The host is amazing. They allowed us to do earlier check-in and a bit late checkout Stay was perfect. Neighborhood was great. House itself was perfectly clean and ideal to host 6 adults. Bed linen and washrooms were clean and sanitized. It was quiet and far from roads and traffic jams. Host also provided equipment for BBQ Overall, I recommend this place for a group of adults.

Beautiful big house with a wonderful interior. Everything is as in the photo. Very clean. Huge bathroom, gorgeous library. Great view of the mountains from the terrace. Projector with a good picture. You can go hiking right from the house. There is a place where you can make a fire. There are a couple of small shops nearby. Overall, I recommend it.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

I am glad I made the decision to book this place!! we were driving from sighnaghi to kazbegi and because of traffic we got very late, host was super helpful and even in night when it was pitch dark he helped us get inside the room. And he was always responsive. Hello had amazing local restaurants and places recommendations which we loved honestly. thanks a lot for the entire stay and definitely recommend everyone and if I am back to kazbegi this is the place I am staying in!!

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

it was good value for the price. The villa was very clean tidy and spacious with all amenities and add on listed. The host Samir was very friendly and always reachable around the clock. He is there for you for any help. He guided on the tourist spots and attractions. Also arranged transport for full duration at affordable rate. Great stay highly recommended

Дом - отличный, тепло, уютно, горячая вода, электричество работает без проблем. Всё необходимое есть, очень много посуды, полотенец, белья, что является огромным плюсом. мы прожили в этой квартире месяц. Расположение удобное, до моря 15-20 минут пешком. Всё необходимое было на месте , а чего недоставало хозяин сразу предоставлял. Кухня укомплектована кастрюлями и сковородами, столовыми приборами и т.д. Было удобно готовить каждый день для семьи. В квартире было чисто и комфортно в любую погоду: в холодные дни было отопление, в жаркие дни выручал кондиционер. Но больше всего понравилось наличие просторного балкона, где можно завтракать на свежем воздухе. Хозяин квартиры Рауль очень внимательный и заботливый хозяин. Нам все понравилось. В следующий визит в Батуми остановимся тоже здесь.

Очень уютное жилье в очень живописном месте. Вид на освещенный храм ночью на возвышенности заслуживает особого внимания. Безупречно мягкая и уютная постель, в которой было особо комфортно засыпать под успокаивающий шум реки. Общение с хозяевами просто супер, помогали во всем и просто круто было общаться. Не могло не радовать расположение коттеджа, в тихой окрестности но в 3 минутах пешком от центра! Если вы окажетесь в Сванетии, это место окажется идеальным вариантом для вашей поездки. Настоятельно рекомендую!
