Great place! There was a local caretaker next door who was super helpful, she even offered to ship my glasses that I left behind. Place was out of the way which was nice to be away from the busy areas but bikes provided made it easy to get anywhere on the island. Overall we were very satisfied!

Paradise! Look no further, best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Angela’s place is brand new and perfectly situated where you can see every sunrise and sunset, is quiet, and better priced than anywhere else we looked in Belize, especially for the house amenities and private beachfront. From the start, you can tell Angela and Amie truly care that your vacation is perfect, great recommendations, and helpful, like arranging transportation, I’m sure they will both be Super-hosts soon! I loved the iguanas, sting rays, and pelicans that you could see on site, from the beach or dock. The kayaks were amazing, and the water is so crystal clear. The north side of the split is way better, much quieter, easier to walk, and less touristy than the water taxi/airport side. I can see why Caye Caulker and the airbnb is Angie’s happy place, it is my happy place as well, and I cannot wait to go back!

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

Quiet, clean, great space. Excellent communication for our entire trip. Levita greeted us after a very long day. Glad we were away from the dusty, noisy center of town. Definitely rent the bikes even though they are a bit rusty!

Sherilyn’s place was fantastic! We rented the extra apartment on the first floor and stayed with our 2 year old and 4 month old down there and 2 other couples upstairs. Great setup for parents to put kids to bed downstairs and make lots of noise upstairs without waking kids in apartment. We walked everywhere but roads require stable stroller. You can take a golf cart taxi any time also, Sharilyn provided a card on bulletin board. Pool has great shade for beginning and end of day and full sun mid-day. Also fantastic for kids. The couples we stayed with that didn’t have kids had an amazing time and so did we. Place is quiet at night and walkable to nightlife. I walked to the Split in 20 min. If taking a plane, airport is a few hundred yards down the road (though we never heard plan noise). WiFi is strong. Grocery store just down the road for some basics, but better ones in town. Overall definitely recommend her place! You’ll have a hard time leaving!

In a quiet corner of Caye Caulker. House is impeccable, yard is amazing and hosts are great. For the first timers, the trash leading up to the house may be off putting. It’s rough, but very humble, quiet, and friendly surroundings. Don’t worry about it. Water access is great. Having a set of bikes literally made the place worth 10 times as much. Kayaks were great too. The entire island is less than a 5 minute bike ride in any direction. We ran the bikes all over the place like it was home. I’d come back 1000 times. Family wants to move there..

Casa Esmeralda provided an exceptional stay, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The property was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and thoroughly stocked with all essential amenities. Gil and Minerva clearly put a lot of care into this property, and it showed. Its prime location allowed for easy access to Caye Caulker's restaurants and attractions. We highly recommend Casa Esmeralda for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

Wonderful place to stay on Caye Caulker. Right by the ferry landings and really easy to get to. The unit is on the top floor and is a really super comfy and has all the amenities one would need. We loved the top floor patio which has hammocks and chairs to relax in and you can also see the ocean. The bedroom is really spacious and beautiful. Would not hesitate to go there again if we get back there.

We had booked different accommodations elsewhere for later in the week, on the recommendation of a friend. We found Francis’s place last minute, and booked it for our first two nights on Caye Caulker. Francis picked us up at the ferry. The house was a bit further from the main part of town. This actually turned out to be no problem at all (in fact, preferable), due to the use of bicycles available to us. Everything is a very quick bike ride or walk away. The house was clean, modern, spacious, quiet, and well stocked. The surrounding grounds are immaculate. You can tell he takes much pride in his properties. Super comfy bed, cold ac, beach towels, and a fridge stocked with cold local beer upon arrival. In hindsight, we would’ve preferred to stay here, over switching properties later in the week. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of Francis’s properties. 10/10 😊

Had a wonderful stay at Cecilia's for one night. I wish it had been longer! Great location, beautiful room, and very nice staff. Highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful home with one of the best sunset views on the island. Cindy and Don were very accommodating, and very responsive. They live on site on the upper part of the home with their three friendly dogs. The dogs will bark at you, but they are sweethearts. The bike ride into town is a bit rough roads, and is pretty slow going after dark due to all the bumps. We personally found the bike ride enjoyable during the day. If you're not comfortable biking, do not stay here. The construction noise during the week was not too bad. We were able to take our afternoon siestas no problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

We had a comfortable stay. Clean with everything we needed. Breakfast included was so nice. The pool was refreshing and we spent a good amount of time relaxing on the porch in the hammocks, enjoying all of the birds. The sunsets on the dock were great! We used the canoe and bikes. The hotel staff were awesome! There is lively music late into the night on Friday and Saturdays nearby. You will hear mild boom boom of the base. I’m old and pretty noise sensitive but, was totally fine with my earplugs.

This location requires a ferry to reach, but the location is peaceful and easy to navigate. Beautiful property that you will no doubt be able to just hangout and spend some relaxing time.

This condo at the Blu Zen is right on the water, about 5- 10 feet from the ocean and views are fantastic. Watching the sun rise at 6:00 every morning with a cup of coffee, out on the Deck in 80-degree weather was great way to start the day. I was at the Blu Zen for the first time in November 2022 and loved it so much we came back this year in March 2025. The Blu Zen is the nicest place on Caye Caulker and traveling around Caye Caulker is really fun. We would use the bikes at the Blu Zen and ride everywhere. Riding about a mile south brings you to a split between the North and South Island of Caye Caulker and a small raft takes you across the 200 feet of water to the South Island and there is a lot of things to do there. Booking a condo at the Blu Zen, I would recommend getting this condo, the location is prefect with pools on both sides and a nonrestricted view of the water. We spent 8 days in March of 2025 and everything was perfect.

Our stay was wonderful! Sue was great with communication even before the trip began. She arranged taxi services from the airport, gave us precise directions to the suite and was waiting there for us with cold beers and simple, reasonable instructions expected of us during our stay. The suite was clean, well stocked and tastefully appointed and two bikes were provided for our use during our stay. We did have issues with one of the bikes, however she was quick to respond and the problem was resolved in a resonable time frame. The pool was clean and refreshing and well maintained. The property was private and comfortable and away from to noise of the city, but walkable when we chose to explore. If given the opportunity to return, we would certainly choose this property again! Loved this condo at Popeyes resort! It is a great location on Caye Caulker with a pool & restaurant/ bar on site (Salty's). We loved that it was on the side of the complex instead of right in front of Saltys. It was much more peaceful & quiet when there was live music/partying at the restaurant/bar. Very close to both water taxis, easy to find & walk to. We walked to everything on Caye Caulker but you can rent bikes or golf carts. Dish soap, bar soap, towels are provided & the air conditioning was very nice! There is hot water for showering & water can be purchased at the office. Popeyes employees are great & the place feels really safe. We walked the main streets at night & also felt very safe. Fridge, hot plate, microwave & dishes are provided. Spotty wifi for TV but we got it to work a couple times . There are many tour companies all around Caye Caulker & can be booked in person when on the island. We stayed a week & could have stayed longer!

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

Steffi is such a nice person, she was there when we checked in and often at the property to check if all is good and her communication is perfect, only a message away. The condo was well appointed with Anything you need, it is private and peaceful and walking distance from the bustling town. Highly recommended!

Cariventa is gorgeous. If you want a lazy day the pool is perfect and the roof is a wonderful spot for the sunset. The fireflies were beautiful. Grab one of the bikes and go explore! So good. It is not in town but literally a 10 min bike into town. We spent ten days in Caye Caulker at Cariventa. 💯 would stay here again. Steffi was so proactive and her comprehensive knowledge and passion for the island was super helpful and definitely made our stay 💗. The beds are comfy, lots of space and storage but nicely appointed and everyone had a bit of space to ensure this holiday was lovely. Thanks Steffi! From Gillie, Christy and Felix

The rooftop patio was sublime. Great location. Close to both water taxi services. Walkable to convenience stores, nice restaurants and the split.

I rated all a 5-star as very accurate but ironically, the potential fail was that they did not state enough in the AirBNB description as to all the awesome features that were included! The 'beach' (more of a great sitting area to wade in and cool off) was raked every day that were were there for the chair areas (there was debris tangled into the roots and sides) so very safe for our 3 year old to run around barefoot). The roof top hot tub was stated BUT the highlight due to viewing sunrise and sunsets! Look for huge star fishes in the tide pools! Just don't take them! The staff was always cleaning up the pool area and we did get a change over of towels and sheets mid-week. Fresh water always had a spare bottle as we did drink a lot of water and made a lot of ice with it! Beds were comfy and as ocean front, we turned off the AC a lot and just let the sea air in. May not be an option all year but I think we saw one fly make it in. Make sure they have Gustavo be your taxi guy! Reliable!

Wow did we absolutely love our stay here while in Belize. From sunrise to sunset the views were incredible from our personal deck and even better from the shared roof top deck. Vanzie and Brad are incredible hosts and super responsive with great recommendations on food and help organizing taxis to and from the property. The room was well equipped for cooking and was stocked with essential items like some bug spray, soap, and filtered water. The complimentary bikes were an amazing feature; make sure you ride them down to Bliss Beach for a beautiful serene beach day! We loved our stay so much we didn’t want to leave. We will for sure be back!

I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The apartment had a lot of character, with artistic touches that made it feel cozy and unique. The bed was comfortable, and the space was generally well-equipped for my needs. The staff were very friendly and provided helpful local recommendations. The rooftop was a cool place to hang out and watch the sunrise. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. The door was a bit tricky to lock, which took some getting used to. Additionally, while the space was mostly clean, it could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning before our arrival. Despite these small concerns, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the condos’ chill vibe and sense of community.
