Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at Tamar's. The location is fantastic -- quiet aside from the construction across the street (only in the mornings), close to central Tbilisi, with lots of great markets and restaurants around. The patio was a huge selling point for me when I selected the apartment, and it did not disappoint, you can truly see the entire city. Tamar as a host was incredibly communicative throughout my stay, always checking in, and if little issues came up (which happens when you stay for a month as I did), she was always on top of them. I hope to be able to stay again sometime soon!

Anri has a beautiful garden to dine outside in the evening. Too bad we didn't have more time to spend in Kutaisi.

Cosy space, perfect for a quiet weekend away. The beach nearby and the friendly dogs were a bonus!

This lovely place is just perfect for family. Complete equip kitchen is perfect for family with kids where you can cook for them. Bathroom is spotless. Overall experience is 10/10. Highly recommended!

Если в Лос-Анжелесе есть Голливудские холмы, то это то самое место в Батуми. Дом прекрасен! Недалеко от центра Батуми, в тихом районе, на горе, с собственным двором и ласковыми кошками, живущими исключительно на улице) В доме есть все, что нужно, очень чисто и в комнатах и в ваннах, хорошая сантехника, стабильная вода, на кухне есть все до мелочей! Гостиная потрясающая, с пятизвездочным видом из панорамных окон и очень красивым интерьером! Из спален открывается потрясающий вид на море и город. В ясную погоду и на горы! Мы приехали в Батуми в день, когда погода напоминала апокалипсис, но хозяева сделали все возможное, чтобы наше пребывание было максимально комфортным. Спасибо, Кристиан и Магда за теплый прием, у вас прекрасный дом, в который хочется вернуться!

Amazing place, location in very central of Tbilisi, and extremely quiet surprisingly, which is made our stay more comfortable 🥰. Also a dog, this one is adorable, i love to comeback and dog is always happy to see me. Hehe beautiful. What to say Host is very helpful, i miscalculated my stay, and i got back my refund, which is totally wonderful from owner side. I really appreciate it for all. I had such a great stay at Irina's and Tengez’s place! From the very start, they were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The flat isn’t just another Airbnb - it truly feels like a home, with cozy touches and decoration, lots of thriving houseplants, and a warm, lived-in vibe that makes you want to stay longer (even after 1 month of staying there already.) Now, let’s talk about the 7th floor with no lift - yes, it’s a bit of a workout, but free cardio and delivery services like Wolt or Glovo are more than happy to help you out (do not forget to tip them!) You’ll also have two stunning terraces where you can relax and soak in the spectacular view after the climb. I can only imagine how perfect it must be in the summer, and I’d love to come back then to enjoy it even more. Overall, an amazing stay with wonderful hosts. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home (and don’t mind a little stair climbing), this is it! Highly recommend.

Staying at Salome's place was an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building has a hotel-standard reception service and is conveniently located near everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salome herself is a kind and attentive host. Whenever I had a question, I messaged her, and she responded immediately. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

Mikheili was extremely helpful, insightful and gracious when we couldn’t find the entrance when arriving from the airport at 2am! He arranged a ride for us to our next destination in Georgia and even allowed us to leave our bags past check out. Would stay again just for him, though the location of the place was extremely walkable!

I had the pleasure of staying at this truly exceptional Airbnb in Tbilisi, and it exceeded all expectations! The location is perfect—central, yet peaceful—with stunning views that made every morning feel special. The apartment itself was incredibly cozy, tastefully decorated, and spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the high-quality linens to the fully functioning amenities. It felt like a true home away from home. Our host was wonderful—kind, responsive, and generous enough to allow an early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. There was plenty of space for our group (easily comfortable for 4–6 people), and the layout made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy. Новая и хорошая бытовая техника, чистая мебель. Большое количество посуды и столовых приборов порадовало, в квартире много интересных книг, уютная ванная комната и в целом ремонт отличный. Совершенно не было ощущения, что я нахожусь в чужой квартире, полное ощущение спокойствия и уюта) Классный просторный балкон, на который можно выйти и из спальни и из гостиной, 100% вернусь сюда снова

Оставались в этой квартире на 8 дней. Всё было хорошо.. какие-то мелкие вопросы владелец очень быстро решал. Большое спасибо Вахтангу и его замечательной помощнице Лали. )) Однозначно всем рекомендую.))

Проживали неделю. Все соответствует описанию. Остались довольны. Эгле постоянно была на связи. Плюсы: рядом море, расположение, вид на море, чистая квартира. Небольшой минус: долго ждать лифты, спускались в основном пешком. Но это единственный минус. Спасибо Эгле.

Great Airbnb for our first few nights in Georgia! We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the terrace in the sun. The apartment was warm and spotless with a great view of Tbilisi. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby and easy to walk a lot of places. It was great being picked up by Guram at the airport and taken right to the door! Thank you 😊
