From the moment I walked in the door I was so happy I booked this rental. The location is awesome. Located on the south side so it is more private and quiet, but close to the split making it was a quick jump to the north side for food and activities. The property manager was amazing. She was quick to respond to any questions. The attention to detail was impressive. The towels were folded like animals and the word welcome was spelled out in green leaves on the bed. The air conditioning was nice and cool. This is a brand new house, everything looked brand new. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The sheets and towels are good quality. I liked having the kayaks free to use and sunset yoga on the dock was pretty awesome too . The top bedroom has 360° views of the ocean. It’s a showstopper. The locals are so nice. I give this Airbnb a 10/10 for relaxation, comfort, style, attention to detail, location, cleanliness, and an awesome property manager.

Frequent to Caye Caulker but 1st time w/ accommodations on North side. Island Pearl did not disappoint-beautiful offering privacy and seclusion. Solo traveler, felt very comfortable on premises w/ security provided. Wonderful view and sound of Sea while sitting at small table and chairs outside door entry or at end of the dock w/ book in hand. Home is well built w/ high quality amenities and furnishings along w/ comfortable bed. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped for cooking and a grocer near The Split. Plenty of bicycles provided on property for use if needed. Very convenient having ferry crossing The Split / pontoon to drop off guests at the Resort’s dock for USD5- particularly during evening hours after sundown. Host Vacasa is Excellent! Timely communications, stellar in being proactive and thorough ensuring smooth check-in process. Many thanks to concierge Gineli! Had late request for taxi upon checkout where she quickly addressed and kept me informed of driver status. Will be back!

Serene resort, very chill, clean and peaceful. If you like to be a bit removed from the action of the local village, this is a great spot. They have an excellent boat shuttle service that you can take to the village, super easy. If you want to walk to bars and restaurants, this is not the spot for you. On-site restaurant is Adequate and the local pizza Joint nearby is good.

This condo at the Blu Zen is right on the water, about 5- 10 feet from the ocean and views are fantastic. Watching the sun rise at 6:00 every morning with a cup of coffee, out on the Deck in 80-degree weather was great way to start the day. I was at the Blu Zen for the first time in November 2022 and loved it so much we came back this year in March 2025. The Blu Zen is the nicest place on Caye Caulker and traveling around Caye Caulker is really fun. We would use the bikes at the Blu Zen and ride everywhere. Riding about a mile south brings you to a split between the North and South Island of Caye Caulker and a small raft takes you across the 200 feet of water to the South Island and there is a lot of things to do there. Booking a condo at the Blu Zen, I would recommend getting this condo, the location is prefect with pools on both sides and a nonrestricted view of the water. We spent 8 days in March of 2025 and everything was perfect.

Our stay was wonderful! Sue was great with communication even before the trip began. She arranged taxi services from the airport, gave us precise directions to the suite and was waiting there for us with cold beers and simple, reasonable instructions expected of us during our stay. The suite was clean, well stocked and tastefully appointed and two bikes were provided for our use during our stay. We did have issues with one of the bikes, however she was quick to respond and the problem was resolved in a resonable time frame. The pool was clean and refreshing and well maintained. The property was private and comfortable and away from to noise of the city, but walkable when we chose to explore. If given the opportunity to return, we would certainly choose this property again! Abel's place was amazing, my wife and I loved it. He took the time to help set us up with some local tours and restaurants through Belizians and all of his recommendations were great. I would stay here again and recommend anyone who wants to be a little off the beaten path to stay here too. The bikes he provided us made it so easy to get everywhere and the pool was a nice touch to hop in after a bike ride. We also had a fishing boat pick us up right at the dock in front of the property, you can't get any closer or easier than that!

The hosts were great, very responsive and set up our pick up & drop off time to the house. They worked with our time schedule. The house was near all the restaurants/bars but still on the quieter side. It was very comfortable for our party of 6. My favorite part was the dock in the mornings. I would recommend Pura Vida Inn!

Jay is always responsive and helpful. Blu Zen is an amazing resort. Beautiful location, good restaurants on site, nice pools and friendly staff. Jay’s place has one of the best locations at Blu Zen. It is beachfront as in you step off the deck into the sand! Clean and well maintained. Even if you have an issue during your stay, Jay and the Blu Zen team are quick to respond and fix it. Highly recommend.

Pista ‘s Babylon Beach Resort was a pleasant surprise. It is nestled right in San Pedro, on the beach. While the beach is still being built up, the location and quick response to any of our questions and asks outweigh any beach negatives. Don’t be swayed by the negative comments about the beach, you can always find a way onto the beach. We were made to feel at home. The 4 bedroom villa we had was clean and had plenty of space for us all. Thank you so much to everyone who made our stay so memorable, especially Marisol who even drove one of us to get two cases of beer from down the street. Eva were very responsive and attentive to all our needs during our stay

This was the perfect house for my family. The home is beautiful and you feel like you are on your slice of paradise. Very thankful to Eva for always being responsive and providing assistance when needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

Gary’s property manager was so helpful! He arranged to get us from the water taxi and brought us our lovely golf cart and everything else we needed during our stay.

We had a problem with our sliding door locking. M&B went above and beyond to fix the situation- offered to move us- they were able to come out the next morning and fix the door!

In a quiet corner of Caye Caulker. House is impeccable, yard is amazing and hosts are great. For the first timers, the trash leading up to the house may be off putting. It’s rough, but very humble, quiet, and friendly surroundings. Don’t worry about it. Water access is great. Having a set of bikes literally made the place worth 10 times as much. Kayaks were great too. The entire island is less than a 5 minute bike ride in any direction. We ran the bikes all over the place like it was home. I’d come back 1000 times. Family wants to move there..

Marilyn and Salony took care of our party of 7 women and were amazing! Anything that we wanted or needed was taken care of. Marilyn booked a private snorkel trip to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Alley and we were picked up on our own dock. Marilyn kept in touch with me for the year that we had booked in advance. She was there for us at the airport on arrival and took the Coconut Cafe Ferry with us to the house to get us settled in. She also made sure we got back to the airport with our luggage upon return. We had rented a golf cart, although its not 100% necessary since the Ferry comes directly to San Pedro and much is walkable. She can arrange cabs or give you the phone number of a trusted driver. Coconut Cafe is walkable to the Villa, but be sure not to miss Akasha, which is at Anuna Resort on the same island. If you reserve, they will pick you up by boat and bring you back at no charge. The Villa had everything we needed and we enjoyed having a private pool. Would Recommend!

Ricky’s place was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and I. It has everything needed for your stay stocked and is located in a private location very close to the airport. It’s about a 20 minute walk into the main part of the island but that wasn’t an issue for us at all. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in and opening the shutters at night for the cool ocean breeze was so nice. Also I recommend eating at chef RPs right outside the gate, his food is amazing! I’ll be staying here again when I return.

This home is truly amazing. Breakfast was delivered every morning. The only fall back that we had. Was the dump trucks on the road were Very load and started Very early in the morning. Home backs up to main road

We had a wonderful stay ~ would recommend ~ great location secluded enough to be out of crowded area yet close enough to get to many restaurants for dinner or excursions. Nice pool area and great open air bar and restaurant at the complex.

A lovely base for your time on Ambergris Caye. The apartment is modern and thoughtfully designed. The amenities - pool, pool bar, gym etc were great. The pool bar plays music which you can enjoy down there or if it’s not your thing the apartment has great soundproofing! Lori gave us recommendations and was super easy to communicate with. Also great sunset views! Highly recommend staying here.

Mariah connected us with the concierge at the site to arrange travel to and from the resort , and loved how easy access was to everything. Fabulous pools and and golf cart rental onsite so that we were able to go to a different restaurant every night . We also appreciate all the tips Mariah provided to make our stay so easy!

The entire staff were some of the most helpful and all around happiest people on the island. The grounds were well kept and view each morning was amazing. This place is the perfect distance from being able to get into town and to skip over to Secret Beach! Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back!

This was one of the very finest properties we’ve ever stayed at! Dora and I messaged months in advance of our arrival and by the time we arrived we were solid friends! It’s all as shown, even cuter in person with thoughtful decorations and even a foot wash for “Sandy Toes”!If we ever needed anything, most all was under the Sink (toilet paper) Fresh linens or towels just a request away and we had them delivered/ sheets changed. All we needed to do was message Dora and she responded soon as she was able to. Any recommendations for tours or restaurants was just a text away. Very comfortable, super clean Loved the Hammock each morning swaying in the warm salty breeze. Lily’s Treasure Chest restaurant was next door, but it was not a distraction, quite the contrary. Loved the music flowing and people watching. They were respectful not to be loud and it was super convenient to pop over for Breakfast or a Drink…Highly recommend for both!

Our family of five spent three nights at Emily's place and it was fantastic! Plenty of space, dishes and towels. It was very clean and the view of the ocean, pool and dock were so beautiful. We were met by the manager who made drinks for us and showed us around the place. It is a fun golf cart ride into town which takes about 20-25 minutes and there is so much to see along the way. Emily recommended great restaurants and grocery stores as well as people to take us on snorkeling and fishing tours. I cannot say enough good things about Emily's place. We will stay there again the next time we go to San Pedro for sure!

This condo was beautiful & had everything we needed. The beach was peaceful and private. The condo is about 20 minutes out of town by golf cart, so it was really nice having our own cart rental for our stay. There are some really nice restaurants nearby and Belize Pro Dive Shop will pick up on the nearest dock, which was really nice. Some other companies would not go that far south for pickup. We are from a mountain state and left some cookies out which attracted some sugar ants in the kitchen, so keep food in closed containers/bags or in the fridge. This area has more permanent residents, so it is very peaceful. If you want more of a night life scene (which we didn't) or don't want to rent a golf cart, I'd suggest staying closer to the center of town. There is a bar (Stax) right across the street. It was nice having a food option right there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed this spot!

We loved our stay at By The Sea!!! Super cute inside, loved the great big front porch, so peaceful laying in the hammock with the water view. Bar next door wasn’t loud, yet convenient for food and drinks (get the giant cinnamon roll for breakfast!!). Walkable to the shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to return!!
