Close to walk to Black Dog Salvage and Grandin Road area. Just a short walk to get on the greenway. The location was great. Inside was just like the pictures, don't judge it by the outside surrounding. Would stay there again.

Loved this house on the lake. The stars from the dock were spectacular! Stacie was a great host and the instructions were easy and clear. The house is comfortable and cozy.

Such a beautiful home right on the water! We went to the SML wine festival and the location of the home was perfect. Host was VERY responsive to any questions we had. I love that she provided coffee, hey it’s the little things! 😊 If we come back to SML I’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks for such a great weekend! Lara & Danny

Betsy’s house on Smith Mountain Lake is wonderful. From the driveway it looks like a jiggly small cottage. You go inside and wow! What a surprise! 6 bedrooms on two floors, a screened in porch, a deck and wonderful dock and boathouse. We enjoyed ourselves so much here.

Jessi’s Air bnb exceeded my expectations! The house its self was beautiful, and the inside was very well kept up! The back deck made the perfect lounging area, as well as the boat dock! We enjoyed lots of sunshine at the dock! Jessi’s communication was amazing, checking in on us, keeping up to date and her response time made questions answerable within minutes! The location of the house is 15 minutes from restaurants which made it very accessible! The house is perched back into a cove, which made it very peaceful and relaxing! I would highly recommend Jessi’s air bnb!

Let me say if you love VT this place is for your family. It was a great space for a large family and are dog. The best view of the mountain from any place in the home. It was beautiful and had everything you could need to have a great vacation.

Conny's home was well stocked with all of the essentials. It was the best of all of the rental homes that we have rented. His home worked very well for the 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 children. Two of the children play ice hockey and it was just minutes away from both ice rinks. The location worked well for us, (grocery stores, restaurants, mall, theater, etc.), was so close by. Conny's home is at the top of our list. Conny responded quickly when we had any questions. We would defintely enjoy staying here again.

Great place that was extremely clean. Beautiful hard wood floors throughout. Just know the bathroom is quite small but that's expected in this old yet well updated and maintained home. I loved the fans in each room and appreciated everything we needed for a night stay provided.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The surroundings were gorgeous, the house was clean and beautifully decorated, and there were fresh-made cookies and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The hosts proactively gave clear instructions for where to park and how to get inside, and recommended their favorite local restaurant. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped, and they even provided a clean, well-maintained gas grill. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to the area!

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy feeling. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with anything we might need. Very nice outdoor sitting and eating area as well. We had such a relaxing time!

I have stayed at this place multiple times and every time it exceeds my expectations. Very clean, and enough space to not feel cramped at all. TV with streaming and great wifi made my stay enjoyable. Slept great in the bed and Spencer was always willing to communicate quickly and accommodate my stay.

I stayed for an extended period of time (18 nights). I enjoyed my stay--great location, comfy and clean apartment, good mattress, and such a great patio to enjoy nice days on. Stephen was a great host--very responsive and communicative. There was a bit of an ant situation when I arrived and Stephen made sure I had what I needed to deal with the little buggers. I also really appreciated the off-street parking right at the building! Stephen's directions/videos were super helpful in getting all the information I needed to stay at the apartment. Highly recommend and would stay again!

We got in late! the place is a lower level/basement walk out apartment in a quiet neighborhood not far from the highway. It was easy to find and check in. We appreciated fruit, snacks, water and juice left for us. The living room is large with lots of places to sit so we had our own couches and took turns playing pinball. the kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook meals. We were comfortable in the bedrooms with lots of blankets and pillows. The bathroom was nice too with plenty of soap and shampoos. We had a flight delay and needed to stay an extra night. I was able to communicate with Debbie quickly and she was so kind. Thank you

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience! Perfect for dog lovers and lake lovers! I’ve rented various condos at Smith Mountain Lake and several different ones at Stripers Landing, but Shannon’s place is now my new favorite. With a great view, plenty of space and the option to bring the pup - it’s such a treat. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was on the beautiful lake. The screened in porch is a huge bonus. We had plenty of space for our bags and my son's toys. It was very kid friendly. They really thought of off the amenities you might need on vacation. We will definitely be back some day. Thank you for a great stay!

Very clean. When i needed assistance, Stefan responded quickly. We were there to fish. We were able to put our boat in and had hook ups for the boat. We will go back! We were worried about leaving the boat in the slip but there was security making rounds during the night. Already talking about going back!

Kathleen’s condo is wonderful, very clean with tremendous views of Smith Mountain Lake and the mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this for a getaway of relaxation and rest, but also in close proximity to a lot of great activities. Thank you, Kathleen.

We had a great stay at this beautiful, cozy condo! The views of Smith Mountain Lake were gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking it all in. The option to choose between the screened-in and open patios was so nice to have. The condo was very clean, and the area around it is beautiful—perfect for a quiet getaway. Leslie and Craig were responsive and helpful, especially when I needed to come back to grab a few things I left behind after check-out. We also appreciated the private dock box, which had nice camping chairs for sitting by the water and floats for swimming. The condo was cozy, with plenty of blankets to keep things comfortable. We hope to be back again!

Great stay. Cute condo right above restaurant and store. Brought my SUP and used it a lot. Lots to do at Mariner’s landing. Great food and service at The Landing, Bruno’s and Bottles and Bites. State Park 7 minutes away is excellent for hiking. Lots of friendly neighbors! We’re ready to go back!!
