My family had a great stay with this unit. Everybody was comfortable with the place. Maam Dhey was very much helpful regarding our request about the guests. She also allowed us to extend during our check out and even invited my kids to the beach club. We will definitely book this place again once we decide to go back to Pico De Loro.

Gregs is a very helpful host. His place as described in the picture. The nature around the accomodations is amazing and the beach is beautiful. Lots of of water activities that you can book. We did not book any as we want to enjoy the sea side as much as we can and most of our company are young kids so island tour is not going to be fun for us. I would recommend greg for the authenticity of his place is like you turn the back the time when all the Philippines beach are not own privately by rich corp. Place is simple and clean. It cater what we need nothing fancy. We arrived late sl we had trouble getting to the place but Greg called us and guide is even with the really late check in. Would come back in future for sure.

The Host was very accomodating and friendly. For people who are new to Pico de Loro, this is a private membership resort. So all visitors(non-members) must pay extra an adult fee of 1500 pesos per head to enter the resort and use its facilities. Seniors and minors have lower fees. It would be helpful if you include a note or link to disclose these additional fees. For the total cost including those added fees, well you may as well be better off in another beach resort. It's a good place but just saying be prepared to spend.

The place is as advertised. The place is clean , aesthetic and spacious, photo worthy indeed. Kitchen The place had enough cooking wares, perfect for a family staycation. Dining room I just hope the cushion cover had been replaced with a cleaner one but other than that the furniture, lighting and space are great. Living room They have smart tv which is great for a movie night tho 10% of the time the speed of the internet was fluctuating. Speed is also depending on where you are in the unit. This is my favorite part of the unit as it has a great view of the beach. Bedrooms Spacious, comfortable and clean. More than enough for us. There’s just one blanket there that did not smell good so we did not use it. Bathrooms There’s one bathroom that has a clogged lavatory and fluctuating water supply. The other bathroom has everything we need so it’s not a big problem but it would be if not everyone is okay to share the bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay.

We had a great time and were able to relax, away from the city. Thank you for accommodating us! Will definitely go back 🙂

We had a wonderful time at Villa Fernandez. The place is so clean and organized; everything was provided for- fresh and clean towels, clean beddings, clean toilets and bathrooms, air-conditioned bedrooms, pristine kitchen, high-end stove, fridge, kitchen and dining utensils. The pool was so clean and lovelier at night because of the night lights. The caretaker-Kuya Rolan was so helpful and attentive. He looked after our stuff when we went to the beach. I am highly recommending this place.

We had an amazing weekend stay at Villa Solana! From start to finish, everything was seamless with clear instructions, quick responses, and warm hospitality. The place was immaculately clean, and we loved how fresh the towels and linens smelled. Ate Beth was incredibly kind and helpful. Keith, the owner, went above and beyond by personally checking on us and even offering to take us to the beach at Club Punta Fuego. Their hospitality truly made our stay extra special. The villa had everything we needed for cooking, making meal prep a breeze. The Brunswick billiard table was a fantastic touch, and my family had a blast playing. But the highlight of our trip was the swimming pool. It was just perfect, especially for my baby’s first dip. Another plus is that the place is pet-friendly, so no family member gets left behind. Honestly, an overnight stay wasn’t enough to fully enjoy everything Villa Solana has to offer. We’ll definitely be back!

The place is very nice, spacious, well-maintained, as well as complete of appliances, supplies, and amenities. Very good for big group like us, since there were 2 rooms which were nice to separate the boys and the girls. The unit is near the guard house and just a few steps away from the parking, the pool, and the beach. I recommend this for those groups who want to go for an outing and to hangout with their friends or family while having a relaxing view of the sea. Also, Ms. Zeta, the owner was very kind and accommodating. She was very responsive to our queries and easy to deal with. Ms. Myrna and Mr. Renz, the caretakers were also very kind, accommodating, proactive, informative, and easy to deal with. I would like to thank each one of them for the fast and smooth transaction. Also, thank you so much for your kind welcome and assistance. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable one. Definitely, we will comeback again here soon.

We had a wonderful stay here , room were very clean and excellent place with all the kitchen utensils needed. The owner are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

The place is clean and well-maintained. The unit includes all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, with fast Wi-Fi and Netflix as added bonuses. It was our First Staycation this year and Ms. Lynne and Ate Liza were kind, so professional and they are responsive. Although the guards were super strict, which i find is good kasi alam nyong safe talaga kayo sa place. The Unit 11/10, My family complimented everything from bathroom to balcony, They/We literally enjoyed our Stay. I'll definitely book this place again.

I just decided to have a quick vacation last minute because of stress at work. The long drive was worth it and good choice that we booked this place. We got a chance to unwind, feels like home and my kids love it! Spacious, clean and smells good. Lots of pillows, and comfortable warm blankets. Good spot because of the mountain view in the morning. Azure was few mins walk to shopping and SM grocery . SM opens at 10am. They let Uber/Grab car pick and drop you off at the building door. Guest need to be clear to the host if you plan to invite someone to swim or have dinner with you in the condo You need to register them and Azure require this ahead of time at the beginning of stay. Even if they arr staying only for few mins. We stayed here for 12 days and unable to invite impromptu for family bonding and had to do it in a restaurant. We used the unit then as a base during our vacation, traveling between provinces within Southern Tagalog Region. FYI Only 4 allowed to go up in a 1br condo IF guest is registered . Only 4 allowed to swim in the pool per room IF they are registered and u have to pay 250php each in excess of 2 for half-day. Currently 2 building constructions so bring your dust mask. Guest parking 50 for 1st 3 hr. Even just for 15mins. Overall, Ghems unit is nice, overlooking the beach-pool area and serves its purpose during our stay in the Phil for a very resonable price.

Great place and very responsive and friendly host. The caretaker, Ms Vicky, took good care of my stay and she was very prompt in answering my questions. She was also very responsible. Since I worked in the neighborhood, the location was great for me. Walking distance to work, plus a 5-minute walk to SM Bicutan (a big mall for all your needs). The host is also very generous - won't give details on what she offered me, but ask and you may receive. Perhaps one thing to say is that if you are a light sleeper, the place can be a little loud at times. The building is next to a busy express way. But, you get used to it. All the other perks compensated for that. Great experience and will definitely consider this place when I return.

The unit is spacious and had the amenities we needed. But it will be better if the curtains on the rooms are blackout because of the hot temperature especially noon time. Overall, it is a good place to stay. The host is very responsive.

The condo and the view from the balcony was amazing! I felt safe. The mall is very close no need to get a taxi which I loved. The pools are amazing and so much fun! The host are wonderful! I will definitely rent again the next time I go to the Philippines!

Really great and cozy place! My family very much enjoyed our stay in Pico de Loro. Room was very clean, family friendly and spacious - great for the 6 persons. Everything in the unit was complete and working (TV, Wifi, Xbox, Amazon Alexa, Toaster, Microwave, Fridge, Water heater, Kitchen and Storage) though the only thing missing is a kettle but overall everything was superb and working great. They also have a water dispenser but I would suggest to bring your own drinking water. Going to the beach and clubhouse is just 5 minute walk and there is also a free shuttle that you can ride. The host is very responsive whenever you have questions and concerns. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Its been a great experience for me and my family. Will surely book here again.
