Остались очень довольны поездкой и жильем! Отличная локация, удобное расположение - близко к пляжу и ко всем центральным местам города. Само здание очень солидное и приятное. В апартаментах было чисто, все необходимое тоже было, кондиционер работал) В общем, нареканий никаких не было, отдых прошел отлично! Спасибо большое)

Отличное жильё, оооочень чисто,есть всё необходимое, посуда вся. Приятно удевило наличие халатов) Дождевики и пластыри даже есть))) что не характерно Грузии) За вино и печеньки отдельное спасибо) Огромное спасибо и надеюсь до скорого🙏

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

Добрый день! Наша семья первый раз была в Баку. Мы немного волновались, так как должны были прилететь ночью с ребенком и заселиться. Но, благодарю, нашему хозяину все прошло очень четко, легко и спокойно. Наш хозяин заранее уточнил детали перелета, встретил нас среди ночи, отвез, заселил. Квартира очень тихая, просторная, было все необходимое, чай, кофе, вода. Белье было безупречное. Также, хозяин подсказал всю необходимую информацию, где покушать, где найти, что нам было нужно. Нам было очень комфортно чувствовать себя в этом жилье. В следующий раз, только к вам! Спасибо большое и удачи в работе!!!

Nazim is a great host, not only his apartment was beautiful and located right in the middle of the city, but he himself was a great and supportive person. I like the apartment because: 1. It’s walkable distance to Nizami street 2. The view from the living room of the city and park was too good 3. The apartment itself is great with fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, large bedrooms and living space 4. Supermarket, restaurants etc. are just at walking distance Also Nazim is a great host because: 1. He speaks fluent English 2. He provides great recommendations on how you can plan your trip ahead 3. He can organise for local transport that’s very cheap as compared to booking an Uber or bolt. Remember the uber and bolts take very long to come because of the Baku traffic 4. He is very friendly and honest person Overall I was completely happy and satisfied with this trip and looking forward to my next one.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

We stayed at Nanuka’s apartment for 4 days with our 2 year old kid and it was such a pleasant experience! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was super prompt in answering all our queries and everything was provided in the apartment that one may need! The approach to the building is also very clear and well located - right opposite the super market. Would definitely recommend this and would stay here every time we visit Bakuriani!

Ekaterine's place is very cozy. Location is perfect. Ekaterine was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend her apartment.

Great location, clean place and really well decorated, felt like staying in someone’s cosy home. Awesome balcony views as per pictures. One thing that didn’t work for us is that bedroom had queen bed with two single mattress that were both very soft and sinking, and so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with breathtaking views of the city center and Mount Ararat. The apartment is fully equipped, incredibly cozy, and a perfect choice for couples.

The house was newly constructed, everything was new, clean, and well-maintained. Its location is perfect—right on the main road with easy access to the beach and close to the market, which made everything very convenient. The host, Emil, was a genuinely good and welcoming person—very helpful and responsive throughout my stay. Highly recommended

Great location. A really beautiful space, modern and minimalist with en-suite and very comfortable bed. Close to the sea and other tourist places then nearby shop. We would recommend the palace.

We spent 4 unforgettable days in this home in March 2025 with our whole family — we gathered in Yerevan to celebrate the birthday of our mom, grandmother and wife. There were 9 of us, and everyone was very happy with our stay. Cozy atmosphere, spacious rooms, a view of Mount Ararat, and peaceful surroundings — everything you need for a true getaway. We started each morning with a swim in the pool and a sauna session, despite the chilly weather. Played ball with the kids in the yard, and in the evenings we gathered in the living room as a family — watching movies, playing games, and having heartfelt conversations. During the day, we explored the city easily accessible by quick taxi drive. The kitchen is very convenient and fully equipped — we cooked delicious breakfasts and dinners ourselves. Huge thanks to the caring, hospitable, and attentive host Davit — the house is warm, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels like a family home. We’d certainly love to come back.
