We had a wonderful stay. The place was spacious, clean and with complete amenities. There was just water leaking from the glass roof on top of the dining area since it was pouring when we stayed. The microwave also seemed not to heat up (or maybe we just didn't know how to operate), and the ants also easily appeared in the kitchen when food there's food. Regardless, it was a nice home to stay at. No major turn-off during our stay.

My family had a nice time when we stayed at Winnie’s place for four days and three nights. The place is as advertised. It is very close to all the spots in the Tagaytay area. The caretakers, Norman and Neri, were superb. We forgot something on check out and they were kind enough to still answer and check it out for us. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. The videoke, pool, and roofdeck are great features of the place. Views are great too! I would highly recommend this place if you have a big family visiting Tagaytay!

We spent Christmas eve at Marian's place and it was a wonderful and memorable stay! She was very responsive to all our questions and requests before the trip which made planning easier. The house is new, comfortable and spacious to accommodate our group of 11. The property is located at the end of a short uncmented road. while it's not gated (yet?) the area still provides a good sense of privacy. The kitchen is well equipped. it rained throughout our stay so we had to move the table from its original spot since the wind blew rain onto it. An awning would be a great addition for weather like this. We weren't able to use the dipping pool (way too cold and windy), adding a heating feature would be fantastic! Overall, we truly annoyed our time here. Perfect place for our family to gather, relax and enjoy the cozy "Baguio feel" weather.

Upon booking, I immediately received a message from Kirk. Their caretaker was very helpful and responsive. The house was as seen on photos. We had a wonderful stay. It was clean, spacious, airconditioned and beds were comfortable. The group had fun outdoors roasting hotdogs and marshmallows in their griller, playing kickball in the nearby clubhouse, and indoors lounging in the sofa watching TV and cooking. Our new favorite seafood restaurant, Highlands Crab, is just a few mins drive.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

Staying at this place was really great. The pool was so nice and clean and my family had a great time singing with the karaoke. The place was squeaky clean. We really had a great time! 5/5

We’ve been here last 2024 and it was good. We really do enjoy the place and we felt like its our home. Easy to locate and very accessible to other places. Very accomodating host, nice and friendly. We definitely want to book again in the near future.

Editha's place was perfect for our needs. Mall is just across the street for easy shopping. the place was cozy and the pool view was so relaxing. I booked another stay for my return flight to the US. and that only shows how i liked the place.

Host Melissa is wonderful! Also her caretaker is very kind, maasikaso, marespeto, basta Nanay Jeng (?) I forgot her name huhu sorry, is excellent, she deserves a raise! Place is good! Ang lamig! Super. Nakapagrelax kami ng sobra. Ang peaceful. Ang tahimik which is 'yun talaga bet namin. Nearby stores din so no worries sa mga needs! :) Mababait din mga guards nila! I really love our stay there. Overall, Host Melissa, her caretaker, and the place are outstanding! 🥰 will recommend!

What you see in photos is what you get when it comes in interior.The host is very generous and responsive.First I have doubt to book because of one of the review is bad, But i believed and rely from other reviews and im not disappointed what i decided to booked. My family and I stayed at Rene's place for 2 days and one night during our staycation in Tagaytay City. The condo was immaculately clean, well-furnished, and located in a vibrant part of the city. We especially loved the cozy living room and the fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants and parks. It was also great to have a convenient store within walking distance. Thank you, Rene for being such a gracious host. You and your care taker's recommendations for local attractions were spot on, and you were always quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Tagaytay City. We'll definitely consider staying here again on our next trip. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
