친절하고 다정하고 고마운 호스트에요 :) 문제가 있으면 신속하게 해결해주고, 언제든지 조지아 생활에서 궁금한 거 있을 때 물어보면 대답도 잘 해줍니다. 집은 사진에 보이는 그대로이고, 층고가 높아서 쾌적한 느낌이고 큰 쇼파가 두개 있어서 편했어요. 이웃간 방음이 잘되는 것도 장점 중 하나에요. 아 맞은 편에 건물공사중이지만 많이 시끄럽진 않아요 식용유 밀가루 조미료 반찬통까지 있어서 장기로 지내기 괜찮아요. 엘베 이용시 5테트리가 필요하지만 1층에 슈퍼들이 여러개 있고 동전교환 잘 해줍니다

С самим хозяином мы не виделись, на месте общались с его помощником - Глебом. Глеб очень отзывчивый, приятный, посоветовал нам места в округе. Квартира больше подходит для проживания одного человека, но на короткий срок можно и вдвоём провести время без проблем.

We liked everything very much. Our plane was early, so we were kindly offered to check in earlier, which is great. Great location, clean, cozy apartment. I definitely recommend it.

Перебували у Батумі з нагоди зустрічі з родичами, приїхала з бабусею (82роки), навіть вона була у захваті від зручностей, а особливо вигляду з вікна. Так трохи шумно, бо це частина міста де багато туристів. У помешканні все чисто, все працює справно. Дякую. Приїдемо ще!

I had a great stay at this house during my trip to Tbilisi! The location is fantastic—very convenient and within walking distance to all the places I needed to go. The house looks exactly like the pictures, which was a relief, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Badri was a great host, providing clear instructions on how to use everything in the house, which made my stay even smoother. A couple of things to consider: if you work a lot on your computer, the chairs might not be the most comfortable for long hours, and the table isn’t ideal for using a mouse without a mouse pad. Also, there’s some car noise at night, but it’s not too loud and didn’t bother me much. Overall, I had a very positive experience, and I’d recommend this house to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Отличная квартира. очень подходит для небольшой семьи недалеко от собора святой Троицыи в нескольких минутах ходьбы от достопримечательностей , супермаркетов и ресторанов. В квартире было всё необходимое. Хозяйка Рита очень внимательна и добра и дает хорошие местные рекомендации. Мы бы снова остановились здесь. Всем рекомендую эти апартаменты!

Отличная квартира. Большая (приб. 30 кв.м) гостиная +2 спальни. Отопление - газовый котел. Жили в феврале, было очень тепло в квартире. Лучшая квартира, которую мы снимали в Тбилиси.

This is an excellent, clean, and well-maintained house. Everything looks exactly like the photos. My family and I (10 people) felt very comfortable there. The location is great because it's both quiet and private but also next to a street with cafes. It's also a 10-minute walk from a subway station and a busy stored-filled square. You don't have to climb any steep hills to get to the house (as you often do in Tbilisi). The host was flexible, responsive, and very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Добрые и гостепреимные хозяева! Очень отзывчивы и внимательны к просьбам. Подарили нам практически дополнительный день, т.е. мы приехали ночью, гораздо раньше, чем check-in time. На кухне нас ждала бутылка красного вина!! В день отъезда пригласили нас на ужин - шашлык, вино, хачапури. Остались самые лучшие воспоминания!!!

kleine Wohnung mit allen nötigen Ausgestattet, super Lage, sehr Zentral, trotzdem ruhig, sehr nette Besitzerfamilie, für mich perfekt.

Amazing view and amazing host!

The apartment is sparse, but I only needed a place to shower and sleep on my broader trip. The shower is nice and large, the water pressure is great, and the shower head was high enough to even accommodate my tall height. The linens and towels were clean and felt great to use after a hot shower. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. The area is quiet, with a beautiful view from the terrace. It is also centrally located. Google Translate worked great, and Luiza very proactive in explaining. She indulged my terrible and limited Russian. Very friendly and welcoming. The venue is a great place if you need a crash pad, even if basic, and Luiza did not oversell or misrepresent anything. For the price, I can only recommend it and Luiza as a host.
