Caucasus Mountains : locations de vacances avec toilettes PMR

The place is great, especially the location. The instructions on how to get there were a little bit confusing, and host insisted on communicating in Russian for some reason, but it pales in comparison with all the positive sides like price, location, beauty of the place, etc. Would definitively book again.

We liked everything very much. Our plane was early, so we were kindly offered to check in earlier, which is great. Great location, clean, cozy apartment. I definitely recommend it.

Перебували у Батумі з нагоди зустрічі з родичами, приїхала з бабусею (82роки), навіть вона була у захваті від зручностей, а особливо вигляду з вікна. Так трохи шумно, бо це частина міста де багато туристів. У помешканні все чисто, все працює справно. Дякую. Приїдемо ще!

Enjoyed my stay in this beautiful part of Tbilisi

First, a huge thank you to Luka and his family! They were incredibly responsive and helpful, both during the planning of our 5-week stay and throughout our time there. The house was thoughtfully stocked with essentials in the bathroom—even laundry detergent! The kitchen utensils were clean and practically brand new. The location? Perfect! Thanks to this place, we found so many favorite spots since it’s close to everything and situated in a safe neighborhood. The beds were comfy too. Our biggest concern was the heating, as we stayed during the winter months—but the house was incredibly warm! The high ceilings added such a bright and airy feel to the space. We felt so at home that it was hard to leave. Ending our trip on such a positive note and heading back home already has us planning our next stay in Tbilisi. Thank you again, Luka!

Отличная большая квартира с высокими потолками и паркетным полами. Мы приезжали впятером: я, муж и сын и родители мужа. квартира идеальна для такой компании, всем хватало места, никто не путался ни у кого под ногами, но так же все уютно собирались за большом столом в гостиной. в квартире очень красивая мебель и посуда. Есть все необходимое для приготовления еды, включая масло, соль, сахар. Большое количество разнообразных приборов. рядом в шаговой доступности несколько магазинов с широким ассортиментом. Так же рядом метро, чтобы быстро доехать до центра, но так же приятно погулять просто рядом (во двое детская площадка + в шаговой доступности парк тоже с детской площадкой). Очень полезно для большой компании - наличие двух туалетов. Кровати очень удобные, а с балкона открывается потрясающий вид на телебашню. Лаша потрясающий хозяин, встретил нас лично и проводил (несмотря на то, что мы уезжали в 2 часа ночи), всегда был на связи и готов был прийти на помощь. Горячо рекомендую!

Отличная квартира. Большая (приб. 30 кв.м) гостиная +2 спальни. Отопление - газовый котел. Жили в феврале, было очень тепло в квартире. Лучшая квартира, которую мы снимали в Тбилиси.

I had a great stay at this house during my trip to Tbilisi! The location is fantastic—very convenient and within walking distance to all the places I needed to go. The house looks exactly like the pictures, which was a relief, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Badri was a great host, providing clear instructions on how to use everything in the house, which made my stay even smoother. A couple of things to consider: if you work a lot on your computer, the chairs might not be the most comfortable for long hours, and the table isn’t ideal for using a mouse without a mouse pad. Also, there’s some car noise at night, but it’s not too loud and didn’t bother me much. Overall, I had a very positive experience, and I’d recommend this house to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Отличная квартира. очень подходит для небольшой семьи недалеко от собора святой Троицыи в нескольких минутах ходьбы от достопримечательностей , супермаркетов и ресторанов. В квартире было всё необходимое. Хозяйка Рита очень внимательна и добра и дает хорошие местные рекомендации. Мы бы снова остановились здесь. Всем рекомендую эти апартаменты!
