Very nice unit, beautiful updates throughout and larger space than expected. Nice beach and pool, quiet at night and very clean.

Cannot say enough good things about this stay! Sarah was a great host, left a book of local recommendations, well stocked kitchen, plentiful beach equipment, and clean bedrooms/bathrooms. The location can’t be beat, especially if you are looking to get away from the more touristy areas of grand cayman for a local feel. Highly recommend this stay for families! We traveled with my 3 year old and the private beach area was the perfect place for her to play with lots of kid friendly nearby activities. We hope to be back soon!!

Great property right on the beach! The place was super clean, very spacious (even with 5 of us), and had a full kitchen and laundry. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and the beach is super quiet. Only thing to note is to watch out for some fresh glass throughout the sand, so just be careful and bring flip flops. Parking is extremely convenient (free and assigned only steps away from the door). Host is also extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend this for a family or a couple who's looking for a quiet and peaceful place to enjoy the island.

Wonderful place to stay in Grand Cayman - beautiful sunsets on the beach just steps away, walkable access to many restaurants, and easy to get to all of the great things the island has to offer! The condo had everything we needed for a great stay - thank you!

Featherstone was the perfect location for our family's first visit to Cayman Brac! We were two grandmas, two moms, one dad and three kids, 17-21. From the moment we turned into the drive, we felt welcomed, re laxed and a bit pampered. This unique home offers a variety of spaces ideal for a group like ours. We had gracious space to be together and plenty of choices to reconnect one to one, unwind in solitude, collaborate to prepare a meal or try out a new game. The weather was disappointing but even so we were never bored...Coralie has stocked Featherstone with an assortment of indoor and outdoor toys, games and equipment for all ages to enjoy. We explored this unspoiled piece of land in the sea, sampled the famous cinnamon rolls and donuts, enjoyed the Beach Club, the Friday BBQ, and the granddaughters learned to scuba! Coralie is an attentive host who answered every question before and during our visit. Featherstone is the perfect home for a relaxing respite on "Island time"!

Perfect place to enjoy Grand Cayman. Close to beautiful beaches and a nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown. We especially loved Cemetary Beach. The unit was not fancy but very comfortable and had tons of helpful amenities. Tricia, the host, was very friendly, super responsive and very helpful with local recommendations. I definitely would stay again!

The unit was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Short drive to great restaurants and Governors beach which is our favorite.

We stayed for two weeks. It was very peaceful. Donna was always very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. We were sad to leave. The hotel has no control over the traffic noise but they have put things in place to combat this. We stayed in apartment 9 which faced the road. This was not an issue just something that we noticed. Wonderful place with wonderful people!!

Beautiful place! Very peaceful and serene. Great deck and pool area, shade and sun are available to everyone. Loved the grill for making food. Beautiful bay perfect for kayaks. Perfect for stargazing. Quiet streets for walking. Beachside restaurant and starfish point is a ten minute walk. Loved our accommodations. Just be mindful that seven mile beach is about an hour away by car so plan accordingly. Streets near seven mile and airport can get very congested in the morning and evening rush times.

Je suis vraiment satisfaite de mon expérience aux îles Cayman. J’ai adore le logement je l’aurais acheter pour y vivre , l’environnement est calme, c’est très propre, il y a tout ce qu’on a besoin, tout est pensé et réfléchie pour notre confort. Les chambres sont belles et la terrasse est parfaite. Les instructions sont très claire et Patricia est patiente et tellement charmante. Je recommanderai ce condo à tous mes amis qui désirent expérimenter les îles Cayman et je recommande cet endroit pour les gens qui recherchent un voyage calme et reposant. La plage est en effet sauvage mais on s’habitue très vite à la nature et il y a de beaux bassins bleu turquoise et chaud ! Les journée à la plage privée était très reposante. Mon conjoint et mon fils on fait du kayak tous les jours et mes 3 enfants ont fait du snorkeling, tout était disponible et en bon état wow!! Les serviettes de plage sont parfaites grandes et moelleuses ! Les nombreuses piscines et les maisons colorées offrent un paysage

Perfect for our family during spring break! No issues whatsoever and our host was always responsive and helpful.

The condo was in a great location for us! We loved the private beach but could walk to the more crowded ones as well. Awesome sunsets! The pool looked nice but we did not go in it. We were too busy in the ocean! The condo was spacious and the beds weee very, very comfortable! There was plenty of room for 6 of us in the condo. The condo also had everything we needed. And the hosts were very responsive to all my questions. I hope to return to this location again!!

Gabriella was a pleasant, accommodating, and such a responsive host! She met us during check-in. The welcome gift was such a thoughtful touch. Her place was a hidden gem, everything beach (chairs/umbrella/towels) and basic essentials were provided! Access to washer and dryer was wonderful (especially with kids). It was easy to get around the island, location was very accessible. There were multiple pools around the development that we didn’t end up using but was a nice perk to have. Spotts beach was a few minutes away and was one of our favorite local beaches. Any questions or issues we had, Gabriella proactively resolved right away. Would definitely recommend Gabriella’s place for your island stay if you’re debating about it!

Amazing host, location, and property manager Derwin was amazing. HIGHLY recommend Derwin for your fishing charter! 10 out of 10 stay!

Don’t miss out on this! We are a family of 6, ages 12-54, and everyone loved our vacay! Woke up every morning to the beautiful view & peaceful sound of waves crashing. The sunsets were amazing from the outdoor area. During the day, if we weren’t out exploring the island, we were in the giant pool/hot tub or snorkeling in the calm cove- I saw my first wild octopus on 2 separate days - it was so thrilling! Also, the pool bar has decent food for a light lunch or snack. The condo is stocked with any item you may have forgotten. Lana is a thoughtful and kind host and we hope to be back someday. Thanks so much for all the sweet memories!!

Had a wonderful stay with the private beach area truly steps away from the condo!!! We loved seeing the water from the living room and main bedroom and appreciated the snorkel gear that was available. My family enjoyed great snorkeling right off the beach with reef areas just feet off the shore and the sunken ship just down the strip. The condo was very well equipped, and Toby and Laura are excellent hosts. Only item to note is that the mattresses are quite firm so if you prefer that, you will be very happy. In any case, I would stay here again without hesitation.

We loved our stay at Casa Avi. It really does feel like someone's home, not just because of its nice furniture and art, but because of little things--like the kitchen knives were very good! It's a truly private and peaceful place, and the balcony turned out to be a spot for spotting animals: a night heron fishing, parrotfish pecking through the sea grass just beyond the sand, and even a little agouti scurrying across the path to the beach. We snorkeled right off the beach every day. There's reef a short a swim from the beach--like a lot of places in the Caribbean and elsewhere, it's not as healthy a reef as it used to be years ago, but there are still lots of fish, and we saw stingrays, spiny lobsters, balloon fish, squid, and a big barracuda. Daniel and Avril were friendly and quickly responsive to all our questions. We would all happily come back!

Whispering Kai is extremely well appointed, from tea and coffee selection, to cooking basics, toiletries, laundry supplies, everything you need is available. For your adventures, snorkeling gear and there were 6 watercraft for us (5 kayaks and a SUP) so all 6 of us were able to go on the water together. Plenty of seating outside for lounging and reading. Lovely porch. Comfortable king bedding. The view was amazing. It was such fun to kayak in bio bay at night and for sunrise. This place has it all. Beauty, accessibility to fun, so much to explore or just to cozy up in the hammock with a book.

Shellie’s place was quiet, relaxing and peaceful. It is a part of a small complex of bungalows but despite that, it still felt private and there was never more than 4 people on the beach while we were there. A rental car is recommended (we had one) as this is a 45 minute drive from the airport. A car will also help you to get to some restaurants as many will require a short drive. Rum Point is a short drive or 10 minute walk from the place. The pictures don’t do justice, as it is prettier in person. We enjoyed our stay at Shellie’s place in beautiful Rum Point.

The property was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful beachfront, well stocked kitchen, living areas with comfortable seating, comfortable beds. Hosts were highly responsive and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We took advantage of the kayak and snorkeling equipment that are included. The entire home is exceptionally clean and spacious. Hope to return someday!

Absolutely stunning property. We especially loved the wrap around porch, rocking chairs, listening to the waves, and greeting Rodney in the morning. From the porch, we were even lucky enough to see two parrots in flight! The house is extremely well appointed and we loved cooking dinner and enjoying it on the porch as the sunset. The bed and bedroom was very comfortable for great nights of sleep after long days on the beach. Sophie is the kindest host I have ever worked with - extremely accommodating and willing to provide help as needed at every turn! We would love the opportunity to come back again to 'the hideout' in this little corner of paradise!

Excellent place to stay with four adults and two children. The convenience of the pool with swim up bar, baby pool and on site protected beach with swimming makes this place fantastic. The view from the condo is great. Fun watching cruise ships come in while drinking morning coffee. Many walkable places to eat. We rented a car and there was plenty of parking close by. Highly recommended!

This was our 1st time visiting Grand Cayman and what a beautiful experience we had! The Condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Everything had a label or instructions on how to use it so we wouldn’t have to think too hard. That was greatly appreciated! David, Lee, and Ildi were great at responding quickly and were very attentive! I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!
