An Unforgettable Stay – Felt Like Home! Our trip to Georgia Tbilisi was nothing short of amazing, and a huge part of that was this incredible stay. From the moment we arrived, Tati and Giorgi made us feel so welcome—it was like visiting old friends. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. The house itself was beyond beautiful—stylish, comfortable, and surrounded by the most breathtaking nature. Waking up to those views, having slow mornings with coffee on the terrace, and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere was everything we needed. But the best part? My whole family was truly happy here. There’s something so special about this place—it’s warm, inviting, and just feels right. Whether we were out exploring or simply enjoying time together, every moment felt perfect. I can’t thank Tati and Giorgi enough for creating such a magical retreat. We’re already talking about coming back!

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Suren was a great host, he organized the transportation from the border of Armenia, organized us a sim card with unlimited data due to lack of WiFi. The house was awesome, big, quiet, with a lovely welcoming and nice homemade specialties. We felt awesome there and highly recommend it for couples who seek a hidden gem to spend their honeymoon or to get away from the city and just enjoy the beauty of nature. Great host, highly recommend it!

Great place to stay away from the city but very close to the highway to Batumi, Sarpi, Poti, etc. Chakvi also has many good restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartments have a really cool outdoor area with activities. Ilia and his Family made us feel right at home.

Замечательные апартаменты в центре старого города Тбилиси, очень красиво обустроены, личная веранда, на которой мы завтракали и ужинали с потрясающими рассветами, находились на возвышенности, но это никак не помешало, наоборот мы наслаждались видами города с высоты. Хозяйка Елена оперативно отвечала на все вопросы, нам очень понравилось, вернемся снова

Megi is super host. Place is exactly the same as on the photos. Superb location, very spacious appartment for solo and family trips. Highly recomended place.

Хорошее расположение в тихом районе рядом с исторической крепостью. Вокруг большие эвкалиптовые деревья, вид на сад. Просторная квартира с высокими потолками; есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Вода из артезианской скважины. Быстрый и стабильный интернет. Отзывчивый хозяин всегда помогал нам по любым вопросам.

Je recommande fortement ce logement ! Giorgi est un hôte cultivé, au bon niveau d'anglais, très agréable et très investi qui vous garantira un excellent séjour. :) Le logement en lui-même est très propre et bien aménagé, avec beaucoup d'espace pour circuler. L'ambiance y est vraiment chaleureuse et vous y disposerez de tous les équipements nécessaires. Enfin, le fait que ce soit excentré du centre-ville (20min à pieds) garantit un certain calme ainsi qu'un espace vert soigneusement gardé par un chien très joueur et affectueux. Et si vous ne souhaitez pas marcher : les taxis sont nombreux, rapides et très peu chers (2 laris pour aller au centre-ville, 3 laris pour aller à la gare) et vous permettront de découvrir la ville mais aussi et surtout ses environs grâce à sa forte offre en autobus et marshrutki !

Снимала жилье для своей мамы. Ей всё очень понравилось Простое заселение, удобное расположение. В квартире есть все необходимые мелочи для кухни Хорошая звукоизоляция, хоть и окно выходит на оживленную улицу. До моря рукой подать, вокруг есть все нужные магазины, кафе, обменники. Зимой тепло, отопление работает хорошо, особенно в спальне Большое спасибо за приятный приём:)

Мое пребывание было очень приятным. Основным плюсом можно отметить удобное расположение — аптеки и продуктовые магазины находятся рядом, что очень удобно. Старый город всего в 20-30 минутах пешком, и путь лежит через узкие улочки, украшенные красивыми старинными фасадами, что делает прогулки особенно атмосферными. Сама квартира уютная и светлая, в ней много естественного света. Старинная мебель и паркет создают неповторимую атмосферу, а минималистичный интерьер добавляет современности и комфорта. Все необходимое для проживания из бытовой техники присутствует, и ничто не мешало чувствовать себя как дома. Также стоит отметить оперативную поддержку хозяев: в случае возникновения любых вопросов, как по квартире, так и по рекомендациям относительно мест для посещения в городе, всегда можно было получить быстрый и полезный ответ. Рекомендую это место для комфортного и спокойного отдыха в Тбилиси!

The host contacted us in advance to clarify the time and check-in details. The apartment was clean and tidy, equipped with everything needed for daily life (salt, dishes, glasses, frying pans, and a saucepan). The location next to the sea is fantastic, and the balcony offers a beautiful sea view. However, the loud music in the evenings may be a concern for some guests. There are several grocery stores nearby, and the building has an elevator, making it easy to access the 19th floor. One small disadvantage is that the internet speed was unstable, which could be problematic for making work calls. I would love to return to this apartment if I visit Batumi again! Special thanks for allowing a slightly later check-out without any additional fee!

Классное, тихое, стильное место! Есть парковка рядом у дома. Удобная кровать и самое главное очень тепло, так как есть теплый пол! Я обязательно буду возвращаться. Хотел сказать, что было бы круто, если бы в будущем были сковородка, сотейник и соль, фен так и не нашел.

Staying at Salome's place was an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building has a hotel-standard reception service and is conveniently located near everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salome herself is a kind and attentive host. Whenever I had a question, I messaged her, and she responded immediately. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in a very central location and within walking distance to many tourist attractions. There are so many restaurants and markets around. All the furniture and white goods in the house are brand new. Our stay was very comfortable as a family of 4. The host was very kind and helpful.

I rented this apartment for my colleague who came to Tbilisi for a visit. I chose the apartment, but my colleague was very happy with it. Pros: The apartment is clean, cozy, it was very quiet. Convenient location. Cons: There was no hair dryer well and some basic soap / shampoo.

Great apartment 3 min walking distance from the lift, and plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Would strongly recommend!

Плюсы: вежливый и приятный в общении хозяин; приняли нас при бронировании за полчаса до заезда; понятная инструкция по заезду; шикарный ремонт; прекрасный вид из окна; прислали гайд по Батуми с рекомендациями по ресторанам и кафе и не только; разрешили выехать позже. Минусы: только то, что одеяло нужно было заправлять в пододеяльник самостоятельно :)

This was my second stay at this Airbnb - loved my stay last year and so I returned again and brought my family. I was not disappointed! Responsive and friendly/welcoming host. Spacious and clean with all amenities you might need. Hosts left lovely gift as a welcome.💕Near metro and so easy to get around. Lots of shops nearby… ideal location! Wonderful views from balcony and comfortable beds. Thank you again - we will hopefully return again!
