We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We used all the facilities apart from the outdoor pool. For two families of 4 we felt the accommodation was lovely, clean and homely with enough space to spend time together or separately. Great location for travelling out to other towns and activities and a handy tesco just up the road if you want to cook in the very well equipped kitchen. The owners were on-site, and very friendly. We would highly recommend this holiday home. Superb!

Matt and Chloe were great hosts, communicative and helpful. The house was lovely, modern, private and set amongst the trees. There was a great welcome basket waiting for us with visitor information, scones, jam and clotted cream, tea, milk in the fridge. The bathroom was great, with a good power shower. The beds were very comfortable with lovely bed linen. The weather was not so good but we did manage to use the pool, which was clean and a nice temperature. We visited: Port Isaac, Padstow, Rock, Bodmin jail. A great place to stay, we would not hesitate to book again in the future.

we stayed here for 4 night early January while working in the area a.d felt very much at home dispite the freezing weather the home was warm. cosy and comfortable so.much so I'm booking again to come with the family

Very comfortable stay, host very hospitable and responsive - also supported us and went the extra mile in a time of need! For anyone looking for a peaceful location we would highly recommend.

David is a very responsive and friendly host, he answered all my silly questions before the arrival. Place was as described with beautiful, warm open plan upstairs. Downstairs was a bit damp but I think it’s due to the way it’s been built, it’s quite shaded from sun. Overall the surrounding was really great, peaceful and with lots of things to do. David has provided us with some leaflets and recommendations on the local must see. We’ve had a wonderful time in Cornwall.

Our stay at Bo Peep cottage on Lucy's Farm was just great. We were all very impressed with how much thought had gone into making the space child friendly. Outdoor play in abundance and plenty of toys around the cottage from a play shop, play theatre with loads of puppets, fancy dress box and loads more. I especially thought the Teddy bears picnic in the children's room was a really cute touch! It's important to note that although there is a wonderful amount of provisions for the children, the toys were not in the way or overwhelming, the space was great for us adults too. The cottage and grounds had everything we needed for a comfortable week away from home. There was a lovely pub serving great food nearby at the St Tudy Inn. We also enjoyed walking down the road to the snails pace cafe which was situated right along the well known Camel Trail. This cafe was wonderful and served a truly delicious lunch. Overall, a really comfy stay and a lovely host. Thanks Lucy 😊

Had the good fortune to stay at Rich's place for a second time this week and as before just a great place, it has everything you need for your stay, nice and warm and comfortable and very clean and comes with driveway parking. Brilliant.

Yeemun was a wonderful host, very helpful and quick to reply to messages. The house was a very good size, comfortable with everything we needed for the weekend. Good location and quiet road. Lovely stay, thank you.

I can’t fault this house at all, honestly it was as lovely as it looked in the photos and the view was spectacular. The hot tub was a highlight and the host was really kind to leave us a bottle of Prosecco, plus a few other things, that was really appreciated. We seemed to be the only guests in the row of houses so we pretty much had the spa to ourselves too! There was only one thing that put a damper on our week, which I do kind of wish I had been made aware of before coming - there is a lot of construction work happening right next door. We got there at the weekend and it was super peaceful, but come Monday morning (early) there was heavy construction machinery and vehicles going back and forth in front of the house pretty much all the time. It’s not the hosts fault this is going on, but a heads up would have been nice. We still had a lovely time though and our dogs loved it!

Helen’s place was absolutely wonderful, so peaceful and relaxing, exactly what was needed this weekend! Was really close to royal William yard which is where we needed to be, lots of extras included in the home like tea, coffee, sugar and milk! The beds were sooo comfy and clean, the heating was on at a comfortable level so the house was warm and cosy, was exactly as described and photographed! Was really wonderful to stay in a homely place, would highly recommend and would stay again. Also they were super responsive to any messages and even offered a longer check out if needed, all around amazing

We had a fantastic stay in Salcombe. The property is in a perfect location and instructions regarding the optional parking permit and local car parks was very clear. The property was spotless and contained everything we needed. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect stay, we were a large family group for 70th birthday, using both the house and cottage. Both extremely well equipped with just about everything you could need, including toys for the youngest and a very popular slide and trampoline. Comfy beds, lovely bedding, spotlessly clean on arrival. Would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the old Sunday school house! It has been designed and decorated beautifully, the hosts have thought of everything! We arrived to a very generous welcome hamper which was really thoughtful. We brought our dogs and baby and all had the best time, we would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Visiting Plymouth for a competition at the mayflower life centre. Perfect distance to the pool peaceful evening yo unwind. House was spotless quiet and comfortable. Perfect stay thank you xx

We booked Chloe's house as a base for our engineers who were working in the area for the month. Communication was fantastic and Chloe made everything so easy. The house itself was so comfortable and homely and had everything our engineers needed. Thanks Chloe

We spend a week at Ringmore, but could have easily stayed several weeks due to the lovely atmosphere of the cottage, the village and the attractive surrounding. House and garden are beautiful. You can feel at home instantly. The house is bright and friendly and well equipped. The beautiful surrounding invites to stray around, walk to the beach, enjoy the landscape, walk the coastal path starting from the house at Ayrmer Cove, a small beach with amazing rocks. And have dinner at the Journeys End Inn with a very nice variety of food and of course ales. There are many more things to explore: lovely villages, churches, cathedrals, ports, gardens, museums, estuarys, Dartmoor, great coast ... The host Anna was very nice and gave us lots of information. Thanks a lot for staying at this special place and experiencing a wonderful atmosphere!

Our stay was so comfortable thanks to Louise! The house was absolutely spotless, neat and we felt right at home. The location is great, very quiet and peaceful and so easy to drive out to different activities and locations. Lovely and spacious home, perfect for small families/groups. Short walk to city centre and barbican, didn’t have to use the car once! Richard was very helpful and quickly responsive when we had a query. Would defo come back and stay again!

Great stay at No.1 Beachdown. Everything we needed for a perfect stay and amazing views. Had a very relaxing week and so many great places to visit.
