Alejandra was very responsive to any questions or issues we had before and during the stay. She was also very flexible in working with us on the check-in and check-out time. I would recommend this apartment.

Tuvimos una estancia linda en la casa de Mau. La casa está perfectamente ubicada, permitiéndonos disfrutar del acceso directo a la playa. Lo que más nos impresionó fue la pureza del mar, un verdadero paraíso virgen, lleno de conchitas. Mau siempre responsiva y atenta a todos nuestros requerimientos.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s since it our son’s wedding in Merida, we needed room for the grooms family and a place to relax. The home was spectacular and unique. The rooms all had AC and were huge! The bathrooms were amazing and the courtyards were peaceful and the pool area was perfect at the end of a long day with families. Highly recommend!!

El lugar es justo lo que se anuncia. La playa es tranquila, perfecta para ir con niños. Todo muy limpio, seguro y tranquilo. José estuvo siempre pendiente y en el lugar hay empleados que ayudan en lo que haga falta.

Sandra’s hacienda is a very special place. She is extremely responsive and welcoming, opening her home and her long family connection to it. The house has everything you need, with many different places to relax, including the pool, which is a wonderful place to hang out throughout the day. The grounds are beautiful, with paths to explore, all set in a sweet town. It’s all very unique, highly recommend!

Muy recomendable! zona super tranquila, la casa es tal cual la anuncian. Carlos y Helga han sido muy atentos desde el primer momento. La casa esta en buenas condiciones, y es muy espaciosa, sobretodo si van con grupos, familias o niños! Espero repetir proximamente!

The place was beyond our expectations. Paula was an amazing host and assured that we had everything we needed. Met us on check in day to make sure she answered all questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to go. She was beyond helpful. The place felt like a home. All my family and friends loved it. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Merida. Thank you!

We really loved our 9 weeks stay at Casa 503. It is a great place from which to explore the city of Merida. The house has everything needed. Wifi is excellent. It is well situated in a nice neighbourhood. The yard is a great place to relax with some refreshing dips in the incredible pool. There is a supermarket at the corner of the street and lots of nice restaurants within a walking distance. There is a bus stop near the house if you don’t want to walk. We have had mostly great hosts for our many rentals on AirBnb but Neil has clearly been the best we ever had. He was very helpful and quick to respond. He was full of great information and recommendations. We tried lots of these recommendations and enjoyed each and every one. We only have good things to say about Neil and we thank him for helping to make our stay in Merida such a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay to enjoy and discover the wonderful city of Merida.

es una casa muy linda y cómoda, cerca de todos los servicios y restaurantes, mi perrito disfrutó mucho el jardin. César y su esposa fueron personas muy atentas, amables y flexibles con los horarios, ampliamente recomendado!

Magnífico alojamiento. Impecable y muy cómodo. El anfitrión estuvo muy al pendiente y nos proporcionó las instrucciones muy claras. La alberca estuvo limpia y en perfectas condiciones, al igual que toda la casa, que cuenta con espacios muy accesibles, me hospedé con mi hijo de 3 años y él fue quien más disfrutó el área de la alberca. Adicionalmente está muy cerca del zoológico centenario, así como del parque de Santiago, lo que es un plus! Sin duda la recomiendo y espero en un futuro poder alojarme ahí de nuevo!

Hermosa casa. Coincide tal cual con lo que se ofrece en el anuncio. Al llegar nos sentimos como en casa mi familia y yo. La cocina está muy bien equipada para que puedas cocinar en todo momento. Las habitaciones muy agradables, baños limpios y la sala de estar súper cómoda. También pudimos notar que la zona es tranquila y si traes tu propio auto los supermercados y varias locaciones quedan cerca. De igual forma, disfrutamos mucho la alberca, el agua estaba limpia y muy fresca. También nos encantó que fue pet friendly. Nuestro perrito estuvo muy a gusto. En cuanto a nuestras dudas, el anfitrión siempre estuvo al tanto y respondía en seguida a cualquier duda que tuviéramos. Sin duda la casa es muy acogedora por las amenidades que tiene, y esperamos volver pronto.

Great home, it felt like it was my own very comfortable. The views from the top floor were amazing. Every bedroom had its own amazing spacious bathroom. The A/C units all worked well and kept us nice and cool while we slept as well during the day when it was at its hottest outside. It felt like a little oasis in the middle of the city, the swimming pool was nice and cool perfect for those hot days. The location of the home is perfect, everything you need is within walking distance. The host was very attentive to any messages and questions.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large family.

Casa Santiago is a true oasis that our family enjoyed to the fullest. Benjamin's communication was always timely and easy-going and he gave us a thorough tour when we arrived to ensure we knew how to work the washing machine and refill the water tank, etc. The house is lovely, the courtyard is stunning day and night, the pool provides a welcome respite on hot afternoons, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a great meal. We also really appreciated the finer details like the welcome flowers, fruit bowl, and beverages as well as the separate shower and pool towels. And finally, the house binder is definitely worth reading through as it has some great recommendations for your stay in Mérida, which is a great city and a perfect jumping off point for any number of fun activities!

This was our second 2 month stay at Calle 66, and the house feels like home. It is gorgeously designed by a famed local architect and his elegant touches throughout, most importantly pocket doors that allow a deep room-to-room openness, are the best. The airflow throughout the house is extraordinary, so even when it’s Mérida Hot, inside the air moves pleasantly. Things go wrong in any house, but Derek is a very responsive host and the on-the-ground management team were always there to correct an issue.

We had a wonderful stay at Flor's place. The place is small but very charming and it's perfect for 1 or 2 people. The glass ceiling really gives it a unique feel. What really shines are the 3 amazing terraces with all kinds of plant life. A lot of thought and sweat equity was put in to create such a fine and peaceful place. The dipping pool is an added bonus after a day of walking around in the Merida heat. One caveat: the spiral staircase requires that you are mobile and not too wide. The location is a 5-minute walk from the Santiago Market and 12-15 minutes from Santa Lucia Park or Plaza Grande. As for hosting, Flor was very helpful and quick to answer all messages we sent and in person, she is truly a delightful person and her family is as well. Our conversations with Flor were always a pleasure. She is the kind of person that you would want to have as a friend. Additionally, she has a fantastic eye for design as can be seen by the way she decorates both inside and out.

El lugar ideal si vas con tu familia, la zona es tranquila y está bien localizada. Los anfitriónes son muy amables y responden rápido si tienes alguna duda. Y nos dejaron un garrafón de agua de bienvenida 💖

La casa es tal cual la descripción, todo estaba muy limpio y la llegada fue fácil, la casa se encuentra muy cerca del centro de Mérida, se puede caminar en pocos minutos a la plaza principal y a paseo Montejo, además la casa es muy cómoda y la alberca muy grande, nos encantó sin duda volvería a hospedarme de nuevo !

An absolute oasis to be in!!! This beautifully remodeled home provided us with all we needed for our stay in Merida. I cannot emphasize enough the tranquility we felt while being here. We loved the indoor/outdoor living, with the bustle of city streets not far away. This is an excellent location, walking to all city highlights was easy and felt safe. Shopping is close and good restaurants to choose from. The support we received from our host and caretaker was exemplary. I would suggest this location for anyone wanting a unique, and beautiful place to stay while in Merida. Thank you for sharing your home with us 😊

Estancia agradable y excelente ubicación, hubieron algunos detalles externos al alojamiento y Manuel se mostró muy atento en solucionar en todo momento, considero que en el living se podría mejorar ya que hace mucho calor en esa parte de la casa, pero las habitaciones y la Alberca es encantadora.
