Excellent stay - would come back in a heart beat. The house is more beautiful than the photos. House was clean and well stocked. The outdoor space was amazing. The pool is wonderful, and the grounds are gorgeous. A few caveats - they recommend you do not swim from the dock because of risk of crocodiles. Not that they could control this- but wished I had known. The concierge service made me think I would have quick access to help- it’s much slower and required a few attempts to get help. For a return trip it’s a bit tricky to get back. You will need to arrange a return taxi on your own A few tips- el Ben is next door and has good food and drinks Bliss beach is excellent and worth the ride The mosquitos come out to feed in the evening. The locals say they are athletic! Between 430-630 you want to be prepared. We used captain Amado who picked us up for an excellent snorkel tour. Had a dockside pickup

This place was amazing. It felt so cozy and the reception was sooo helpful. One thing I especially loved even though we didn’t utilize them very much, but this place has an amazing knife selection AND a sharpener! Every Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at has had like one dull knife so this was awesome! They also had a lot of pots and pans and the kitchen felt really well stocked. They also provided a lot of fresh water which was really great! 10/10 would stay here again!!

Likely the best spot to stay on Caye Caulker, a perfect blend of feeling at home with beautiful accommodations. The staff is very friendly and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. The location is superb as you’re a bit removed from the direct action of the village but yet so close to walk to everything you want. We did rent a golf cart and we do recommend this. The actual unit offers an incredible view of the ocean and incredible breeze comes through the unit. It’s a boutique property that’s small and intimate, very well done and can compare to any luxury experience you want from an Airbnb. Stay here with confidence. We did massages on the deck of the pier, and it was truly exquisite with the sound of the ocean and the beautiful breeze. Their pool is nice and you can relax in some shaded areas as well as direct sun, it is absolutely spotless.

Wonderful location inside Blu Zen. Views of the ocean, close to the bar and all restaurants, next to the pool. Mel was very communicative after booking. Couple hiccups with staff, but nothing to do with Mel. Most staff interaction was great though. I can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Blu Zen if heading to Belize.

This was a great place to rent, beautiful view, clean and close to everything. They were very easy to communicate with, I would 100 percent stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at our unit in Valento! The service was amazing Victoria, Abner, Margarito were wonderful helpers. We knew exactly the good places to go. We didn’t have to worry about logistics or coordinating any of our arrivals or departures. The space itself was outstanding. The view couldn’t be better. Location was perfect. It was very clean. It was wonderful to have the washer and dryer! The pool was just the right size, the grounds themselves were immaculate and so well thought out! The private dock was such eye candy- the most amazing sunrises!! * having bike and golf cart rentals on site made everything super easy!

Serene resort, very chill, clean and peaceful. If you like to be a bit removed from the action of the local village, this is a great spot. They have an excellent boat shuttle service that you can take to the village, super easy. If you want to walk to bars and restaurants, this is not the spot for you. On-site restaurant is Adequate and the local pizza Joint nearby is good.

This location requires a ferry to reach, but the location is peaceful and easy to navigate. Beautiful property that you will no doubt be able to just hangout and spend some relaxing time.

this was one of the BEST airbnbs I have ever stayed at, and my friends also agreed. It was spacious, beautiful and even looked better than the pictures. If we ever come back, we know where we will be staying! Thank you so much for the hosting us all & helping us arrange taxi services to and from the airport!

Armando’s place is centrally located in San Pedro and is an amazing oasis in the middle of town. Any issues were dealt with promptly. Highly recommend

This house is spacious and has all the amenities you could want! We loved how close it was to everything but still nestled away. Everyone was so helpful and kind- Sean, Nellie, Colleen and especially Krishan who connected us with a golf cart and made great recommendations!

Our first trip to San Pedro was absolutely amazing! We’ll definitely be back at Lost at Sea!!The place was breathtaking! Our family had a blast walking out on the pier and searching for sea creatures. We saw all sorts of cool stuff! The location was perfect for some much-needed relaxation. Eva was an incredible host, making sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for such a wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Gary’s property manager was so helpful! He arranged to get us from the water taxi and brought us our lovely golf cart and everything else we needed during our stay.

The house was beautiful and the service from Marilyn our concierge was wonderful. She responded to our texts in 1-2 minutes! She was there to collect us at the airport, and she arranged our entire vacation. She was wonderful. I didn’t realize we needed to take a boat to San Pedro. It was a 2 minute ride with Senal our captain, and 2 round trips were included daily at no charge. Senal was great! He was on site every morning cleaning the pool, and he was there to ferry us back and forth whenever we requested. Our dryer blew a belt while we were there and Senal had it fixed by the next day. He took our wet laundry to another home and put it in the dryer for us…amazing! We had several meals prepared at our villa which we arranged thru Cellina which were great. The restaurant, Coconuts, is on site and we had several wonderful meals there. Our meals were prepared and served by August and another lady, and they were so friendly, and the food and service were top notch!I highly recommend !

Fabulous communication by Ester from booking to departure from property. Anything and everything you need she can help. She booked my bd dinner reservation at a restaurant that really makes the celebrated person(s) feel special. She also booked an amazing full day of fishing, snorkeling, feeding tarpon & stingrays, and barbecuing our catch for our lunch on Caye Caulker. The property has fully stocked kitchens (2), each of the 3 BRs has its own bathroom plus a half bath upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Comfortable beds. AWESOME private pier with a covered hut (thatched cover) at the end and 2 lounges & a hammock as well as bench seating. Access to the sea water is at the end of the pier too. Loved being able to go topside to another covered hut & hammock to watch the sunsets. Also 4 more lounge chairs closer to the house. THE MOST AMAZING VIEW of the sea, pier and palm trees. We feel it was worth the $ and would liked to have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Took some of my staff to San Pedro as a reward for great work... Place was the perfect home for us... close enough to town but far enough away to have peace and quiet and enjoy the amazing pool.. Some Place South restaurant is in walking distance and has amazing food & drinks as well as live entertainment.. The new Hula Bar is even closer and was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

A lovely base for your time on Ambergris Caye. The apartment is modern and thoughtfully designed. The amenities - pool, pool bar, gym etc were great. The pool bar plays music which you can enjoy down there or if it’s not your thing the apartment has great soundproofing! Lori gave us recommendations and was super easy to communicate with. Also great sunset views! Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice and responsive host. Accommodation was exactly as advertised in terms of finding the location, furnishings and layout. Kitchen and unit were well equipped. Nice to have a pool and outdoor space although the traffic noise is very loud while outside and power washer running next door almost all day was the only downside. Great walking proximity to Beach Bar and grocery store.

Wow Wow WOW!!! Kathy and her team were AMAZING!!! We had a last minute trip change and they were able to accommodate us. The condo is perfect--it even had a separate work station. The pool was very inviting and what a VIEW!! They were able to turn a rocky start to our vacation into one of absolute joy and perfection. Thank you --we will be back!

We loved staying at Ron's place in San Pedro! It was a beautiful location. It is outside of the busy downtown area of San Pedro which is very nice. The pools were amazing! They have 6 pools and 2 hot tubs as well as a beach area to swim in. The swim up bar was so nice, the Banana Daquiri was delicious! The condo was so big and had everything we could need. It is nice that there is also a grocery and liquor store right there. We picked up a few things like water, Rum and juice. We were able to watch the Chiefs win the Super Bowl while we were there. It has a nice patio area to sit in and hang swim suits to dry. We also ordered pizza one night and it was a quick walk to the grocery store to pick it up. We ate breakfast and lunch at the swim up bar and both were delicious. The other nice thing was that all of our tours we booked picked us up right at the dock at Grand Caribe. That was beyond nice! Definitely would stay here again! Thank you, Ron!

This condo was clean and comfortable and was as described. They were responsive to our requests. We have several issues with bugs, but I understand that this is a tropical climate and there are bugs.

Our family of five spent three nights at Emily's place and it was fantastic! Plenty of space, dishes and towels. It was very clean and the view of the ocean, pool and dock were so beautiful. We were met by the manager who made drinks for us and showed us around the place. It is a fun golf cart ride into town which takes about 20-25 minutes and there is so much to see along the way. Emily recommended great restaurants and grocery stores as well as people to take us on snorkeling and fishing tours. I cannot say enough good things about Emily's place. We will stay there again the next time we go to San Pedro for sure!

We loved sitting on the porch or out on the pier having coffee, reading or watching the sunrise. The pool is nice and refreshing after a day out in the heat. The kitchen was really well stocked with high quality cookware. The location was great for us, slightly away from town for a more peaceful stay but easy to get to most places. We were welcomed and felt right at home all week.

Mariah's place is amazing. The sunset views are beautiful and the home has everything you could imagine. The pools are big with plenty of room to room and the hot tub is super relaxing. There are plenty of restaurants close by and a convenience store across for incidentals. We would definitely stay here again!
