Had the good fortune to stay at Rich's place for a second time this week and as before just a great place, it has everything you need for your stay, nice and warm and comfortable and very clean and comes with driveway parking. Brilliant.

Yeemun was a wonderful host, very helpful and quick to reply to messages. The house was a very good size, comfortable with everything we needed for the weekend. Good location and quiet road. Lovely stay, thank you.

Visiting Plymouth for a competition at the mayflower life centre. Perfect distance to the pool peaceful evening yo unwind. House was spotless quiet and comfortable. Perfect stay thank you xx

Wendy’s house is a delight, overlooking the sea at Hope Cove. We went in off season, but local pub was open. The accommodation is exactly as described, warm, comfortable and in a great location- the local roads are a bit narrow though!! Easy drive to Salcombe. I would imagine it gets very busy here in the summer as it is such a lovely area.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

Very modern and uncluttered interior. Spacious & clean. Exterior of property & immediate surroundings not exactly pretty, but a practical option not too far (15-20 minutes drive) from Hoe/Barbican area & only 5 minutes from A38. Quiet suburban location. Great communication from host & flexible check-out.

Great stay at No.1 Beachdown. Everything we needed for a perfect stay and amazing views. Had a very relaxing week and so many great places to visit.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The apartment had top quality furnishings and fittings, was comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped with plenty of tea and coffee. We loved the balcony and window seat from which we read our books and watched the world go by. There’s an on-site Leisure Club which looked great though we didn’t use it on this occasion other than for a good meal in the Deck where staff were very friendly. We enjoyed a trip to Burgh Island on the sea tractor for lunch and Afternoon Tea and what a treat! Staff were delightful, the food and drinks delicious and the decor superb! With good walks on the doorstep and easy access to the beach this is an ideal place to visit at any time of year. Christopher and Tanya were excellent hosts, gave clear access instructions and responded quickly to our queries. Thank you once again and hope to return one day:) Roger & Jennette

We loved our stay in Siobhan’s cosy annexe. It was bright, spacious and perfectly equipped for a holiday by the sea. We really appreciated the easy access to the local amenities and the sea. Can't wait to came back again!

We had an excellent stay at Kairen’s and Phil’s. They were very accommodating about our late arrival and helpful to assist in finding the place in the dark. The accommodation was perfect for us, very homely , cosy and peaceful to get back to at the end of a busy day. The kitchen was well-equipped and pleasant to cook in. We are very likely to return on a future visit to the South West.

The Sail Loft was clean and well equipped with a lovely view of the lake. It was ideal for our next section of the South West Coast Path. Jen was a friendly and responsive host willing to share information and answer questions. No hesitation in recommending the property.

Had a lovely stay at Charlotte's one bed apartment. The apartment was well equipped, warm, clean and quiet. Great base for exploring Fowey, Cornish coast or the Eden project. Highly recommended.

Perfect accommodation for a short getaway just minutes away from town. Accommodation was clean, tidy and as described with all general amenities. Hosts were proactive and gave clear instructions and readily available when needed. Cannot fault the property and affordability! Thank you!

This is a beautiful place, spotlessly clean, modern and just the space needed for a break near the sea. We used the cafe/ bar on the beach , local cod shack and walked the coastal path into Looe for a great day out. I’ll definitely be back

We had a wonderful few days in Salcombe at Freya's beautiful apartment. The views from the windows were wonderful and the apartment itself was perfect. There is nothing that could be improved - we loved it and already hoping to return. Thank you Freya for making us so welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. My friends and I had a lovely stay at Kevin & Jess’s property. They were very responsive and provided very detailed information about the place. In terms of the apartment itself, I quite liked how tucked away it was as it felt more safe. It was gorgeous and let in a lot of natural light during the day. They also stocked up with a few basic essentials, which was appreciated.

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!

Amber is a very helpful host; we required a very late checkout and she only charged us for the extra hours we stayed, rather than an extra night (which most hosts would usually charge). Very good host.

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

We have had a wonderful time at Chris's apartment, the location is lovely, the apartment is very spacious and has lots of amenities. the bed was huge and super comfy we felt right at home. The apartment is a short and easy walk into Polperro which has some great places to eat and drink, and has some fab shops and it's a short drive from lots of places to visit. we've already booked a return visit. Nothing was too much for our host Chris, who made our stay really nice, and we loved the goodies on arrival. Simon & Jenny

We had a nice few days with the badgers while visiting family in Plymouth. The area is quiet with nice walks from the front door. The apartment has great views and was very bright on dull days and very cosy throughout. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was included and worked well

We stayed at the studio for a few days before and over New Year’s Eve. It was a stunning location and near to many good restaurants and places to visit. Would recommend to others and the hosts were very welcoming and gave lots of recommendations for places to eat. We did lots of walking and it was so nice to walk into a warm and welcoming place. We will definitely be back x
