We had a great time. Raymond and his wife were lovely, friendly, and so kind. I can highly recommend Glenn Eireann House B&B as the first option to choose and stay on your trip along the North East Coast of the Northern Ireland.

Lovely place in a lovely setting. Close to all key sights, quiet and great breakfast to start the day. Would recommend!

Hillary and Alan have been so lovely and caring. The stay felt quite personal, since you share a kitchen and lots of fun chats, but you also have plenty of personal space in a big room and own bathroom. Hillary even prepared home made sweets and made us a very nice (even vegan for us!) breakfast with more than you can ask for. Her and Alan gave very helpful advise what to see around and to which pub to go. The house itself is also very fascinating and we highly recommand staying for a few days. Everything very clean as well. If you are looking for an unique and personal stay in an old impressive house close to the Giant’s Causeway, you should totally book the place! Thank you two very much, you added a lot of warmth to our travel! :)

Der Kontakt zu Marlena & Michael war super! Da wir außerhalb der regulären Check-In-Zeiten angereist sind, haben wir ungefragt Informationen für einen unkomplizierten Check-In erhalten. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber und das Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch das kleine Waschbecken im Zimmer war praktisch. Das im Preis inbegriffene kontinentale Frühstück war ebenfalls klasse - ein kleines aber feines Buffet, das man gegen einen geringen Aufpreis auch mit warmen Speisen aufwerten konnte. Die beiden sind herzliche Gastgeber. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen.

This was probably the best bnb I’ve stayed. Super clean space and they upgraded me to my own little suite! Olive’s cooking was excellent and I enjoyed chatting with her in the morning. Lovely place, highly recommend.

Tolles B&B und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Super Ausgangslage um Nordirland zu erkunden. Zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten am Hafen, wo tolle Restaurants und Pubs zu finden sind. Die Unterkunft liegt zwar an der Hauptverkehrsstraße, wovon man aber trotz offenem Fenster in der Nacht nicht viel mitbekommen hat. Tolles Frühstück! Hier kann man aus einigen Elementen frei wählen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A gorgeous place to stay, one of our favourites. We loved the old world charm and character of the property. June was such a wonderful friendly host. A memorable stay. We regret only having one night here!

We spent a few days at Alison's place with our two young daughters. The stay was excellent. Alison and her husband welcomed us warmly and were always responsive in answering our questions and giving us advice. The girls really enjoyed the very well-equipped playground. The welcome basket with farm products and breakfast items was a nice touch. We were able to take a short boat trip directly from the port (you might see some seals and, if you're lucky, some dolphins). We highly recommend it.

Property was beautiful inside and out, loction was perfect for walking distance into portrush, plenty of parking at the house , room with ensuite was EXCEPTIONAL, hostess was very welcoming, would highly recommend staying here, 10/10 from me

Audrey's home was beautiful. The room was spacious and had everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was well equipped and everything throughout the home was spotless. Audrey was a very friendly host and provided us with a delicious cooked breakfast. Would highly recommend.

If you need a place to stay in this area of N.Ireland I highly recommend staying at Shanvey house. We were attending a wedding whilst also celebration a milestone birthday within the family and Jill went above and beyond in helping make both occasions feel really special. From allowing us to visit before we stayed, to organising rooms, to making suggestions of local restaurants to finally organising a Birthday BBQ (food was absolutely beautiful) to coordinating delivery of birthday decorations. Jill helped us make sure all elements where planned and organised. This meant that our stay was super enjoyable knowing all was in hand. The house is beautiful and the rooms are impressively dress with stunning views. We felt very much at home with a delicious choice of breakfasts each morning. Jill looks after us incredibly well whilst also giving us space to celebrate as a family together (which we don't get to do that often) No request was too small for Jill! Highly recommend!
