We had a very nice stay at the Sunflower Suite. Patricia and Gene's place is super comfortable, quiet, and spotless. We felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. We enjoyed the gas fireplace in the morning. We would happily stay here again.

I was born and raised in Roanoke prior to moving to another city, so this felt warm and friendly. I realized how I miss front porches. Just to sit and enjoy peace while staying there was needed. Inside was spacious, clean, and decorated very nicely.

I had a fantastic stay at Michelle's place. The apartment was clean and spacious, exactly as shown, and immediately made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was delightful, with a cozy and inviting vibe. Every essential detail was thoughtfully provided, ensuring a really comfortable experience. The location is also ideal to reach the VT Campus and downtown Blacksburg with a short walk. Moreover, Michelle has been an outstanding host: exceptionally responsive and kind, always available to answer questions or address any issues promptly. Highly recommended!

This apartment has so much charm! The hosts were very kind. I stayed here for a week as I was performing at and had many meetings at Virginia Tech. Two of my colleagues joined me for the final few days. We all agreed that the beds were the most comfortable beds ever! Also, the water temp and pressure in the shower was great! I felt very safe in this spot for the few days that I stayed there alone. (These are big deal items for me since I travel quite a bit.) I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this place multiple times and every time it exceeds my expectations. Very clean, and enough space to not feel cramped at all. TV with streaming and great wifi made my stay enjoyable. Slept great in the bed and Spencer was always willing to communicate quickly and accommodate my stay.

Guy was very nice and communicative, and the Hunkerdown Inn was a well-organized, cozy space. Any quirks of the Inn were thoroughly described by Guy, so there were no issues, and he was a fantastic host! The Inn being attached to the coffee shop/cafe was also a treat because the food and coffee there were great!

Hokie Nest was a beautiful, peaceful place to stay with surroundings that matched. It had everything needed for a week-long stay and Karen was great about checking in to make sure I didn't need anything replenished. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals. The views from the windows and balcony of the farm and mountains across the street are fantastic. And yet the grocery store and local restaurants in Blacksburg were less than 10 minutes away. A great location and a great place for a relaxing stay.

This cottage is adorable, so charming and very clean, stocked with everything you need. There are around 12 steps that take you down to your own private apartment, we felt very safe and secure there. You can't ask for better hosts, a pleasure to chat with, helpful with suggestions and directions, and accommodating in every way. We will definitely book again if we travel to that area. Thank you!

We were lucky to book this fabulous, huge space. The entire space was charming and comfortable. We loved the cozy chairs in front of the fireplace. Philip was a great host, very quick to respond and helpful. 100/10 highly recommend.

Philip and Katie’s studio is lovely! It was so great to come back to after a long day. They are incredibly responsive, kind hosts. This is noted in the description, but be aware that you will hear the sounds of family life fairly early in the morning, so if you are a late sleeper you may want to consider that. (I was up early for work, so it was no issue). Great location on a quiet street, but still walkable (or a VERY short drive) to Main Street and lots of restaurants. Definitely a great stay, and I will book it again the next time I’m in Blacksburg!

The place was really special. The view from the balcony was picturesque. I was just sorry I had to work and couldn't spend more time taking in the views. Michelle did a great job communicating with me. Everything was exactly as proposed. The place had everything I needed and then some. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. Thank you again and I may be back when work calls.

This was such a peaceful and relaxing place to spend a few days. Kathryn was very responsive and helpful with directions and suggestions of things to do in the area. The place was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time visiting Floyd and the surrounding area.

The home was beautiful and the amenities were great. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and spices. The home was very clean and very cozy. There is a neighboring town about 15 minutes away, so there were plenty of food and grocery options. It is a perfect remote get away.

Lenora is very responsive and the unit is just as she described it. The grounds around the buildings are spacious and offer a beautiful view of Smith Mountain across the lake. Great value!

Perfect location - easy walk to campus. The apartment is brand new and spotless. Carol has everything you would need. This is a great place if you are visiting for a football game or graduation. We will definitely be back!

We love Peggy’s place. The view is wonderful, and everything well apportioned. This is our second stay and would gladly visit again.
