily could have just sat inside all night, drinking wine and enjoying the views. The snowfall made everything look like a scene out of a book. Chris was ultra helpful. From giving some great recommendations on where to eat, to responding immediately when I had a question, he was a great host. The house itself was just as good as the pictures. We had zero issues. I enjoyed kicking my boots off each night of our stay and falling asleep after throwing in to watch one of the hundreds of VHS movies that are laying around the place! Just one fun little quirk of many. This place is a gem and you won't regret booking it.

All the wonderful and positive things you will read about Coleen’s place are absolutely true! No hesitation needed, you will find a comfortable space tucked away on a cozy farm. If you love animals, the pups, cats and horses are so lovely and they do not bother you at all, if that’s what you wish. You can tell how much these hosts want you to feel as at home as possible and you definitely will. Coming from a city girl myself this stay is such a nice getaway! Not far from all of the fun in Ellicottville where you can hit the slopes, cafes and bars and then drive a short trip back to this cute farm oasis. I come to this area all of the time to enjoy what it has to offer and this is one place I will surely be back to. Looking forward to summer so I can come back and do some horseback riding as well. Cozy little cottage that is close to nearby attractions - comfortable and clean. Nice spot to stay, but the long driveway is slippery after heavy snow, not recommended unless you have an AWD vehicle. We enjoyed our stay.

We visited Holiday Valley for a Family Ski Trip. Great space for our needs. Would definitely book this property again.

This was our second visit. We enjoyed every moment. They are wonderful hosts. They brought us some lawn chairs and directed us to a place for fishing. Then they checked back to see how it went. We will be back!

We enjoyed our time so much and none of us are what I would consider the outdoorsy type. The campground was gorgeous and spacious. The best part was learning to fish. Adam and his father was very welcoming and friendly, they were also very informative. I could t believe we learned to cast the reels in minutes and it was due to the instructors! I highly recommend this campground, just hope it doesn’t start to get congested when people find this little gem 💎 5 STARS and we definitely have plans to go again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Cabin was beautiful, even nicer than the pictures. Kids loved the lofts and little “play room”. Everything was clean and comfortable. Host was really great to communicate with. Already planning a visit back!!
