We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

Our family had a great time at Annabelle’s place. It was clean and Jhosel (onsite contact) was there to meet us when we arrived. It greatly helped that WIFI connection is very good since mobile phones can get only 1-2 bars signal in the area. View from the top unit is very nice, my family loved it. Thanks again Annabelle, we will definitely keep your place in mind in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Andrade w/ my family!From the beautiful plants both inside & outside the house to the cozy living room surrounded by glass walls with a stunning view of the peaceful garden, everything was perfect.We appreciated the owner’s decision to keep the living room TV-free, w/c really encouraged us to spend quality time together.Billiard and TVroom on the 3rd floor became our fave spot to relax and have fun.View from the veranda was simply breathtaking, and we hardly needed the AC coz we enjoyed the fresh, natural breeze flowing tru the house.Sounds of crickets & birds added to the peaceful &calming atmosphere,making it a true retreat.Mornings in the kitchen & dining area were relaxed, giving us the perfect chance to bond. The house had everything we needed. We also loved cozy blankets provided in each room, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep.The caretaker is friendly and attentive. One of the best Airbnb experiences we had and can’t wait to return.

We spent our New Year’s Eve here, and it was perfect! The balcony offered an amazing view of the city and fireworks. Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

Overall, we had a great stay at Dino's as we needed a room to spend the night. Place was easily accessible and we paid for the overnight parking. Ate Bituin, the caretaker was very friendly and responsive thru messages and calls. Room was clean and well-equipped. As with the other reviews, the fleece blanket seems thin. Phone signal is weak but their wifi is strong. Netflix plays smoothly. Highlight of our stay was the view of Taal Like from the balcony. It was definitely nice to have a cup of coffee with the magnificent view.

On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

We had a wonderful stayed at Boots place. The place was close to everything. The unit was clean. Communication was very good. We'll stay again here next time. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

We immediately felt at home! Highly recommended for groups and families with up to 9 members. Everything is according to the description and more. We had our 6 year old niece and she was happy to play, draw and have games with what was provided extra by the host - there’s sungka and jenga etc. The wifi is great plus the TV too. It’s a perfect staycation place if ever you want to be at The Pico de Loro. The Country Club was within walking reach, while the Pico Sands Beach is around 5-7 minutes depending on your pace.

We celebrated the new year here, and it was the best one yet. We will definitely go back again. We are grateful to Sir Nelwin and to caretaker who looked after us while we were there.

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights in thier place. It’s a confortable space and really appreciate how the host is helpful and very immedietely answering my queries. It was a nice stay. Thank you for accomodating us. 😊

10/10. What you see is what you get ❤️. Aesthetic yet functional layout and pieces. Really love that orange couch akin to F.R.I.E.N.D.S. and the central perk decal. Not to mention the king size bed and that 55” Sony TV 😻. Indeed it was a great stay and will add to our go-tos in Winds. Salamat Venice, Ate Dheng and Sally, all are very responsive and accommodating. Sa uulitin po.

I had an amazing stay at Benjo’s Place in Pico De Loro! The unit was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat. Ang ganda ng place. My family enjoyed their stay. Mark even gave us an extra bed so we cab fit in pero ang ganda ng place talaga, looks well maintained and ang bait ni Mark. Parking is also within the building premise. Overall it was an amazing stay we will definitely stay here again next time.

Thank you Ms. Lara for accommodating my queries from the very beginning, up to adjusting in to our needs. :) I appreciate it! The caretaker and host are both very helpful and very responsive. Ms. Lara even asks us during our stay if we need anything. Although we had some sort of unforeseen and unwanted events, Ms. Lara and Ate Noralyn (caretaker) did their best to extend their help and made sure we had the best and peaceful stay. Plus points pala yung water filler. ❤️❤️❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. The host was friendly, providing all necessary details for smooth check-in. The location was also great, with easy to local attractions and restaurants. The only downside we experienced during that time was the water pressure in both the shower and sink-it was a bit on the weak side, which made it less convenient for washing up. Despite this, everything else was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and well located place to stay 🫶
