Caulfield North : locations de vacances avec petit déjeuner

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful terrace house - with its own pool! Marco was on hand to let us in and show us around the house. The interior design of the house and the gardens are beautiful while the kitchen has everything a chef could need! The house is within walking distance of the Acland St shops and only 300m from the nearest tram station. It was very comfortable accomodation for our family of four. Very highly recommended. Marco was a very generous host. We feel very lucky we were able to stay here!

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

Lorraine is a great host and supported our needs that were arisen after our booking. She is quite approachable and kind enough to accommodate our requirements. The property was also in good shape and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Ramona place was exactly how described and it was great to be able to fit that moany people in without feeling like you were staying with alot of people. Close to everything you need locally or transport to wherever you wanted to go!

Jennifer’s place is an absolute gem. Tucked away in a quiet part of Fitzroy north, you’re close enough to everything but also close enough to the buzzy parts of the city. Well appointed with everything you need, great kitchen, comfy bed and Jennifer was a breeze to deal with

Mauro's place is a beautiful and historic home with lots of interesting photos of his many travels! It had everything we needed for our stay, and the host had left many instructions for how to use the washing machine etc, and lots of recommendations for local coffee shops etc. Its right on the tram line, just about 30mins from the CBD and a short walk to the famous markets. Maoru was very responelsive and even left us milk and bread for our stay The house did not have air conditioning, which I was worried about when I realised the temperature was forecast to be 41°C. But the home actually stayed lovely and cool with its think walls and high roof, so it wasn't a problem at all!

We had a family holiday ( 3 generations) and Imran’s home was perfect. Was easy to find, in a quiet street and check in was a breeze. The house was amazing and so close to cafes , public transport and a playground. Would highly recommended staying and hopefully we will again in the near future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Louise's, and it was truly a delightful experience. It felt like discovering a little oasis in the heart of the city. After a busy day out, the courtyard provided the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The unit itself was immaculate. Everything was clean and tidy, and all the essentials were provided for a comfortable stay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to come back to each evening. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to recharge in a serene setting!

I was in Melb for 3 nights for a work trip and adored this sweet little cottage, with homely touches and a beautiful sunny outlook. The perfect place to come ‘home’ to at the end of the day and great cafes for the start! Melinda could not have been more welcoming.

Fantastic modern apartment, centrally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes and train/trams. Anne was brilliant host and the apartment was spotless with amazing views. Would stay again!

Die Unterkunft von Jessica ist mit dem Tram 86 bis zur Wohnung Stop 34 sehr einfach erreichbar. Shops sind in nächster Nähe. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Küche und Wohnung ist vollständig ausgerüstet.

Michelle’s apartment was in a great location close to a really pretty park area, lots of restaurants / cafes etc and walking distance to the CBD and beyond. We had a very comfortable stay and had everything we needed. Communication from Michelle was really helpful and clear. Would recommend.

Fantastic location for access to Hawthorn, Camberwell and surrounds. Very comfortable stay with all the comforts we needed for a week, great off-lead dog park nearby.

Honestly, the best air BnB I have ever stayed in my life, beautiful location, beautiful birds all around the place, beautiful spa, house was unreal. You won’t regret staying here!!!!

Villetta super vetrata, situata in un quartiere tranquillo, arredo indiano, stanza per due davvero grande, bagno privato con lampade riscaldanti. Il letto più comodo in cui io abbia mai dormito!! I padroni super gentili. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente se saremo da quelle parti.

We were given the option of having the room that we booked or upgrading (free of charge) to a very cool art deco 2br apartment...(which of course is the option we took). All in all it was a smooth and fun weekend.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes in Melbourne haben wir die Gastfreunschaft von Kumari und Paul genießen dürfen. Wir hatten ein liebevoll eingerichtetes und ruhiges Zimmer mit privatem Bad. Die gemeinsam genutzte Küche war sehr umfassend ausgestattet und Kumari und Paul waren jederzeit bei Fragen ansprechbar - oder auch für den ein oder anderen Austausch über Reisen und Alltagsthemen. Besonders genossen haben wir unser Abendbrot immer auf der Terrasse mit Abendsonne. Nach dem Aufstehen stand schon das leckere Frühstück bereit, neben Müsli , Joghurt, Obst und Brot gab es verschiedene Aufstriche, manche davon selbst gemacht. Einfach toll. Zum wunderschönen Strand sind es knapp 15min zu Fuß, in die Stadt rund eine Stunde mit dem Bus, welcher wenige Gehminuten vom Haus abfährt. Wir wären gern länger geblieben und können daher nur jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Danke Kumari und Paul für die schöne Zeit bei euch.

Hosts Barry and his wife were very welcoming! Also, the room was gorgeous and clean and we loved having an attached bathroom that was spacious and nice. Only slight issue is that the water system might be a little hard to get at first as there are specific instructions on how to turn on/off the water as well as adjust temperature. There was also a mini fridge and kettle in the room which was great. Location was a 15 min walk to Toorak village where we would definitely recommend trying the spaghetti marinara at Romeo’s (or anything else honestly, the food there is great and portions are huge). However do note that although accessible by public transport to the CBD, the nearest bus stop is still a ~5min walk away so driving is best. Overall a really good experience and we will be back if we return to Melbourne!
