Cayo Arena : locations de vacances en bord de mer

We came here for a family reunion and had the most unforgettable week. The house had three sweets each with a king bed and an additional twin bed. The bathroom was really spacious and the showers were equipped with reasonable water, pressure and hot water. There was one room w 2 twin beds. There is a living room upstairs and a living room downstairs as well. This made it very comfortable for us to all have our own space. At one point the air conditioning wasn’t so great inside the bedroom, but we let the post know and within a couple of hours so we somebody at the house helping us. Every other day we had fresh towels and they came and change the sheets once during our weeklong stay. We hired a housekeeper, so it was really comfortable for us throughout our stay and we didn’t have to do any of the cooking and cleaning. I highly suggest it however, if you do want to eat out for dinner, there are a few restaurants walking distance from the house that are really yummy.

Estadia muy agradable, lugar muy tranquilo, relajante, la piscina del residencial es genial. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades tales como agua caliente, aire acondicionado, internet, televisión, cocina a gas y con utensilios para cocinar sin problema. La ubicación es perfecta, solo cruzando la calle para llegar a la playa, un lugar muy recomendable al que regresaría sin dudarlo. Kya, la anfitriona, muy pendiente de todo y siempre disponible para resolver. Muy agradecido con todo, ¡espero regresar pronto!

This is an apartment in a breathtaking beautiful resort. The tropical views are priceless. The place has everything except a microwave which we managed okay without. The beds are very comfortable and the master bedroom is total luxury. I have traveled the world and I have never experienced a more private beautiful tropical beach, even in Bali. I will definitely be back.

Wunderschönes Haus in Traumlage! Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Strand. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – morgens mit dem Rauschen der Wellen aufwachen und nach 20m im Meer sein. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. es ist zwar nicht besonders groß aber für 12 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Check-in war reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Toll auch war auch die Unterstützung durch Yudelka.

This was our our 3rd stay in the Las Terrenas area in the last year, our 2nd on Playa Coson, and our first with Alicia at Sublime Samana. Needless to say, we are taken with this area and Alicia’s place did not disappoint. The grounds of the Sublime Samana are indeed sublime and the beach and coast line on which it sits rivals we believe any in the world. The condo itself was quiet and comfortable with a great large balcony. We didn’t use the resort restaurants much as they were pricey but it was great getting the fridge stocked daily with complimentary beer, and other liquid refreshments. Alicia was responsive and pleasant to deal with, as were all the staff we met at the resort. We had a rental car which facilitated getting to a wider choice of restaurants in the area and allowed us to explore all the way down the Samana north coast to Las Galéras. We truly loved our stay at Alicia’s place and the coastline upon which it sits. We can’t recommend it enough.

*Family of 5 & Grandma -we had so much fun while in Las Terranes. we were a quick minute walk to the beach which was great for kids. lots of restaurants and a small store right at end of the street. community pool was lovely as well. all staff were so friendly. Anna was super helpful and recommended taxi services and airport shuttles. we were able to communicate our needs and she was always able to help.

This is our go-to for a perfect tropical getaway. The accommodation is spacious and spotless; comfortable outdoor living; updated kitchen; and luxurious bedrooms and ensuites. The grounds are immaculately tended to by friendly staff. The pools are beautiful, and the spectacular beach is steps away with access to a variety of sports (volleyball, soccer, kayaking, paddle boards, etc). The hosts are professional and friendly. Very responsive to questions and recommendations. We highly recommend this Airbnb and plan to be back again soon!

This was our second stay and again it did not disappoint! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and had everything we required for our stay. The grounds/pools are also really beautiful and near the beach. Quiet place as it's outside of town which we prefer. Martin is a very responsive and helpful host and you could not ask for a better one! You just cannot be disappointed staying here.

It’s our third time back, so that should say a lot about how much we love this spot! We feel right at home, love the staff, and appreciate the friendly and responsive communications if anything comes up (not problems to report though!)! This is a beautiful spot along a spectacular stretch of coastline - we hope to continue to come back for many years!

Despite the little hiccups outside of her control; Noemi went above and beyond to make sure to accommodate our stay. She was extremely responsive and proactive. The location was excellent with great restaurants and very close to the beach!

A lovely condo in a great complex with a perfect location. The porch is a great place to unwind and gets lovely shade in the afternoon when you need a break from the beach. The only things that're needed are a water jug/dispenser and a trashcan in the main living area. Jorge was super communicative and helpful.

El lugar es muy lindo, cómodo y espacioso. La playa está a unos cuantos pasos de la casa. Las atenciones de Yissel y Joselina estuvieron magníficas, cocinan bien rico y son personas muy amables. Nos sentimos agradecidos con ellas por atendernos tan bien. Así la comunicación con Christian y Bryn fue bastante fluida y eran muy atentos. Muchas gracias por todo.

The location of this property is simply 10/10. We were the only ones staying in the complex during our stay so we had the pool and beach to ourselves. How can you beat a private beach right in front of the balcony? Impossible. Would definitely come back.

We stayed three nights at the penthouse and absolutely loved it! I loved the decor and the place smelled great! Location was key! Close enough to all restaurants and far from the hustle and bustle. We can’t wait to come back!

I can’t say enough of Cesar and Almudena’s place. Honestly it’s underrated. It was beautiful, light, comfortable, with gorgeous views, super clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. I was traveling with a 3month old baby and they provided me with a traveling bed for him. The beach was so close with plenty of chairs to lounge around. I felt so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave. My communication was with Almudena and she was so helpful and friendly. I felt like they were long time friends. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Fantastic location across the road from the beach and with a lovely garden and pool. Plenty of room for a family of four. Helpful reception staff.

The home is even more beautiful than photos. Beautiful spaces thoughtfully decorated.. The home is warm and cozy inside. You absolutely cannot beat this location steps away from 2 beautiful beaches in a very safe development. The outdoor area is super private and the pool is pretty big. We didn’t cook outdoors but there’s dining space, sink, bbq and pizza. oven. You will really enjoy this stay!
