The host is amazing. They allowed us to do earlier check-in and a bit late checkout Stay was perfect. Neighborhood was great. House itself was perfectly clean and ideal to host 6 adults. Bed linen and washrooms were clean and sanitized. It was quiet and far from roads and traffic jams. Host also provided equipment for BBQ Overall, I recommend this place for a group of adults.

Отличное место, если вы хотите уединенного отдыха. Добраться до дома не составило проблем, так как хозяева организовали трансфер. Хоть мы приехали и не в сезон (март), но все равно нас встретили потрясающие виды на горы, орешник и виноградник. Вечером нас ждал прекрасный домашний ужин и отличное вино из квеври) В самом доме нас встретили Бека и ее отец Михаил, очень приятные в общении и гостеприимные. Михаил рассказал про винодельню и провел нам небольшую экскурсию. И особая любовь - это милый пес Бото, который живет на территории. Очень добрый и милый) В общем, очень рекомендую это место для отдыха от суеты

This house is surrounded by mountains and forest, which is a huge plus for us because we love nature and beautiful views! It’s very quiet and peaceful, an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature, silence, and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The house is extremely clean, everything is just as described, and it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Sandro is a very responsive, kind and hospitable host. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit, you will definitely be satisfied!

Очень гостеприимные хозяева! Отличная локация, тихо, чистота в доме, уют, хозяин помог разжечь камин в гостиной. В доме было тепло и пахло чистотой. Отличная территория вокруг: качельки, песочница, мангальная зона. На территории два источника с ключевой вкусной водой, поэтому воду с собой брать не нужно!! Хозяева быстро помогали и отвечали на все вопросы!! Рекомендую, вернёмся ещё!! Спасибо!

Beautiful cottage in nature. The neighbours are very friendly and the place is very cosy. Great for a couple of days of rest. It’s lovely to be outside with the animals in nature and the space is very cute. Thanks!

Suren was a great host, he organized the transportation from the border of Armenia, organized us a sim card with unlimited data due to lack of WiFi. The house was awesome, big, quiet, with a lovely welcoming and nice homemade specialties. We felt awesome there and highly recommend it for couples who seek a hidden gem to spend their honeymoon or to get away from the city and just enjoy the beauty of nature. Great host, highly recommend it!

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for about three weeks, and I can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi. The apartment is newly renovated, well-maintained, and in significantly better condition than many other Airbnbs in the area. It has everything you need, and the location is both central and convenient. The hosts, Natalia and Kote, were incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made the stay even better. If you’re looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay in Tbilisi, this is a great choice!

We stayed at Maya’s place for two nights. We are group of 5 and everyone had their own bed and we all felt comfortable. Heater was good. Facilities are all in good conditions. Just a heads up if you are traveling with so many luggages you’ll have to carry them up the narrow stairs. Other than that, everything mentioned in the page is pretty accurate. Would definitely recommend for groups and family.

Tamuna’nın evi pırıl pırıl ve tertemiz. Sorulara çok hızlı yanıt veriyor, uçağımız erken bir saatte olduğu için erken giriş yapmamıza izi verdi. Evin lokasyonu old town a çok yakın, rahatlıkla market, eczane ve restaurantlara ulaşabilirsiniz. Tercih etmek isteyenler için çok iyi seçim. Teşekkürler Tamuna ❤️

Отличное место как для приватного отдыха, так и для исследования Еревана и окрестностей. До центра можно добраться за 15 минут на такси. В доме есть большой и чистый бассейн, удобная мангальная зона, сауна работает хорошо. Пять комнат позволяют разместить большое количество гостей. С балконов открывается прекрасный вид на город. В целом, в доме есть все необходимое, а хозяин приветлив и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Из того, что можно было бы улучшить: в одной ванных комнат был повреждён смеситель и в душе не регулировалась вода. Также, не хватает более плотных штор - после восхода солнца в спальнях много света, нужны маски для сна.

The house, views and host are all great, this is a very good option to stay at Oni Two minor things you should take into account staying here in winter: You need to support the fireplace for all the rooms to be heated properly (especially second floor) The final 100 meters of the road to the house are very steep and not every car can get there, however host was ready to give us a ride Overall it was a great choice, me and my friends had a great time, thank you Beso and Niko!

Your excellent holiday start with excellent accommodation. This Spacious, Modern, Quiet villa is what I am looking for. It is in a great location with three Balcony over looking the green and the sea. First floor comes with living area, eating table, equipped kitchen, toilet and big balcony. Second floor with three bedrooms, balcony and very big bathroom. Third floor is a big studio with sofa, bed, corner kitchen, toilet, shower and Huge balcony with barbeque corner. The house is clean with plenty of towels. There are three air condition. The area around the villa is green and great and you can find restaurants, supermarkets and more. The best part of my experience was the support from Mr. Sameh. He is really great Man. He greeted me at the airport with his sister. His sister took my family by car to the villa. And he came with me and helped me with my luggage and helped me to pick up my car from the rental company. On the first day, one of the air-condition suddenly did not work, I called Mr. Sameh and told hem about that. and within 24 hours, he replaced it with a new air condition (this was a great service from a person who really take care of his business). He was always available to give information and support at any time. I am pleased with everything and I am happy with my friendship with Mr. Sameh. If I visit Trabzon next year, defiantly I will take this beautiful villa again. Conclusion: Strongly recommended

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the villa's grandeur and beauty. The spacious rooms, high ceilings, and elegant decor made us feel like royalty! The villa was immaculately clean and perfectly maintained, with every amenity we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were luxurious! But what really made our stay stand out was the incredible hospitality of our host. Elvin was very warm, welcoming, and always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations. He even helped us arrange transportation and made sure we had everything we needed! The villa's location was perfect - close enough to the city center to explore all the sights, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The best in Baku .. please book n stay
