We really enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo's apartment. It was very clean, the towels and bed linen were clean and soft. He also included a guide to places and restaurants to visit. It was close to the city center in a very quiet neighborhood. The parking was a wonderful extra. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful view, very warm, very comfortable. The location is fantastic, close to everything, but surprisingly peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement au charme italien. Il est idéalement placé, car très proche des monuments emblématiques de la région et des restaurants et autres commerces de proximité. Tout se fait à pied!!! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, et rassurants (c'était ma première fois en Italie) et répondent rapidement aux messages. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour sa fonctionnalité, sa proximité et surtout pour le contact bienveillant des propriétaires. Si nous revenons à Florence, nous re prendrons cet appartement!

Our stay at Adil House was absolutely amazing! We truly enjoyed every moment. The location is fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, and it’s just steps away from historical landmarks. The house itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly stylish. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. Adil was a wonderful host—very helpful and communicative throughout. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it. Thank you so much, Adil!

Elias è stato un Host perfetto. Ci ha accolti con estrema cordialità e disponibilità. Ci ha fornito tante indicazioni utili sia sui luoghi da visitare che sui ristoranti presenti in zona. È stato presente durante il soggiorno per ogni nostra necessità. L’alloggio curato nei particolari e pulito, in una posizione tranquilla ed ideale per raggiungere il centro di Montepulciano a piedi. La villa et le domaine ont un charme incroyable. A seulement 11mn en voiture et 20mn en bus de Sienne. Enrico et sont père nous ont accueilli avec gentillesse dans un environnement préservé et une maison avec une histoire. Tout y était serein et doux. L'appartement était au calme, plein sud-est, avec une vue superbe. Le tout était décoré avec goût et nous avons pu acheté de l'huile d'olive produite sur le domaine. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Beautiful apartment! Spacious and stylish, perfect for a family. Responsive host, who was keen to make things work for us. Conveniently located close to city centre, easy walk to attractions, shops and restaurants, Only down side is morning traffic noise. Located in the middle of a busy intersection. Host very generously extended our check out. We loved this stay, amazing value for money…just take your loops for a morning sleep in.

Great location, easy 10-15 minute walk to the center! Clean, comfortable, and spacious house! House was supplied with everything you may need! As well as easy check-in and access into the home! Host was very friendly and accommodating! Very helpful being on the ground level and not having to lug suitcases up and down flights of stairs! Overall great place!

Appartamento molto curato, in una zona comoda e tranquilla. Ho apprezzato molto la sensazione di spazio e la luce naturale che entra durante il giorno. Anche se si è vicini al centro, si dorme bene e senza rumori. Gli ambienti sono puliti, ordinati e ben arredati. Le camere sono grandi e il soggiorno è davvero ampio, ideale anche per lavorare o rilassarsi. La terrazza è un bel plus, soprattutto quando si ha voglia di stare un po’ all’aperto senza uscire. Tutto funzionava perfettamente e l’host è stato molto disponibile e gentile per qualsiasi necessità. Esperienza molto positiva, tornerei volentieri.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento con le nostre figlie adolescenti ed i nostri animali. L'alloggio è molto pulito e confortevole in una zona tranquilla con posto auto personale. Facile da raggiungere. Ha tutto ciò che occorre per poter soggiornare ed abbiamo anche trovato caffè, necessario per la colazione dei primi giorni, olio, sale e tutto l'indispensabile. Alessandro ci ha premesso di arrivare prima dell'orario previsto per il check in e siamo stati accolti da suo padre, una persona molto cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo visitato una parte della Toscana sempre splendida e, complice anche il bel tempo, sono stati giorni meravigliosi. Sicuramente da tornarci e da consigliare. Grazie Alessandro di tutto.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

Very comfortable stay with easy access to all main venues in the city. Quit street. Food shop 2 minutes only . We can recommend it.

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

The entire property was absolutely wonderful – from the location to the overall living experience, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and kind, showing great care and hospitality from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home during my stay. On my arrival, the host thoughtfully gifted me a bottle of wine, plenty of fresh fruits, and some delicious chocolate pastries – such a warm and generous gesture that made me feel instantly comfortable. The house itself is very spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every morning, I would wake up feeling refreshed and grateful, as sunlight poured into the rooms – it was simply beautiful. I genuinely loved my time here, and whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this place is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

우리는 두달동안 어학연수를 위해 가족이 함께 이 숙소에 머물렀습니다. 그동안 호스트는 매우 친절하고 사려깊고 신속하며 정확하게 우리의 필요에 응답해 주었습니다. 그 덕분에 시에나에서의 우리 삶은 매우 평화롭고 편안하며 안정적이었습니다. 또한 집을 언제나 깔끔하고 청결하게 정리해준 나디아와 알렉산드로 부부 덕분에 두달동안 처음 체크인한 상태의 쾌적함을 누렸답니다. 두달을 집과 같은 편안함을 느끼며 부족함없이 지낼 수 있어 너무나 감사했습니다. 또한 호스트가 설명한 대로 주변에 2분 거리의 슈퍼마켓conad 와 맛있는 피자집과 레스토랑이 있고 쇼핑할 수 있는 곳이 가까이 있습니다. 집앞에 바로 택시 정류장이 있고 7분 거리에 시외버스 정류장이 있어, 무척 유용했어요. 우리는 내년에도 이곳에 다시 예약을 하려고 합니다. ♡ 아름답고 사랑스러운 작은 정원도 잊지못 할거에요.

This place is great to experience Siena interior and view out of living room windows was stunning lots of bedrooms rooms and bathrooms for family to get ready and separate spaces for chilling area great for daily outings and dinner options were good despite it being winter

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!
